Amazing coffee. So smooth and not bitter. The lines can get really long bc its so good, and they dont move quickly but its so worth the wait. Try the Mythical Mocha!!

Ive never got any bad experiences from this Bigfoot location. My drink is somewhat a hassle to order and Ive had many mess it up before and it seems like for some reason the girls here always get my drink on point! The best part about specifically about this location also is that Ive never had any nasty attitudes come back from any of the employees if my drink was made wrong. I hate even having to say something, but in doing so I appreciate the continuous smiles and positivity I receive after the fact.

Ran out of drip, offered us Americanos instead. Americanos were super watery even by americano standards. Shouldve just got a refund smh

Because of staff turnover inconsistent with how they make coffee. Its like a chance game. 50% chance if it being good and 50% chance its not going to be good.

Customer service was horrible, ordered Bigfoot on the beach (tropical flavor) for my sister & daughter which were at home. They tasted the drinks and both said it tasted like a vanilla milk shake. I called & was told it was too late, I left. The option that was given was to come back, wait in line & PAY for a new drink.. I called this morning to speak to a manager who also needs a class on Customer Service. Ive never been more dissatisfied with a service/company & their return policy!Like

The downfall of going to the one closest to my home is the line and the wait. Both lines had at least 8 cars each and the wait was at a minimum 30 minutes. There were a few times I went and the barista seemed like she didnt want to be there, as we had to repeat our order 4x. Besides those 2 things it is a great place to get your drinks. They have great tasting personalized drinks, and they are always so good. The best part is the hours they are open, it is great for people that work later shifts.

They have a great selection of drink options for everyone, the people who work there are always happy and give excellent suggestions. I got an Italian soda with cherry and orange juice. Only thing I can see people having an issue with is wait time but its always worth it for me

Every barista that Ive encountered here has been WONDERFUL! I think that says a lot because I have only been here a handful of times. And when I am indecisive, their suggestions are perfect.

Meh. Its a bigfoot java. I have no complaints but its nothing special. If youve been to one you know what to expect. Barista was friendly, coffee was fine, etc.

I love Bigfoot Java! A young lady who I will not mention her name came to this location from another, I was surprised to see her and very grateful, I dont like to put people on a pedestal but Olivia is the best I have ever encountered, forgive me for saying but no one can out coffee Olivia, she is definitely a great barrista, I need to get to that area more often.

I have never waited in line.. anywhere.. as long as I waited in line at this place. Was passing through Seattle and decided to stop here for a quick coffee, since there were no other coffee shops in the area. Took 45 minutes in the drive-thru line.. and then the coffee was terrible. Ive been through other drive thrus with 10 times as many cars and 15 minutes was the longest Ive ever waited. Bigfoots Italian soda is Shasta with a little cream in it.. and the mark-up is insane. They use the cheapest soda out there.. and the drink costs them less than a dollar to make.. but yet they charge you over $5 ! The lines here arent long because theyre coffee is good. Their lines are long because: 1) There are no other options for coffee in the area. 2) The girls working there are incredibly slow and play on their phones. 3) They have no order intercom, so you cant order until you get up to the window. 4) Their equipment is totally dated.. so takes way longer to make coffee than other places. Save your dime and your time and skip this place.

My daughter and I have been going to Bigfoot Java for many years. We appreciate them and that they are there, and in business at this crazy time. Usually a friendly staff. Today we werent acknowledged until we were asked what we wanted, and then not very friendly. Thats why I gave it a four. As for the drinks, always taste the same and are very good. Usual order is 9.49, I always give them 11.00 and have them keep the change. Will still go here, but hope for friendlier service next time.

Went today with my Coworker Carlos to get our usel drinks, I guess they had a new girl work there and she did my Mythical Mocha absolutely amazing!

I am from Memphis Tn. I recently relocated. The only coffe shops there consist of, basically, Starbucks. I have tried a few different places since moving and my favorite, by far, is Bigfoot. Great product! Great service!

Went to get a coffee with my daughter about 10 days ago, it was about 11:30 pm, ahead us was a single car but weve been waiting more than 40 minute no lies, the girl was keep laughing with the guys ahead us and didnt care that more than 4 cars was waiting in line. Finally the car ahead left and my daughter she said this is insane now we should get a free coffee but she start talking rude and give us a nasty attitude, she didnt want to take our order . Not sure whats going on but America change a lot employees dont have no more respect for customers, owners needs to know about this, the girl was latino shame on you !

Our go to coffee spot when visiting our hometown. I strongly urge you to give it a shot over other coffee shops.

The coffee is amazing, but the service is super slow and sometimes the employees are rude. I am shave been sitting in my car for 57 minutes as a write this post and there are 4 employee, there is no excuse for this wait time; are the growing the coffee beans and milking the cows? WHATS GOING ON!

Most of the gals that work here are great. Coffee is my happy place and the girls can always cheer me up. Some treat me better than family. Its impossible to have every staff member perfect. But theyve are quite close to perfect.Management does an awesome job at keeping staff from wearing scented lotions. Nothing worse than drinking a coffee that makes you feel like youre eating lotion. The few things I dont like about this location has nothing to do with BigFoot itself but the other busineses around it.As for all the complaints from others... The long waits are not the workers but the customer if front of you and what they order. The staff can not control customers and they should not have to apologize for having enough business to create a line. They are always moving as fast as possible. I mean do you run around work your entire shift every shift or do you work at a pace you can withhold all day?

This place used to be good and I used to be a regular but it has gone way downhill. Today I waited 20 min just to be handed a cold cup of milk when I ordered an americano. The new people are super slow and theres always a huge back up now.

Of all the large franchise coffee stands in the Pacific NW I have found the consistency of the product between one stand to the other reliable. Staff always seem upbeat and pleasant to talk to while getting your morning drink.

Ordered a mocha which is my go to drink at a coffe shop. . Hands down the worst mocha I have had. Tasted like burnt milk with a splash of coffe and a splash of coco. I beleive the workers might have been having a bad day as one of them was a bit rude upon arrival, and acted like they didnt want to be there and had a bit of attitude when we walked up to the wrong window. We ended up going back to the families house and had to throw away this coffee and brew a cup from the pot. Was definitely disappointed. :-(

Ive been a customer here for years and the service has always been great as well as the drinks. Today, I went to get a drink and the barista I encountered messed up when she charged my card. She was more focused on talking to her coworker. I am all for having fun at work, but she wasnt paying attention to her job. She told me what I owed, I handed her my card, then she gave me the tablet to sign as she turned around to tell a joke to her coworker. My amount was $8.54. Imagine my surprise when the amount on the tablet was double that. She said she couldnt refund it, so she took my information down and said I can come back and get another drink for free. How could that be when I paid for someone elses drinks?? Anyway, I was not happy with the service I received today. Never had an issue until now.

Now this is good coffee with excellent service. Bigfoot is my go to for coffee. Always consistent and decent pricesI had to revise this because the line is almost always 5 cars deep on each side and the baristas take I swear 10minutes per car no matter how many beverages they have ordered. ☹️

I love their abominable white chocolate mocha drink. I have always gotten great service here. Sometimes a wait. But the coffee is good.

Coffee is good but the employees talk more to each other than talk to the customers, lady that attended me was handing me everything while facing her coworker!!! She wasn’t even watching where her hand was going. Very unprofessional and rude!

So I go in for my birthday blended drink a 24oz with 6 shots and had to buy a 12oz too just to get the whole drink. I think that if I pay for a 24 with 6 shots I should be getting a 24 with 6 shots not a partial drink. I even asked for less ice so all the drink would fit into one cup, I figured theyd comp if they went over seeing as they were about to toss it but she charged me an extra 6$ and The lady who took my order was kind but would have rather talked to the guy in the shop than a costumer. This isnt the first time but is the reason Im finally complaining!

Got in line for a coffee and a smoothie. Once I got to the window service was excellent and the coffee and smoothie were terrific. However I was only two cars back and it did take awhile to get to the window.

These 2 girls whos names were jazzmin and mikhaila were slow I waited in line forever and mikhaila made my drink first and it was awful and I got back in like for jazzmin to make it just to be awful as well and wasted my time and effort trying to get my drink.

Always great coffee, however I noticed that when I went there I had enough points for a free drink but I wasnt told that. I really dont know why but I was a little surprised to find out later on that I had 16 points.

Took a half hour for 5 cars ahead of me, but was around noon on Sunday so maybe rush coffee hour? Once I got up to the window it didnt take long for them to get my order however.
