This is by far the best pharmacy! Though Rite Aid is a chain, I receive the personal touch from the entire staff at the Burien location. They are all dedicated and hard working and go above and beyond to bring stellar service to me and my family. I cant say enough how much I appreciate them! I recognize how much has been on their shoulders throughout the pandemic with the added hazards to their own safety and the extra work load with testing and vaccines. Throughout all of this they have maintained their incredible service and efficiency, and have been incredibly kind and professional. It is truly a gift to have this amazing place that our family can rely on. They are phenomenal!

Ive only been here a handful of times, with HORRIBLE customer service each time. However, they had the first possible appointment for a COVID booster & I figured they couldnt fail that, so made an appointment online for 10/28/21 at 8:20pm. Got an email reminder EVERY DAY, for a week, including the day of the appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early as instructed, but the pharmacy was closed & a handwritten sign (complete with a couple grammar errors) posted stated they were out of vaccinations. There was a pharmacist lurking in the dark of the pharmacy, so I asked why I was allowed to make an appointment & why I got daily reminders if they had NO VACCINATIONS. She shrugged, said That system doesnt work (as if that should be an acceptable answer) & walked away. Wow...

Staff was awesome super friendly, but the store looks bare and nothing on the shelves and this not the first time I have seen this. It makes me feel like they are going out of business kind of sad

I had a COVID test done at the drive thru which was quick and easy, but they lost my sample and marked me down as having missed my appointment.

I especially appreciate the extra effort the pharmacist took to get my prescriptions transferred and filled. My insurance isnt the easiest to work with but the pharmacist took the time and got my refills done.

I dont know how I could ever thank Shelly enough for all the help shes given me so many times!! I find this store SO caring and helpful. Then Even helped me figure out prescriptions for my cat! I will never go anywhere else!!

Great customer service! Especially pharmacist manager, Stephanie, very knowledgeable when I asked for consultation on medication over the counter and she walked me directly to the products. Also the store is very clean!

I rarely visit pharmacies but this time I took my girlfriend there to get a Covid test. They were kind and took the time to explain the process. Even though the testing itself is not enjoyable for my girlfriend but they made whole experience wonderful. Thank you!

I just called to reorder medications for mother. The pharmacy technician who answered my phone was so rude, she even hung up the phone on me while I’m still speaking. She said, I’m short of staff so my mother meds, it would not be available until 3pm. Is not the first time that they said, we are short . Also it is not first time that their staff sounded rude and unprofessional. I’m done with them as today, I’m going to move to Walgreens pharmacy.

The staff is always friendly and makes sure that I get all my medications on time! The drive-thru is very convenient, especially during this time.

This store is really clean, well stocked and well maintained. They always have good products and great sales on quality beauty items. The staff is horrendous. There are only a few cashiers and they are awful. They are not friendly and do not care if they are providing good service or creating a customer friendly atmosphere

Pharmacy is incredibly slow. It is a frequent occurrence that I call in a prescription pick up the day before and its not done by the next day. I have never EVER been able to just pick it up--they usually tell me to wait at least 20 minutes (and thats after calling it in the day before.) Why even have the refill call-in option of stuff never gets done???

Really bad experience with the Pharmacy, took 2 and a half hrs to fill a prescription that they said would be done in 35 minutes. After 2 hours i went back to the Pharmacy and was very rudely told by a technician that I was lucky they were even filling it today. The rest of the store was average. Take your prescription somewhere else.

I hate getting my prescriptions here, I called in to have my prescription transferred from another Rite Aid and the lady was very rude and unprofessional when she answered the phone. She then tells me it will be at least a couple hours before it is ready and hangs up. I didnt even get her name she was so quick to get off the phone. I have never been treated this bad before at a rite aid pharmacy. Last month when I went in to pick up I stood there at the counter for over 5 minutes while one of the ladies kept scurrying past me and completely ignored me until the Pharmacist told her to help me!! I hate this place. I am definitely switching after today.

I have been to this pharmacy picking up prescriptions for my mother for many years. Today I had such a bad customer service that Ive never experienced before, this employee named Annabelle was so rude. She talked to me in a way I cant explained.. I hope I dont see her the next time Im in.

Most of the time I have no problem with service and have been using Rite Aid for 15 years. The only problem, and small it is, is sometimes I am given partial fills but since I am just a few minutes away I consider it a very small inconvenience to drive by again for picking up the balance.

I never seen this is kind of bad customer service.Employees are so rude.
