Unlike the service center of this place, the parts department is very easy to work with and has great customer service.
The work they do seems to be top notch. I have taken my 2003 F-150 there for years. But, for all those years I have the same issue : when I arrive at the service center I have to go find someone to assist me even when I have an appointment. I am not sure why they can’t see a truck in the service lane and atop what they are doing to check me in or get my info. The 4 rating is for the work, but the welcome service needs some work.
