Although I had an appointment, it still took almost 2 hrs to put on 4 new tires. The garage was sorely under staffed, and the mechanics knew it. Frustrations flew across the bays with 4 letter curse words. I was afraid quality og my work was going to suffer because of the attitudes. Waiting area was only sufficient. A mom with kids would be even more disappointed. These type issues points squarely at Management.I probably wont be going back. Ever.Sorry NTB.

Very pleased, joel in the front was really sweet and help me get a great pair of tires for my truck. One of the managers Hilario was real professional and informative. I will definitely come back for more! These young men know what there talking about.

I had rented a vehicle and realized that it had a screw on one of the tires. I didnt realize this until 5:30 on that Saturday. I rushed to NTB hoping to find it open as we were leaving to Florida at 3 am the next day. I spoke with Christopher Page who advised me to return the next day as they had closed at 6, it was around 6:10 already. I explained my situation and asked him if he knew of any other tire/service center open later. He said he did not and said he would check it out and get it repaired for us due to our circumstances. We truly appreciate him doing so, Christopher Page and the repair tech, Christopher Page truly went above and beyond, many other places would have just told me they couldnt help me but they took the extra time to help us out. It truly made us feel safer and prevented us from being stranded on our way to Florida. We will definitely recommend this location and continue to use if for the service of our vehicles!

Overall my experience was good. Great customer service, helpful staff. I didn’t get names, but the couple of guys I briefly spoke with were knowledgeable and ready to answer my questions.

Came in for an oil change, and found out our tires were pretty bad. Curtis was really nice and explained our issues in detail. He was honest and professional. Got our new tires and alignment done and couldnt be more happy. Store is clean, waiting area is really comfy, as well as they offer free coffee. Restrooms are clean, overall a very nice trip and pretty great prices too! Definitely will be returning in the future.

I would have giving a zero but not allowed to by google. Made an appointment on Wednesday to get a oil change on Saturday. Dropped car off at 9 on Saturday only about 5 cars on the lot. Called back 2 hours later to check on car and was told that my car was next but it would be an hour before they got to it. So I said it will be done in a hour or so. Then they said no or maybe we will get to it in an hour. So I said cancel my order and they did. I when and got my car and they had the key just laying on the front desk. Someone could have just took my keys and my car and left at anytime. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding work and integrity. Recently I had to have some work done on the car. During the repair work some other minor parts were damaged. The manager told me what had happened and they replaced the parts at no charge to me. They could have never said anything and I would have assumed it was my fault but they fixed everything perfectly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and I will have them work on my car again if need be.

I went in to get some Tires with the 3 year alignment program. Decent price. This location was busy. Overall the place looked clean and decent. I just moved from Cali and am in need to find a mechanic one stop shop. I wish this would be the place but am having regrets. Their customer service needs a tune up. One of the guys would follow up on the work but then kind of ignore me. Also I question the quality of work. I was hoping for a courtesy tire shine when purchasing the tire? Nope and I question the honesty of this place. I asked for the alignment report and it wasnt available due to a paper jam. Really? The car steering wheel didnt seem right causing me to question if they even did it in the first place! Im going the next day to get the alignment and I hope they actually do it. Its hard to trust any mechanic these days

Had my car serviced at NTB, oil change and radiator hoses replaced. Anyways the technician installed the oil filter wrong tearing the seal and breaking the line. Ended up having my car towed back as I lost all my oil while driving home from work late at night. Another technician had to replace the filter, seal and oil basically doing the service all over again.

Will neeevvveeerr deal with Jason at NTB again. I made a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and showed up 30 minutes early... I STILL am waiting at 10:30 and theyre only just now starting on it because I went to ask if I had been put on a back burner, which I did. I dropped the car off instead of waiting in the store, which I now realise was a huge mistake because he took that as oh she can be last in line because shes in the store. I set the appointment and showed up early because today was a very important day for me, and now Im completely behind. This place was absolutely NOT worth the headache.

I made an appointment at 830am for an oil change. Arrived on time and I waited for my truck for 3hrs. Just a simple oil change and they were not busy at all. When I went to pay the guy said the oil cap takes forever to remove. No apologizes for the wait.

Great place for car service and tires .

I walked out of work on Friday and my tire was flat. I put air in it and it held for about 2 hours. I went to NTB and arrived at 6:04 p.m. I had no idea they closed at 6. I talked to Chance Peterson, Service Manager, and explained my situation. He was very friendly and helpful. He had his guys pull it in and patch it even though they had already closed. That is awesome service. I recommend them.

This place tried to rip me off! I had a mechanical issue with my car that I needed repaired. I went in and waited an hour and a half just for diagnostic. Then I was given an estimate of $700+ for the repair which included 2 parts, almost 2 hrs worth of work and a bunch of other small things that “supposedly” needed to be done in order to fix my car. I told them no thank you and took my car to the GMC dealership. My car was then repaired in ONE hour, with ONE part and only cost me $275 dollars. You guys should be ashamed for telling people they need all these extra things done to their car just to money!!!! Will never go back!

Last weekend, my mother asked me to take her car to this location to have the air checked in her tires. While the guy that checked & aired up her tires was nice, he told me all the tires but one, were cracking & needed to be replaced. Of course I relayed that information to my mom. Today she goes to Sams, where she bought the tires & had them rotated & checked out. The guys at Sams told her the tires were NOT cracked & had plenty of miles left on them. I wonder how many elderly folks fall for that just so NTB can make a sale?? She went to Sams thinking she was going to have to buy new tires but the guys at Sams were honest enough to tell her she didn’t need them.

Was told a part was broke and leaking. Took it where I normally get my oil changed and the part was okay. NTB wanted 1200.00 to replace a part that was not broke. I wont be back.

We were trying to find a place open without much of a wait to do a vehicle inspection. This place was great. The guy at the register was dancing when we got in and it immediately made me happy. We also were able to offload some firewood that had been in the trunk for a while. It was wonderful!

I was having trouble with my trucks battery system. Even new batteries seem to keep dying and it was driving me insane. I took my truck into NTB and Wes was able to figure out the root of my problem and got me back on the road without a fuss! Love these guys

Good experience from the start. Jason answered the phone professional and very courteous. Even though they were very busy, he told me he could help me with my battery issue. The battery is in a spot where you have to take multiple parts of the vehicle apart. They finished much quicker than expected and I was overall very happy with the experience.

My husband and I wont use anyone else for our auto needs! Everyone is so helpful, friendly, & quick. The manager, Weston, is always so pleasant to work with.

What I expected battery was the same price as OReillys and AutoZone

They dont know what drag radials are. Had a flat tire and they said they could not fix it because not enough tread. Took my car to discount tire no problem.

They used to 4 hours of my time and $900 on a credit line to fix a compressor that wasnt the problem in the 1st place. And yeah they dressed it all up with the standard well I couldnt know that wasnt the problem until I looked at it after we replaced the compressor mechanic speak and they were definitely apologetic about it but none of that changes the fact that I spent 4 hours of my day and $900 and walked away with nothing to show for it

Purchased 2 trailer tires that were missing valve caps, unbalanced, and not one lug nut was torqued to spec. Removed from trailer cause I dont trust theyre tech to torque wheels, took them back was told it would be another $20 to balance them when they were supposed to be balanced in the first place. I was in the tire business for 10 plus years, go somewhere else, very uneducated and the techs look like they dont care

I scheduled services with this place to replace two of my tires today. I was told by an employee that he would get the two tires from another place and would call me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call them only to find out they sold the tires that were for my vehicle and then tried to sell me more expensive tires. This was a total scam! I picked my truck up and will never do business with this company again. Im a healthcare worker and rarely get time off since today was the 4th I am stuck with two bad tires until my next day off.

Best service around. You wont find anyone else that will be honest and do the work to figure out the problems for you.

Originally, I was told by another tire company, Texas Tire, that I needed 3 new tires. Told me the back right tire was splitting and the front ones needed replaced. They were going to sell me a full set of tires for $616.00. Being female, I knew I would need a couple more opinions as many places tend to take advantage of females that walk in asking about tires. So, I returned home to do some homework. My final call was to the NTB in Burleson and spoke with Lane. We worked out a deal and I set my appointment. While I waited, I walked over to another store. While there, he called me and asked why I was wanting new tires. I told him I had been told by TT that I needed 3 tires and that one was suppose to be real bad. He said he would look at that tire one more time while I waited on hold. He came back and said all of my tires looked great and there was no need to buy new ones unless I just wanted new ones. If so, he would be happy to proceed. I was so surprised. Doesnt most companies just want to make the money?? Ok, so now I have two opinions on my tires. So, off to get a couple more opinions. The next two agreed with Lane at NTB. Even the TT in Arlington! I still have a lot of tread left. Some even said 90%. NTB has my business forever. Lane will never know how much I appreciated his honesty. NTB...you have an amazing employee. You will get my money when the time comes but until then, I already have a couple friends coming your way because of your honest employee for not taking advantage of me. Thank you Lane!!! Rhonda

If I could do half stars I would Rate 2.5 because my first go a rounds with them were decent and I was very impressed with the sales associate helpfulness the last time I went prior to my last visit.My last visit however I got a sales associate that apparently tried to take advantage of the fact Im a female telling me that I needed services when I did not. To start with I was told I needed all 4 tires replaced that my tread was too low. FALSE Im well aware of my tread depth and my tires still have a ways before they need to be replaced. (and to note I had JUST gone to Discount Tire for a nail repair and they didnt even try selling me that my tread was too low)This sales associate also tried telling that my vehicle required full synthetic oil. It was my first oil change in this vehicle and I didnt have the owner manual to reference the required oil type to call him out at that moment but knowing the suggested oil change time frame from conventional vs synthetic I knew if I truly required synthetic then I had a few thousand more miles before needing my oil changed. So I did not get my oil changed at that moment. It wasnt till I looked up my maintenance information and required oil types that I realized this guy tried taking full advantage by tell me I required synthetic when I dont. I remember him being shocked that I said if that the case then I dont need an oil change and he tried putting doubt in my head asking if I was sure the dealership used synthetic to still sell the oil change since he wasnt getting the tire sell.If this was my first visit it defiantly would have been my last but because I had better experience with other sales associates I might go back ONLY if it serves convenience to me.Just be aware of what you are and are NOT needing especially if youre a female.

I made an appointment to replace my valve stems @ 8am. I was told it would take an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they finally pulled it in a bay. When I asked why it was taking so long and how much longer, the reply “it takes as long as it takes”. We are busy. No kidding they are busy. IM THE ONE MAKING THEM BUSY! Don’t take your vehicle here if you are not spending $1000 or more. You will be put at the end of the line no matter if you made an appointment.

I have tried to give this company my business but each time they prove to be robbers. I went in once to get my flat fixed and they were only interested in getting me to buy a new tire for over $300. Then, today I was told by the representative at the store that the new offer of buy 2 get 2 had to have an alignment plan added, which jacked the price way up again. I said, “well that is not mentioned in the offer” and he replied, “our advertising department is not that good and they don’t put the right stuff in the offers.” Sounds fishy to me. Never again!!!

Had a flat tire brought it in there for them to look at they said they could patch it watched the service member take the nail out of my tire and thow it on the ground then when he was done with my tire he bounced it up-and-down and rolled it around his workstation guess what I had another mystery nail in my tire this time it was near the side wall and they were going to charge me for a new tire. incompetence.

Pretty good! They sold and installed some KO2s for my sisters jeep. I appreciate that they used a torque wrench and bothered to wipe the blue off the letters. Thanks for the attention to detail.

I went into this place and had used NTB for the last 2 years and have always been very pleased with the service that I have always received but when i went in this NTB the good customer service that i was used to getting wasnt there. I felt like i as a customer didnt matter and that i was just another person in their store. I was told that i needed a Alternator . So i went and bought one and took it back to this location and they went to change it . I then was approached by Wes (The Store Manager or at least i think it was)and he came to me telling me that the part that connects to the battery needed to be changed as well and i told him every time i come in its something other than what i came to have done. He then proceeds to tell me What you think this is my fault and i told him no that there is always more than what i came in for and he said that was not his fault and i told him that his store has not made me feel welcome and that i didnt like how i had been treated and to just fix my car so i can go and not come back to them.. So i left got back to Ft Worth and made a stop and my car would not start . I called NTB told them what happen and they told me to bring it back. I then told them that my car would not start how was i suppose to get it to them and the guy that i was talking to said they always fix the problem and i told him well you didnt this time. They made me feel like it was my fault and there was nothing that they could do. And as far as Wes Wilt you need to learn to show respect to your customers they are ones that KEEP you in a job without them you dont have one.

Put wrong tires in 2 of our fleet vans. Got new tires for my car had to go back more problems. Wait is forever long. But staff is nice and will admit when they are wrong.

I was calling around to check prices on the tires I wanted before I purchased them. I knew exactly what tire I wanted. I told the guy the tire size and wanted to see if they could put them on because the width I was wanting was slightly wider then recommended for my stock wheel. I always expect to get questioned a little since I am a women. This man told me he couldn’t tell me about the width until he saw the vehicle and acted as if I was dumb because he told me I would need a lift for the tires in question..... which isn’t true. (Im currently waiting for them to be put on at another tire shop) he eventually quoted me the tires I asked about and quoted 1000 more dollars then the place I am currently at. I felt as if I was being taken advantage of. WILL NOT RETURN!

Been in a few times to get tires which was a okay experience if you look past the non proffesional counter workers. Today i went in to ask if they did wheel bearings and the employee at the counter snapped at me and said i need to wait because he has many things going on. Then he said they do bearings so i asked if they can do them on a traile . Snapped again saying he wouldnt even know where to get them. Poor customer service

Jason gave us great customer service, kept in contact with us on any up dates my wife and I are on a fixed income and my wife takes and picks up grandchildren so our car needs to be in good shape. Its only been only one day so we well see what happens. Depends if we go back, the car still needs more work on it. Thank you NTB and Jason

I made an appointment for 12:00 p.m. to get new tires put on my truck. I had already selected the tires online and scheduled my appointment 3 days in advance because I knew I was going to be in town. Arrived early and still did not get checked in until after 12:00 (only one person working, not his fault but there should have been someone to help). Once I got checked in, I was told it would be 3 hours before my new tires were put on which is excessive. Ended up taking 3 hours and 40 minutes which is even worse! Very disappointed

Ever since Curtis left to Florida this place has gone downhill. Curtis was the reason customers kept going back. He had excellent customer service and a great friendly positive attitude. Now that hes gone, the store is left exposed. The manager Weston has actually has to be the face of the store now. And its not good. Its my opinion that hes too young to care or listen to potential customers. Hes immature meaning he has to get the last word in or dominate you. He has to be left feeling he got the best out of it. Its been more than once that Ive had uncomfortable confrontations with him. And today was the last time Im going to deal with him. Ive taken my business elsewhere for good. Im sure Weston doesnt care but NTB will care if enough customers decide to do the same. Theres too many competitors in the area to deal with a smug arrogant immature manager. I hate to leave an awful review, but thats what there for. A REVIEW. GOOD OR BAD.
