We walked in with only a vague idea of what we wanted and the gentleman working did a fantastic job of helping us figure out what best fit our needs and our budget. He was extremely patient with us and answered a thousand questions for us. We walked out very happy customers.

We already knew, for the most part, what kind of bed we were looking for. The store had a pretty good selection of mattresses to try. Justin was friendly and knowledgeable, but not pressuring like many sales persons (which we very much appreciate). Prices were right on part with what youd expect a matress to cost and financing was easy to apply for. We havent got delivery yet, but we should in a couple days. Will update once that is complete, but so far we are pleased with the service received so far.

Justin was our salesman and he was great and personable. He knew the different brands Mattress Firm offered and the difference between brands. He did not try to push us to the top of the line mattress, but instead to the mattress we were in search of. We purchased a Sterns & Foster because the Sterns & Foster brand met our criteria. The mattress is made in the USA, the mattress seems to be made better than the other brands (higher quality) and most importantly the comfort level to us was higher than the other brands. I recommend Justin at Mattress Firm in Burleson, TX and Stearns & Foster brand

We chose this Mattress Firm based on the only recent review and we are glad we did. Zach listened to what we thought we wanted then showed us several options. He gave us ample time to evaluate each bed and based on our feedback adjusted his recommendations. He was not pushy. He simply provided education and gave us time to make a decision. The employees were excellent in helping us get what we wanted in our budget, we had trouble getting headboard brackets to fit the base we got 1st, so they were great about switching out the base for another that came with its own brackets and it worked! Awful customer service!! I didn’t get the name of the two employees that were there wish I would have. From the moment we walked in, it felt like they were bothered that we were there. One was laying down and quickly got up, the one that walked us to the mattresses would vaguely answer our questions. Clearly they didn’t want to sell!!

The store Manager/Sleep Expert named Carlos Lewis has the best costumer service ever and he is so polite and friendly. He has helped us so much to make the right decision.

Chris was an awesome! From the start he started trying to see what type of deals he could come up with. He was honest and that’s something you don’t get from other stores close by or in general. It was super cool to deal with someone who actually had your best interest. Great experience and customer service! The store looks isolated, but trust me it’s worth it!!! Richard and Chris were awesome. Knowledgeable, fair, laid back, funny, and just assertive enough to be helpful and not annoying. :) We got there too early on Labor Day and they were still setting up the outside, but they waved us in and immediately helped us! Can’t say enough good about these guys or our experience there. Also....buy the pillows and sheets they suggest. So worth it.

Went to Mattress Firm in Burleson at the McAllister Store and both salesmen Richard Harris, and Christopher Brannon were the best you could have, they were both very knowledgeable about their merchandise and very helpful. On Sunday July 19th I went in and bought a bed from Madeline. She went out of her way to make sure I got what bed I needed . On Monday I found out I needed foundation and a frame so I called. Awesome place to shop in my opinion

I was looking at several places for a new mattress, until I stopped here. Met a big hefty salesperson named Chris, and was skeptical at first, hoping this place wasnt like all the others. He ended up being very helpful and funny. Great shopping experience. Now i can finally rest. Recommended.

Pros: They have a large selection of mattresses to try. I first order from another company online and I would never do that again. I believe testing it in person is better.Cons: The salesman was a little aggressive on ordering. I really dont like being pressure into anything. Besides being aggressive he was friendly.Overall my visit was good and I did purchase.Would I recommend: Yes

Amazing place. Dude was super nice

It was just okay. Service was very slow. Maybe a half a dozen people in restaurant and still took 15 minutes or more for 1 smokehouse sub. It looked nice, but compared to other locations it was just okay in the flavor department. Not sure it was worth fighting the rain and sitting and waiting for it to be prepared. At least they remembered the pickle. Can not speak for the cleanliness of the restroom as I did not use it at the location.

If you have back problems do not buy from these guys! They promise one thing, and then hide behind company policy to not deliver on their promise. Im stuck with an expensive mattress that is making my back pain worse. They also said this particular mattress would keep cool, (the best on the floor) but it really doesnt. Never buying from them again!

Chris Brannon was so awesome on getting me the best deal and provided great customer service the entire time I was there. No pressuring at all and answered all my questions I had.

Dont recommend buying a bed from them. They do not stand behind their warranty. Our bed was only three years old and we had a ten year warranty on it. We paid $40 to have someone come and look at it, and then we got a letter in the mail saying that our warranty was void because there were stains on the bed even though there were no stains on it. When I called them they told me that it said on their paperwork that the warranty was void because of the frame we have it on. I told them that that was the frame they gave us when we bought the bed, but they didnt believe me because the guy that sold us the bed gave us the frame for free, because we had already paid when he asked us if we had a frame and we told him that we didnt so he said he would give us the frame. Now we have to save up money to buy a new bed because they wouldnt stand behind their warranty.

Jim Averyt is the best salesman my husband and I have ever had! Very knowledgeable. We went in with a budget to spend and he met that budget. We walked out as very satisfied customers. Im a homeless vet and was working thru a day labor place holding a sign here over the memorial day weekend was supposed to work Friday thru Monday and they called the office I work thru and said they had problems with me and didnt want me to come back but when I left they said thank you and see you tomorrow they had no problems with me at all MATRESSFIRM HATES VETERANS!! and they even have the nerve to put thank you for your service on the door I did my job holding the giant sign and fighting the crazy wind and this is how they support our troops?
