Who knew mattresses were so hi tech ? Madeleine did, and she was on her A-game when I walked in with an abundance of questions. I learned a lot about the new technology and options available. Wasnt sure about even stopping in but glad we did. Hopefully this mattress will be everything we want as we will be buying another one in a couple of months.

Robert greeted us and was friendly. Asked what we were looking for, wasn’t pushy and answered all our questions. Purchasing and scheduling delivery was easy. It was a very good shopping experience. We would recommend the NW John Jones Drive store.

Chelsea was cool she brought down the mattresses for us, showed us firm mattresses in our price range but I wish she would have known the wifi password.

******UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW 5/30/2021******My husband responded to the reply from Spencer and contacted him via telephone. After speaking with him, we agreed to go to the store and see what options were available. Spencer and Madeleine were VERY helpful in resolving our issue! We provided them with the documentation from corporate and they took the appropriate steps to resolve our issue without any hassles or added expense to us. We will be receiving our replacement mattress later this week! Thank you Spencer for going the extra mile and ensuring that we were taken care of! We GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR PROMPT RESOLUTION!!This is not about this store but corporate. I will change review if they correct the situation. I filed a claim on our mattress and was approved. But they would not cover the cost of a new one due to materials costing more because of the pandemic. So even though the mattress is fully covered, I am responsible for paying $1000 more with a delivery fee which was covered at original purchase? Thats BS!Bonus: Customer service is not available via the phone number. But says you will be contacted usually within the hour if you choose texting or chat online.Option 1# You can have them text you back which I have been waiting over an hour for.Option 2# No chat. I have submitted a form which only gives you about 120 characters to explain you problem if not on the list. That failed. Filled out form anyway and sent confirmation to wrong email address with a return response of possible 24 hours maybe more.Thanks Mattress Firm

Madeleine was honestly the best salesperson I’ve encountered in quite some time. She has the perfect combination of knowledge, input and listening skills. My husband and I were very appreciative for the level of customer service we received, and that great service continued even after we left the store. Madeleine Shackelford at the Burleson, Texas store was very patient and informative as we spent an hour trying almost all of the mattresses in her store, as we finally decided which one to purchase. She arranged for purchased pillows to be delivered to a store close to our house in Dallas and arranged for the matress delivery to our house in Whitney.

We really appreciate their helpfulness. Items in our order were left out on delivery but they were quick to correct the problem.

Madeline was calm and patient and able to answer all of my questions.

Spencer, in the Burleson store on John Jones was extremely helpful and patient. I returned three times to measure heights and try different mattresses. Today I purchased two beds and adjustable bases for two different locations. This is the fourth time in twenty years I have purchased mattresses from Mattress Firm ( for different rooms and residences) and the quality and service has always been exceptional

We’ve bought several mattresses from various Mattress Firm locations and it’s always a pleasant experience. Burleson location is no different. Sales people are always helpful without being overly pushy. They have always made us a deal that we couldn’t refuse.

The guy that helped me was so nice & helpful. The whole process took less than 10 minutes so i was pleased. He definitely made up for an experience i had earlier at a different mattress firm! I wasn’t gonna even waste my time or spend my money since the first guy was so rude & non accommodating.

My experience at this location was good. People were friendly. I didn’t like the cost, considering I exchanged my mattress, but the transaction was smooth.

Jim was such great help with us! Very knowledgable and answered every question we had. We went in just looking for just a mattress but he ended up talking my stubborn husband into a base also! Jim was great! We are both going to sleep awesome.

GO SEE JIM! My husband and I have never had a brand new mattress always used ones from family members. We went in looking for a mattress under $700, but once we saw that those options were so limited even with the promotion we both felt a sense of defeat. But Jim turned that around I prefer a firm while my husband prefers soft, so you can see the challenge there. Jim took time to show us all types until we finally agreed and as you can imagine took a good while. We decided to apply for financing which came back with a $2500 limit and so most salesman would push for that max amount for their own personal pocketing but Jim respectfully paid close attention to our budget and worked his hardest to give us the most we could get out of it. We left with a upgraded base from the free base offered with the promotion and a mattress for about what the base price alone was when not on sale! Not to mention I left my phone and wallet and even though they were already closed and Jim was about to go home, he stayed so I had time to go back and get it. Very helpful and attentive to the details would buy from him again!

Weve had our mattress, box spring and frame for about 6 months. We were told the box spring was all steel and that the mattress wouldnt transfer motion.... We were lied to.I have pictures that our frame has wood in it. Plus the mattress has quite a bad motion transfer problem.I dont recommend this place at all... theyre all liars.

Mattress firm in Burleson really took time to find the type of bed that I needed and the Sales Associate ( Remon Scroggins) made sure that I get the best frame and mattress for the money. Remon was very knowledgeable on the mattresses, pillows and frames in the store. I would recommend asking for Remon if you need a mattress, bed frame or pillows. Thanks Remon.

OMG! I was so excited when I left thate store today I just hadt o write a review. The manager Ms Sunny said if we like the service and the new store to make sure we did. I have always wanted a foam mattress but I aint gonna pay 6000 for it. With the 90 day option I got a king opticool mattress. We couldnt be happier. It gets delivery tomorrow. She was sweet and gave us a great deal. Im sending all my family there now.
