With all the issues I had financially I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get anything but Miguel assured me that he would work hard to make it happen. For some odd reason this company keeps pulling my credit when Im not even in the MARKET for a vehicle. Also I had a bad experience during our first meeting. Set up an appointment to look at a car. Which they sold. No big deal. But instead of calling me and saying we sold the car you were coming to see for your appointment today. I drove a hour for nothing. No communication what so ever. And was still not listened to when other vehicles were being insisted upon.

First I’m going to say I honestly do not think many of us put our real name for our Google user ID( I see their response on the negative reviews saying this is not a valid customer) and I honestly would be scared to mention my name considering how ruthless these people are. This tote the note dealer is all about greed they do not care about their customers even when you are a customer that pays on time their staff is very rude and unprofessional. Also their warranty do not cover the things that are listed on the brochure we had to come out of our own pocket. Buyer beware hopefully your experience will be better then ours but I would not refer anyone to this dealer.

Mcmc should not be in business. 2 weeks after purchase of vehicle motor goes out. Its taking 3 months and the vehicle is still not finished? Paying still for the vehicle and cant go anywhere.? The vehicle is in warranty but cant get a loaner till the vehicle is finished being worked on? Thats not right Ill NEVER come back and do business with MCMC EVERIf theyd let me trade for another vehicle it may not be so badThey dont even deserve a 1 star .

This was by far the easiest buying experience ever!! Placed app online submitted all documents got approval amount selected car and made appointment all via email and phone. Upon arrival at the appointment they already had my car pulled up that I had chosen. Tony and Nathaneal both helped us and let us know if we didn’t like it there were others to choose from. We loved and we signed. This whole process at the lot was less than an hour and half...other car dealers should take note and stop making people sit for hours while trying to purchase. First of all, Id give them zero stars if I could. Ive also seen the fact that they go in and try to mitigate the bad reviews by saying a person isnt a customer. Well, let me just say, that I am not the actual customer, it is my husband. Second of all, I dont give my name over the internet, I go by a different name for security purposes. So, while they may come in here and try to say I wasnt a customer, I assure you, my husband and I are real customers.They were wonderful when they wanted to take our money and sell us a car. The salesperson was great and we got the car and drove away and were very happy. Thats where the happy ended, however.Anything that happens after, they make into the most convoluted path to do anything. They make their customers jump through hoops that should never have to happen. They SAY you can email, text, or call to talk to them. DO NOT believe them!!! You have to call, and then, even if you are authorized on the account from the beginning of the loan, they will say you arent and make you jump through even more hoops to try to make dealing with them the hardest thing you ever do in your life!!!BUYER BEWARE! They may seem like a great option because they work with those who have less than stellar credit. DO NOT BELIEVE them. They PREY UPON these people and make money doing it!UPDATE: Just FYI, our account is currently in good standing. We fixed all issues yesterday, so that isnt even an issue as the owner states. Hes also stating that theyve reviewed this complaint and others Ive posted under other names and, again, that is a lie. I have NEVER posted any other reviews as weve not had any major issues to report about problems with MCMC until this past week. I dont even know what this person is speaking of! This is the only name I use online. I believe you are confusing me with someone else!
