We had the best experience at Hiley Mazda especially with Jesse Ortizs help. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I highly recommend requesting him if you come here! And no one at Hiley Mazda was pushy, which was something that turned us away from other dealerships. And Josh the manager was great as well, he greeted and would check-in on us throughout the entire sales process. Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased my first used vehicle (purchased new for the last 15 years) in several years and trusted this dealership with that purchase. First rain storm after my purchase, I turn on my wiper blades and there’s no wiper on the driver side. It cut my windshield. Additionally, the sunroof has a leak. The rotors are worn and the vehicle vibrates very badly when braking. And here I sit about a month later and not one person has reached out to me to make ANY of this right. I called Josh Snider, my connection to Hiley and he said the used car manager was to call me back. I’ve left several messages and still not been contacted. I would NOT recommend this dealership, not even for a new vehicle purchase seeing as they clearly do not care about customer relationships and making things right. There had to have been some type of inspection this vehicle went through to be sold. Josh was on the phone with me when I purchased new blades from Auto Zone and told me that during the car wash they should have caught the sunroof leak. He also said they should have caught the blade missing and the rotors. But again, no one has called me back to fix any of these issues. Highly disappointing.

As a former used car mechanic of 10 years it’s sad to say but I got fooled while buying what I thought was going to be a good purchase, instead my cars electronics immediately started messing up, after bringing it back I was literally treated the complete opposite of how I was treated when buying the vehicle, I wouldn’t put your money and trust into the mechanic they have or the management of used cars, they should be absolutely embarrassed for treating a customer this way and selling a vehicle with this many issues that were noticed a day later. I would advise not spending your money or wasting your time with this establishment. With the high demand of used cars on the market this dealership has proved itself of how well they’re going over these cars before selling them to you. Good luck people this place is a joke.

The last time my wife took her car to this place, she had scheduled an appointment and still had to wait over two hours for a simple oil change; the staff was not knowledgeable about her car or friendly in how they dealt with her; the mechanic did not do the standard 12-point inspection or tip off any of the fluids; and did not honor a coupon she had for a free AC inspection. We will not be going back because these are repeat issues that we have had more than once, we just try to give places more than one opportunity before calling it quits. However, because these problems recurred and got worse, we will be going somewhere else and highly recommend you do the same.

Took our Mazda in to have the brakes done. Dropped the car off at 8:15. I did not hear anything till 2:15 to tell me they noticed I had wheel locks on the car and where would they be able to locate the socket to remove them. I told them where they can locate it and nothing else was said. 5:45pm I called to be told that they could not locate my car after letting them that I was sure I left it with them the gentlemen I was speaking to remembered me and told me that they could not locate the locking nut so no service was done…..I never received a return call to tell me they could not locate it. So my vehicle had been up at the dealership from 8:15-5:45 to be never touched and only received 1 phone call. After I picked up my vehicle the locking socket for the wheels was where I said it would be. I would of thought I would have received a call telling me that they could not find it but I got nothing. I probably would have never heard anything if I wouldn’t have called to find out the status of my car. VERY FRUSTRATING. I most likely will not return to this dealership.

I found the vehicle I wanted to look at through Autotrader.com and contacted the dealership to see if we could make a deal. I loathe the hard sell and appreciate that we could do much of the work online/through text. I conversed with Jessie Ortiz and I drove down to finalize a seemingly good price and everything. Due to my having nothing down, I did not get the interest rate I wanted, but overall the communication and amount I received for my trade was very good. I would purchase from them again.

I brought my vehicle in for heater repairs and was very pleased with the level of service I was given. I was greeted immediately when I arrived with my car and Paul Ortega, the service manager. This was my first visit at this location and Paul knew who I was before I introduced myself, I was very impressed. Paul had arranged a loaner car for me to use while my vehicle was being repaired at no cost to me, which was very convenient. I received a call the next day with the diagnosis of my vehicles heater problem and I was given an accurate ETA for when parts would arrive for repairs as well as when the repairs would be finished. To my surprise, repairs were completed earlier than expected and came in a good bit under the estimate. From the time I arrived at the service department to the time I left, I was very informed and treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with there. I will absolutely be back for all of my needs on this vehicle in the future. Thanks for all your help, Paul.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, shop Hiley Mazda Burleson. Their dealer fees were less than Fort Worth, their sales team was up front and even finance was not painful. I spoke with both used and new car sales managers and never felt any pressure. I went here after a horrendous deal at Vandergriff Acura with very shady practices and it’s the best thing that happened. Victoria was our salesperson and went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier.

He was an exceptional worker and made me feel comfortable asking questions and such. But he was treated poorly and not being recognized for all the work he put in for that company. Today my family and I stopped by to look at a brand-new Mazda CX-5. We had communicated with the sales staff at the dealership prior to our arrival on the specific vehicle we were interested in purchasing and negotiated on a price and set up an appointment to finalize the deal.We arrived at the dealership and walked around the car and test drove it, typical car buying steps. Once we sat down with the sales staff and indicated we were ready to purchase, the sales staff got the paperwork ready. We agreed upon a out the door price (sales, tax, title, license, dealership fees) and signed two different documents that stated the total out the door price of the vehicle. Lastly, the salesperson provided us one additional form circled at monthly payment amount and we signed and initialed on that monthly payment amount AND the total out the door price that we had agreed upon. (Signing on the monthly payment amount was our biggest mistake. It did not equal the total out the door price)Move on to financing portion and this is where everything goes wrong. After waiting 45 minutes to start the financing process, the finance manager provides the sales purchase agreement, and the total dollar price is completely different than what we had originally discussed. The finance manager discussed with the sales manager and sales manager signed off and agreed that was the $ price we provided was correct and accurate. The finance manager then proceeds to discuss with the general manager or his boss and says they wont honor the price that the sales manager provided. If you arent willing to honor the price that your sales manager approves.....why have cars listed at that price anyways? Why would you have a sales manager approve deals like this? What prices do you actually honor?We then offered to pay the purchase price (near $30K) in cash on the spot and forgo financing and they still declined and wouldnt honor their price.Whoever runs this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. This dealership employs deceitful sales tactics. I completely understand that the dealership needs to make money to pay their staff and keep their lights on, but if you go ahead and start switching prices on people, can buyers really trust you after you go against your written agreement? Want to make money on deals? Figure out a different way than being dishonest to your customers. Thankfully we werent in a rush to purchase a car and will be looking at different options.Other people have had good experiences at this dealership and thats fine, Im happy for them. But buyers beware, be careful what you sign at this dealership and look over all the numbers and documents. The finance staff and ownership does not have your best interest at heart and will gladly make money at your expense. Im sure dealership will respond to this review saying, were sorry for the misunderstanding, etc. But we have written text messages with agreed upon pricing with the sales staff that had the total dollar price.Please do your due diligence if you do decide to purchase a vehicle at this dealership, they dont have your best interest at heart.

New car sales department is the best I have ever been to. Everyone was helpful and understanding our needs. Our 1st car we brought from them a Mazda 6 was stolen and found. We decided to trade it in for a CRX 5. This was back I July 2020.Thats good part, now the bad.Now 26 January 2021. Took the vehicle in for 1st oil change and a recall maintenance at 0730. Was to it would take a hour or two to repair. Was given a ride home and would get a call when repairs were done and ride to bring someone back to pickup the car. No one never called. It was 1230 when I called and was told that it would be finished in about 15 minutes and I would get a call when the courtesy car was on the way. No call. 1310 I called back and was told that the car was ready and courtesy car was 6 minutes out. It was 1327 when it showed up. It was 1340 when I left with my car and was 10 minutes late for work. I never received a clear reason for why it took so long for the repairs.I would recommend to anyone whos looking to buy a new Mazda to buy from Hiley Mazda but make sure that the service department is as reliable as the sales department!!!!

I reached out online, got a quick and courteous response, and very honest, no hassle info about the Mazda6 I wanted. I did my recent car shopping online, so I was in contact with several different dealerships during a span of 2 days. I was shopping for a preowned Mazda3, and did most of my financial application online. So I had conversations with several different salesmen from different dealerships, some who took their time corresponding with me, and some who dropped the ball entirely. Jesse at Hiley Mazda Burleson was by far the most courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and low pressure to deal with. He got me in a new Mazda with better terms than the used one I was trying to buy. And it was RED, the color I wanted but could not find in the preowned market! Jesse is just a genuinely NICE guy who made the whole car shopping hassle actually pleasant. The atmosphere of the dealership was so relaxing and calm and the finance manager was great too. I could have bought the same car from the Mazda dealership 15 minutes from my house, but one phone call to them made me decide against it and drive an hour to Hiley Mazda Burleson instead!

It would have started where it ended...at hiley of burleson.Neal Hancock started it with a great and honest conversation about my trade-in. It continued with Josh Snider joining a texting thread to ensure everyone was on the same page and finished as emotionless as it started with Victoria Hiter working with Neal and Josh to make the numbers work.It was the best use of my time that Ive ever spent when buying a car, and weve owned several different brands. Next time, I wont be wasting my time by starting somewhere else.

I originally was looking at other vehicles, but drove by Hiley Mazda in Burleson & decided to stop in - just to look. Jesse Ortiz immediately welcomed me, and not for one instant ever made me feel rushed or pressured, two things I have despised when buying cars in the past. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful & genuinely KIND. He took the time to answer every question I had, which were many. I owned an MX6 for many years in the distant past & was excited to see a Mazda 6 to compare the two. When I asked about the Carbon Edition, he immediately brought one out and had me test drive it. He took the time to explain all of the equipment and show me how everything worked. I wish all car salespersons were like Jesse! By the way, I drove the car home, LOVE IT!

Very very very bad car buying experience and very very very poor service!!!You are better to consider this post. Its a real case on me and finally they fixed it for 8 months. Just for a little tiny thing, Navigation SD card.I believe their sales manager, Josh wont fix it if I dont call their general manager to complain this issue.Here is the story. I bought Mazda 3 on November last year. The SD card had problem when I picked up the car. So he said he will mail a new one to me, but he didnt. At least, I didnt receive anything. Their service manager, Paul said he will fix it when they came to get the car for windows tint, but he didnt. Navigation was still not working and no SD card in the slot when car was returned. Try to contact Josh for this issue, he said he will work on it and mail it to me. AGAIN, I didnt receive it for a couple month. Send email and NO RESPONSE. Not surprise!!!I called him this time and he asked the address and will mail it by FedEx. I asked for the tracking number. He said he doesnt have it. I waited 2 weeks and still not received it AGAIN. Call, NO RESPONSE. Message, NO RESPONSE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!Finally I decided to call their General Manager and left messages TWICE. This issue got fixed within a week.

If I could give the dealership 0 stars I would, but its not an option. I purchased a new CX 30 and was told it had a certain option, that after taking it home I realized wasnt working. I went on my scheduled appointment day to get the tint placed on and told them to check the door handles that the sensors werent working to open the doors. He checked me in and told me it would be ready that afternoon and I told him I was told there would be a loaner car for me to drive. There wasnt. I waited for 4 days for them to call me to take it back in when there was a loaner car. That never happened. I called and set up another day to take it in. Tint was put on and the service department worked for two days on the sensors to get them fixed. When I called to check on my car they told me that I did not have the option on my car. So, I was told by the salesperson it was an option, and the service department worked on it for two day to fix it. So, they dont know their product and I feel like there is a lot of incompetence all around in the dealership. I will never take my car there to be serviced not would I ever buy anything from them again. Just be sure you know your product and what you want before going in, and check to make sure the car you are buying has everything it says. Because the salesman do not know what they are selling
