Went thru the drive thru to be told come back in 1hr. I came back 1hr. later and was told it would be about 45min. When I stated I had already waited an hour I was told 2 prescriptions were ready but one would have to be ordered. I asked why wasnt I told this earlier I am sorry. I asked how long would it be until they would have the other one? The truck comes about 2pm tomorrow, should be ready by 5pm. I called at 5pm the next day to find out it wasnt on the truck and they would have to reorder it Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO THOUGHT TO GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL SO I COULD HAVE POSSIBLY GOT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Very unhappy with the service and the well-being of their customers.

The pharmacy staff mishandled my COVID-19 test and getting my results has been delayed. It’s a good thing I wasn’t gravely ill or experiencing symptoms, but just testing for safety reasons. You may want to choose another more thorough and attentive location if you are considering testing, vaccinations, or other health care needs. To top it off, I had to call them, they didn’t call me. Otherwise, it could be next year before I finally receive results.

The teck lesli. Is rude. Self centered, no moral values. And will take things out on you that had nothing to do with you .. always in a bad. Mood. And will flirt with your husband or boyfriend if you turn your back. If shes working. I suggest going to a different pharmacy .. horrable person .

What is going on at this location??? I have never received such terrible service. After spending 2 hours on hold I decided to go to the pharmacy where they told me they weren’t taking calls!!! What?!?

The chairs in the pharmacy area are cloth, dirty and unable to be properly cleaned and sanitized. Drive-thru service is very slow.

Jesus lord the line for prescriptions is ridiculous! I have waited in line behind only 3 cars for over 30 min at 3pm on a Saturday. Still not at the window but this is insane. Problem is, I need to have the meds so I’m literally stuck can’t just get it later. Seriously they need to work on this.

Prescription called in at 12:22pm. Arrive at pharmacy at 4:45p and still not ready. Generic easy Rx. Unacceptable.

This place has the worst workers ever . Especially the pharmacy. Never sending prescriptions here again.

The Pharmacist is not properly trained nor is the pharmacy staff. They mess up my prescriptions everytime I use them and act like they did nothing wrong or have no answer why. They expect YOU as the patient to do all the work with your insurance company only to find it is the pharmacy that messed up. I will NEVER use this store again! Go to the 24 hour one on 100 SW Wilshire!

This one star is only because of the COVID Testing thats offered. I had to schedule my test twice! First appt they couldnt check me in. Asked me to reschedule so I did but for a different CVS. I have still not got my results. I needed the test for an anniversary vacay that was planned two yrs ago. I honestly thought we werent going to be able to go. If anyone needs a RT-PCR Test. Save yourself from the stress I went thru and go to CommunityMed in Arlington and get same day results.

Quite difficult to get a paper script filled, stated reason was that I don’t get much stuff filled there

Dont make the mistake of having your prescription sent here. They do not take Blue Cross Blue Shield. There are no copays or discounts so you pay their full price on every prescription. I paid 3 and 1/2 times what I pay at my regular pharmacy.

Misty helped me out this morning and was wonderful!! Very helpful and insightful regarding what I was looking for on a Sunday morning.

I dropped my prescription off on a Wednesday and the pharmacist told me it would be ready on Monday by 11AM. I go to pick it up and there is a different pharmacist working and she tells me they just ordered it today! So I asked for my script back so I can go elsewhere and then she spent another 20 minutes doing something on her computer and rambling on about how nobody in town was going to have this medication...”you’ll be back” she said. Never again! I went to West Pharmacy and guess what? They had it in stock and filled it in less than 15 minutes.

Horrible customer service. I dropped off my prescription yesterday for a very painful spider bite, asked to transfer it to a CVS closer to my home. They did not do that so called the next day to pick it up they said it was not ready!!!! They said it will be ready in a few hours. I go up there right before work and still no prescription???? The lady said it will be ready in 30 minutes and I had to be to work so I still dont have my antibiotics for my spider bite. Wont ever be going to the CVS again. Theyre pathetic

Love CVS but google needs to get it together with times. Had script sent her because of online time and it’s incorrect! Now I have to wait till tomorrow for husbands BP meds.

Incapable of doing a good job. I have given so many chances. This place just plain sucks! CVS in general sucks the other one didnt even give me my full prescriptions.

Service is usually good in the pharmacy. Never had to much of a concern, but sometimes the pharmacy gets things confused on the paperwork side of things. Overall they could be worse.

This is the worst store in Burleson!!!! The other cvs in burleson had all their summer stuff including their lawn chairs which I was looking for, on sale at 50 percent off a couple of weeks ago and now they have their summer stuff at 75 percent off, this cvs does not have their lawn chairs at no sale price, they are still at full price !!! Workers said it is up to the managers discretion!!!!! Must really be a nickel and dime manager !!!! Anyway you suck manager !!!!!!

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! THE PHARMACIST (PATTY) IS SO RUDE TO HER CO-WORKERS. I WAS ONLY THERE 5 MINS AND WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE WAY SHE TREATED THEM, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW AN 8 HR SHIFT IS. AND NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES JUST TO BE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 15 MINS FOR MY PRESCRIPTION TO BE READY. OMG SOOO FRUSTRATING. IL JUST SWITCH TO WALGREENS
