Im very disappointed in this location I had one of your clerks tell me tonight because he was cleaning the store was closed being that your website does confirm that yall are open 24 hours you need to make sure that you have employees thats willing to work their whole schedule

This is always a stop for me on the road,no matter where i am. Texas,Louisiana, Mississippi,Alabama,Tennessee,Florida. Clean Store & Restrooms,reasonable gas prices coffee & drinks,in store prices are usually better here then other stations. But i wish they had the Frozen Cappuccino at all Race Trac Stores,in the heat of summer when you want coffee but its too hot to drink,the Frozen Cappuccino is my choice.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went in there yesterday after I got off work to get a drink and cigs and Jackie cashed me out. She was very rude threw my stuff in the counter and slapped my money into my hand. I told her have a good day and she goes yep. She had very horrible customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM BREAKFAST SANDWICHES!!!! Not worth the price....eat at McDonalds, Wendys or even Quik Trip.My sandwich was OLD. Toased it to the birds...hope it does not kill them.

Well, two times this week the store has either been closed or their credit card processor was down... different pumps don’t except fleet cards? And they were closed at 5am on Wednesday morning 12-11-19??Sad to say I have 3,000 some odd racetrac reward points and I’m considering going else where...

Good service not badly priced for a convenience store. Friendly employees. And whoever owns the company has a sense of, just read whats written on your sack. Gave me a little chuckle on a bad day.

Their slushees are waaaaay better than 7/11’s. Their ice is amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff are always greeting me with a smile and cheerful attitude in the mornings when I fuel up and get a coffee. Their coffee is always fresh and hot.

Horrible service i was waiting in line to pay for my items and they turn me away because i had a 100 dollar billThey told me they dont have change!!Big gas station dosent have change for 100 wow stupid gas station its all i got to say!!!

So Im in Burleson to drop off some parts and decided to stop at a ractrac while I was grabbing my items and went to the register to check out and the employee rang it up and stared at me( didnt even say how are you?).after about 6 seconds I look and said is that my total? She didnt say anything and gave her a $5 bill and then she gave me my change (didnt even tell me how much my change was). I wasnt offered a receipt I wasnt offered a bag nothing.. and the sad thing is it was the GM.. I was very offended.. it was the vibe she gave me.. thats pretty disappointing.. no wonder quiktrip is better.. and just to add Im calling corporate on this.
