I normally like Big Lots and I’ve never had a problem until now. I will change my one star review as soon as this issue is rectified. I purchased a daybed last week and I was finally able to put it together today...well, most of it. It is missing an important bolt that holds up the mattress. After speaking with someone at this location, they were not able to find any way to help the situation and I was given two options: 1. I could to go to Lowe’s and purchase my own bolt 2. I could haul this thing back to the store after it’s been almost put together. Neither of these options work for me and is a huge inconvenience. I feel like this is a big purchase and all pieces should be included. This location should work harder at better assisting their customers instead of redirecting them to another store...

Clean store no mask required. They have a variety of products. Its like a mini Walmart. Groceries and all your home furnishings can be found here. The furniture is nicely priced and pretty great. We love the sales they have and the employees are nice and helpful.

They have a lot more items than I remember, which is great. Went in for 1 item and ended up spending $75. dollars...guess you could say I found more needed items !

Unsure why more people dont shop here. The service was great, store was clean and organized, and great/reduced prices on basically everything. I had no idea! I was telling wife why dont we come here more often?? This is totally a great place to shop and this particular location has A+++ service.

Very good nice place

I just picked up two items I previously purchased online. The woman I dealt with was amazing and she brought both boxes out to my truck. I get home open them and one of them is empty with display on the side of it. So apparently I was sold the box and they kept the product. I then called the manager to see what they could do and if the could delivery the item since I live 25+ minutes away depending on traffic and the response I received was we don’t deliver (well we do have a guy but it would cost money to have him deliver it). Shouldn’t a business that sells you a box instead of the product do what they can to make it right (DELIVER)? Amazing person working furniture not so much for the on-site manager. Customer satisfaction should be paramount when doing business whether it costs $35 or not. I for one have learned my lesson with big lots on this one and it was my first time ever shopping there.

My husband and I noticed a changed in the store. Some shelves were clear and thats because we believe they were getting ready to place Christmas items out. They had some nice beds but not what I wanted.

It is okay for certain items. Only rare you find constant inventory. Store wasnt well stocked with items I buy regularly so it isnt a store I frequent that often.I prefer Target.

Big lots is a great place to get great priced decent quality items. I always forget about them for things such as extension cords or watering hoses. The customer service can lack but it is what it is. They have recently redone the store and it looks great and is usually clean. The furniture Ive bought here as well (a couple of recliners) Ive had them for years and have only started to wear, cant complain for the cost.

Amazing improvement! The store looks really nice and clean. The furniture display is now in the middle of the store and looks great. The item displays are all along the sides and back of the store. Definitely a great place to do some quick shopping or if you need some decently priced furniture.

Big Lots either has a the product, or not. Its kind of hit or miss. They may have it this week and then never again. Go over the ads before visiting. The store is usually clean and the staff helpful, and usually the prices are good. Look online for a coupon.

I bought a step counter and the product itself was awful so I decided to return it. I don’t really like big lots so I only go about 3 times a year with my family. I went back to return the step counter 2 days before my receipt expired. As soon as I handed it to the older employee she started saying “oh I don’t think I can do this” because she couldn’t scan the barcode. Instead she tried typing it in and had a hard time reading it. She tried it once and then decided to ask another employee/manager what to do and he said nothing they could do it had to be store credit. I find it irritating because I had my receipt, I was within the time limit, and I don’t go to big lots so I don’t want store credit.

Sometimes a stop here can mean treasurein your hand. I went in looking for an oversized gift bag and left with 2 Bags ofgoodies. Its an adventure to check this oneout..never know what you will find. Its on my List of Places To Go If Im Bored.

This store has changed. It used to be a great place to shop. Now they barely have the things I enjoyed going there for the refurbished electronics. They had a good selection of childrens toys. It looks more like a furniture and seasonal store.Sorry Big Lots.

Big lots always has a very good selection on most products unless it is during inventory time. Their prices can not be beat for the most part. It seems most of their staff these days are getting better training also. They seem too be more pleasant.

If you are careful, and check expiration dates, you can find many good many saving opportunities, for many different needs. Food, furniture, makeup, skincare are what I look for most. All the electronics I have purcased here including phone and tablet chargers- huge no. Would quit working in a matters of DAYS, so I left off a star. Buy your phone chargers elsewhere, just saying. Toiletries, huge savings - just always check the expiration date. Same thing with OTC medicine and supplements - great bargains, just always check that date. I love this store, especially for Halloween and Christmas decorations.

I walked in like 15 before closing and was promptly told by the manager that they close in ten minutes as if I didnt know and I was an inconvenience to them. They charged my card twice and I called up there to that location and was told they dont deal with that stuff and to call the corporate office. It all worked out in the end but there customer care is lacking to say the least.

This place has lots of different products for sale. Just because it is a discount store doesnt mean everything is a bargain. The store is a little run down looking and could use a good remodel. Not my favorite place to shop.

Lazy employees, terrible customer service, drive here from north Fort Worth to get a canopy cover because online said Burleson location has 2 available. 1 employee didn’t want to look for it because it was “buried in the back” and another guy just said “sorry can’t find it” they also said “yeah I wouldn’t trust the online stuff” Are you kidding me? Thrilled to find the rocker recliner Stratolounger Ive coveted for months finally on sale at one-third off! Amazing deal at $199. Big chair, very comfortable for hubby at 62 185 lbs, He falls asleep in it every evening within minutes. The customer service was OUTSTANDING on a Sunday afternoon. We did not tour the entire store, and went for the sole purpose of purchasing this recliner. We did stop at the automotive section to purchase some automotive gas additive that hubby loves and is always in stock at any Big Lots Ive visited for only $5. The store was clean, well light, music volume reasonable, excellent customer service inside and the young man helped hubby load the recliner in the truck in the rain with a smile and great attitude. Will return for any items I may need in the future. They typically carry an excellent selection of brand name kitchware for a mere fraction of what you will even pay in WalMart. Also, brand name bedroom slippers, which I LOVE and always purchase several pair at a time. You can frequently, surprisingly, find organics in their grocery aisles, as well as some very nice German and Italian imports. Recommend Big Lots!

Store itself was very friendly so I cannot knock that but; the bathroom was a absolute mess. First off the smell which understandably it’s a public restroom so it makes sense but still? Secondly the toilet paper holder fell off the wall that’s insane! I will never ever use that bathroom again.
