The sales people were all very nice and helpful. It was a great in person experience. I was however upset that I was forced to go into the store because the item I wanted was not available to purchase online. The store I went to had a large amount of the Tvs available at the store.

Support the smaller businesses!! You may think the smaller business prices are higher, but think again. Compare the overall experience. I walk in Walmart, six of the 10 things on my list they were out of. Packaging getting smaller, prices getting higher, and there is absolutely no personal experience but frustration. If you like something they probably wont have it the next time. Be prepared to scan your own groceries, bag your own groceries, take them to the car and load.If covid is their excuse I have to say this is been going on long before covid.

The customer service is very good. They are very helpful. I couldn’t find J aisles but they showed it to me and were very polite too. They were out of some plants that I was looking for too, but the lady working there was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.

If zero stars was an option thats what you would get! My Elderly Disabled Aunt was trying to check out through self check and was unable to do so do to your self checks not Accepting CASH ! If your going to take away all the cashiers but 2 you need to make sure your equipment works well and accepts CASH 💸 just another form of control our country is not what it used to be and the people who were in there were rude and not helpful ! Especially after waiting in line at self check ! Seems like Government over reach is now at Walmart!

The staff here is very friendly. We came here tonight looking for toys and this Walmart has so many toys. There is also a pharmacy, self check out, and things that you can purchase fir any occasion.

They have some pretty low prices for what they sell, this is my go to place for electronics.

I will no longer order eggs, tomatoes or bread from curb side. I had two different orders of eggs where I got 2-3 usable eggs out of 18. The unusable eggs were cracked on the bottom, the hardest part of the shell and I didn’t see until I went to use them. I also ordered tomatoes on the vine. When I got home all were completely squished and unusable except one. I called and they refunded my money. When i cut that one open (the same day I bought them) the seeds were black, so rotten. The staff is friendly and helpful however, which is why they’re getting 3 stars instead of 1.

Curb side pick up was efficient. I felt bad they had to bring something so miniscule out to me but injury keeps me from doing a lot of walking.

The neglect water being on the floor caused my mom losing $250k from slip and fall. When she slipped and fell looks like she had been closed lined.

Great online pick up service except every single time I ever pick up it never assigns me parking spot number and not one time has anyone ever answered the phone or returned my call.I have wait for a passing worker who joyfully helps me.

This Walmart right here is clean, aisle are clear and better products! Purchased lounge wear, go pink shirt that were priced very well! Shoppers stop by this Walmart to browse apparel! ✳️ Was also able to find🙄 some Lysol to put in washer 👀 lysol wipes 🙌 and Lysol spray 😬🔥more!!!💫

Its really big, naturally, but sorted well. Clean as far as I could tell also. I can appreciate that. Although some employees didnt seem to happy about some things happening in the workplace, but may have been minor. Checkout lady was nice. Ill be back around to check it out.

Typical Walmart. . . my real issue is the self checkout. . . WalMart encourages you to use self.checkout, they only had 2 staffed registers, and one.cashier for what looks like 20 self checkout stations. My.issue.is that EVERYONE that used self.checkout had to.have an employee enter their code on every sale! So muliple.customers are.waiting minutes after ringing up their own purchases. Not very efficient or friendly.

Just left this store trying to check out but only had card numbers and id. My fault but thought I could enter the numbers prove who I was or pay online. Nope, man in self check out said with out actual card there was nothing to do. No online payment, just nothing. How exactly do people pay to pick up groceries? He apologized, but yeah did nothing. Spent time in store, got what I needed but couldnt pay. Why couldnt I pay like pick up online? Glad he put me in my place and showed me just how insignificant my business is.

I am actually shocked how many employees asked me if I need help. That is not normally happen at a Walmart.

I needed a floor lamp and googled it yesterday. I went to the Burleson location since it stated it had 5 in stock on sale. Didnt have any at all. I ended up buying a different one and it is GREAT!! I do want to add that upon walking in the store (5:00 a.m.) the store was empty but many associates were stocking in every department. I walked through the grocery isles plus throughout the store and not one of them greeted me until I said good morning first, even with eye contact. Thank you to Kay for helping me look for the lamps, your gracious outlook and smile made my visit today. To Haleigh and the cashier that rang my sales (sorry I didnt get her name). Your bright smiles are truly appreciated. If I would have been greeted during my shopping I would have gladly given this Wal-Mart 5 + stars.

Pretty much fully stocked out there always trying to stay socks, I would give it 5 stars but there employees need to at least act like they enjoy serving customers.

The employee at the self check area was constantly in contact with my items reminding me to ring things up as she clearly had other customers she could tend to as if i was attempting to not pay for things. Its not the first time its happened either. But when you actually need help, theyre nowhere to be found. All these people, and shes too busy focusing on us. Ridiculous.

Living in Burleson but closer to the Crowley Walmart, Ill hands down choose this store and the extra few minutes of drive time for my shopping needs.This store has been in the process of remodeling of which has not affected my shopping experiences and items have not been impossible to locate as they sometimes can be during restructuring the flow of a store. With some confusion (on my end) regarding return policies, the store manager was patient, friendly, and very helpful. I have had unsavory interactions with 1 or 2 employees, but I just let the snarky, rudeness, roll off because Ive witnessed the stress they experience with the seemingly mannerless, and rude customers that shop there. Its as if people lose simple manners, lack tact and care of other humans once they enter any Walmart. Walmart has no control over their customers behaviors and if I had to put up with that daily, Id likely have bad days where I may come off snarky or rude also.People of Walmart, I ask that you please, for the love of Pete, monitor your offspring and remember that it is no ones job to clean up the 15 isles of destruction your wild, free ranging, children make. Check yourself, and your kiddos.All said, you cant beat Walmart prices therefor I wont allow other customers behaviors run me off.

Nice they are making more self checkout lanes. This is the cost of doing minimum wage of $15/hr though. Expect to see it more often everywhere. Mcdonalds already doing it with self-ordering kiosks and payment so they have gotten rid of the inside cashiers.

Customer Service closes at 9pm. Store closes at 11pm. When is it going to go back to 24hrs??? Probably never.

I had a flat tire on a tire I had gotten from there and brought it in to be fixed. Really had no problems at all and they got it done pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend the tire center!

Never had an oil change here before. First time and I had bad customer service. Pulled up and the service manager couldnt even approach me. Almost yelled at me, first thing out of his mouth was what do you need and what are you here for. How about hi how are you, how may I help you i must have been in the wrong lane because he gave me a weird look and said go over there motioning with his hand and then walking away. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but thats not my problem. If your working fast food or youre a service manager you need some form of professionalism. If it was not for DEBBIE and her superior customer service I would have immediately left. Hopefully next time I go back he has a better attitude and better customer service.

Never enough cashiers and self check out lines are outrageously long. Youre lucky if they have both entrances open and of coarse the entrance closest to the pharmacy is almost always closed. Pharmacy lines are also extremely long.

My wife’s purse was stolen inside Walmart, back by paint and art supplies; she notified a manager who said he couldn’t do anything for her till she called Burleson PD - so she did; officer was a huge help, watched to make sure her car wasn’t stolen while she filled out a report (got her wallet, car/house keys, cash, debit cards, and cell phone - our son was able to gps her phone which was pointing inside Walmart; so the guy who took it never left Walmart and left his price checker at scene where her purse was stolen; the officer, and at this point 4 of us searched the building trying to locate it; Walmart was no assistance at all - they’re camera system is apparently out-dated and last in-line for upgrades; after about 45 mins of searching - everything turned up shoved onto a shelf in an area searched multiple times, without the cash (221$) and a couple gift cards; still Walmart did nothing, no manager to assist or even to hear the issue; so a $221 loss in Walmart with nothing to show except the lack of care for the customer; or even that a theft happened in their store - cameras saw nothing is all they said - won’t be back here; whichever employee hope u feel good about stealing from a disabled woman - big man.

Tech area apprently understaffed.If u r going 2 lock up everything that people want or need to look at the settings on, in order to decide their purchase, you might want to provide better staffing.This way the customer doesnt feel like I am keeping the employee from some other more important thing than me, the customer.

Great place to run into right before there about to close at 8pm!!! To go from 24 hrs 7 days a week to 8pm. Call ahead to check store hours. Its so commercialized anymore that it makes you miss that small town authenticity.

They are updating the store. Didnt even recognize it. While asking one kid for help he rolled his eyes and kept walking. While this other little girl jumped out of no where and saved the day. Thank you for that.

They just have self checkout. So if you have a lot of groceries be prepared to check yourself out, bag your own groceries or wait a very long time in line. Your ice cream could melt

Absolutely outraged at the closing of check outs, replacing them with self check outs. Not lowering the price of items but making Me check them out and sack them. While dozens of employees stand around talking. You are NOT the only store in town. Remember Kroger and Albertsons are just a couple of blocks away. And I am going there more often now.

The aisle ways are always cluttered with merchandise that needs to be put away and nothing seems to be stocked. I always have to find someone that is far away from the makeup section when I want to get something that is locked.
