Tristan and Jimmy were amazing to work with when my alternator went out while on my way home to slc. I was scared and alone with 3 kids and They treated me like a little sister and walked me through how to get home on a new battery and a back up in the trunk. We made it home! Can’t thank you two and this store enough.

Ive been shopping at this AutoZone for 10 years. The current group of staff here have been great to work with. Weve been in there enough they know our names and even ask about our Mustang. The prices are good--its AutoZone--and the staff is helpful. Thats why we keep coming back. I love the $20 back for every $100 spent by the way.

I went in there to get a vacuum hose the clerk said he didnt know what it was and couldnt help so I leftAnd went to Napa

Autozone is....well.....Autozone. I sort of consider it to be the fast food of the automotive parts world. Some visits are better than others, and your experience is dependent largely on the person helping you. The Burley location is no exception. The staff is a mixture of somewhat knowledgeable, and completely lacking in knowledge. Its helpful if you know exactly what you are looking for, otherwise you do run the risk of coming away with the wrong part. I have auto parts experience myself, so I can say that this is pretty much par for the course these days. If the information isnt in their computers, they most likely wont know the answer to a question.Overall the service is average, and the quality of the parts is mediocre. However, if you need wiper blades, oil and air filters, and basic tune up supplies, then you really cant go wrong with this business.

Great service!!! Cody was awesome and nice got my car back to logan safe in sound if it wasnt for him noticing I needed to check my water overflow I wouldnt have made it home.

Bought a battery for $170 asked them to install it. The employee was WONDERFUL and said yes. He came out and started the process. He had some struggles and so he asked his manager to help the manager said a bunch of stuff needed pulled out (which didn’t) had him put the dead battery back in. I came home and my neighbor did it in 5 minutes. Shame on the manager very poor customer service.

The boys at AutoZone were very courteous and pleasantly helpful in the best way! I came in for a light bulb and had a nice conversation with one of the employees. Without being asked he went out and changed the taillight and tried to change the headlight. I will be happy to bring them more of my business the next time I need more Auto Parts

Not the most helpful place to go, seems like theres always a line, never enough staff and have to explain things way too much, easier to just hit OReillys, NAPA or Schows

The AutoZone employees were very helpful in directing me to and giving information on the different ways and methods to sealing a cracked radiator. The method I chose worked perfectly, and I couldnt have done it without them. Thank you AutoZone!

I love the free service they offer of using the code reader. The check engine light was on in my sons car, they used the code reader, printed out the results and looked up the part needed to fix the issue. Very awesome service!

I originally called for a part, and the female assoc did not comprehend what was asking for and therefore quick to claim doesnt carry tool. Because her confusion with product identity, asked speak with mngr or someone familiar with stock, and mngr took call to quickly advise has 2 in-stock in backroom and would hold at register for me . . I really needed this tool this morning so was very glad they had it . . so, if you really need a part, make sure you talk to best representative of the store, not just a cashier

I went in to get a part for my brother-in-laws vehicle. We gave them the info on the vehicle and I purchased the part and left. I had to drive 80 miles to get it to my brother in law. When I got to his car. I found out that they gave me the wrong part. It wasnt even close to what I needed. So I had to drive all the way back and I explained what had happened to the customer service manager ( she was the one that made the mistake in the first place ) and mistakes happen but she was so rude. She wouldnt admit that a mistake was made. That it was my fault, that I had given her the wrong info. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone. We will no longer be going to them. Our business will go elsewhere.

Was on a road trip passing through, my car broke down and I was stuck. I ordered a part through them, come to find out I needed a few extra smaller parts they didnt have. However, Leo went out of his way to drive me to and from a salvage yard to get the parts. I was back on the road the same day. I am very thankful Leo was gracious enough to do that for me.

They dont know anything Only the manager knows how to do things.Just went in to put a/c pro in my car,and was told they cant do it,there only helpful to some.

Incompetent Manager running the store sold me a part that was not in stock (although the website said it was along with their computer) and I asked him if i could get it delivered to my house, I was told yes, it would arrive tomorrow. It took the manager 3 TIMES to get my address, And then I receive a call the next day saying that my part is ready at auto-zone for pickup. Unreliable in every aspect.
