Wonderful support from Michael at this local location. He took my order via phone for a new kids mattress. We wanted to pick it up (so the kids could see where it came from) and he had it ready the next day. They come compressed in a narrow box and it magically expands to full size when you open the packaging. Love the comfort and natural filling of these products.

They delivered the wrong bedding (split bedding set of two instead of a full Queen size mattress) after a $3000 organic mattress purchase, which makes sleeping in the middle of the bed very uncomfortable. Mattresses seem to already be sagging after a few years.

After a year sleeping on our new mattress, I want to say how much we love it. It is beyond comfortable with no chemical smell during the weeks when you have to break it in. (Never again!) Both of our previous foam mattresses sagged badly after about seven years, which I very much doubt will happen with the Naturepedic. Both Michael and Richard were VERY helpful, professional and expert. Highly recommend the organic mattress!

After several attempts at using a foam mattress, I was thrilled to find one that isnt hot. Both my wife and I like the feel of this mattress much more than our previous mattresses. It helped a lot at being able to tune the feel. Being able to not sleep in the presence of all the terrible chemicals also helped us sleep better at night! The store is extremely clean and tranquil and we are very happy with our decision.

I purchased an EOS queen size mattress at Naturepedic fromRichard the owner who was very helpful by asking me all kind of questions to get an idea as to what I liked. He wanted to know if I was a back sleeper or a side sleeper, and if a soft mattress or a firm mattress would be preferable.He guided me to one of many mattresses and told me to lay down and to get comfortable. He explained that the mattress was completely organic with the top of the mattress divided into two seperate organic latex pads encased in zippers.The pads come in different firmness and you could order two of the same pads or one pad firmer than the other. I fell in love with that idea as my partner likes his mattress firmer and I like it softer. When I started on this adventure, I knew nothing at all about mattresses or sleeping. I met Richard at his original store in Campbell, where he explained sleep to me. I still wasnt sure about changing the mattress I was sleeping on, and time passed, and the Burlingame store opened and I found the aches and pains that I had attributed to being in my 60s escalating. Most notably I realized that I felt the worst pain in bed, and found relief as the day wore on. Thats when I remembered what Richard had explained to me about sleeping and right then I knew I needed a new bed. That was just over three weeks ago. My new mattress was delivered the next day, and whew! He nailed it. The very first morning I woke up and rose without using my arms to push myself up! Back spasms have since disappeared, and they stayed disappeared. Then there is the other aspect - one that I totally underestimated - the organic thing. I had no idea it would make such a difference! I have COPD and was so used to the little dry coughs during the night, I was sure it was something to put up with. I thought it was from being horizontal and got used to falling asleep with a cough drop in my mouth. But since getting this mattress and an organic pillow, my overall breathing is much improved and no more night-coughs. So. Even if you dont think you need to, I strongly urge you to go talk to Richard. Just talk. Let him ask you questions. Ask him questions back. Your future health might be riding on it. Seriously. You never know.
