Woke up in the morning to find garage door not opening with cars inside. Tech came within 2 hours of my call, found out that the spring has broken, gave a reasonable quote and fixed it with new spring and rollers in 3 hours. Very professional and upfront. Gave a 1-year warranty. Recommended.
