Excellent customer service from start to finish. I bought a Maytag refrigerator and prior to delivery went back and bought a electric range. A few years ago I bought a Maytag washer in which I have never had any issues with. Delivery was professional and I will definitely continue to do business with them. Great hometown service.....

This is the second time Ive done business with Burns and I am so thrilled with the quality of my machines and I will definitely do business with them again they they are just wonderful to answer and questions. I will go into purchase something they are knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any problems they are on it immediately and they they are so positive and they follow through thats important. I highly recommend them to anyone for any appliance purchases. Best delivery guys and best service/repairman I wont go anywhere else. They are the best!

Refrigerator freezer part gave out after 3 days of delivery 6 months later still waiting on dryer different excuse after calling everytime 1st they blamed covid then its a different story every call took are money but no product delivered

Burns technicians recently repaired appliances twice in our home. They were polite and prompt and clearly explained necessary repairs.Additionally, we purchased a new Kitchenaid dishwasher. I received a call on a Friday that it had arrived and they installed it on Saturday. They would have installed it on Friday evening if we had been available!I appreciate their willingness to work Saturdays so we do not have to leave work; they came on a Saturday for one of the repairs as well.The dishwasher is the best I’ve owned. It actually cleans without having to thoroughly rinse and, with the pro dry option, the dishes, even plastics, do not have a drop of water on them.

Made an appointment with their tech to fix my oven so it will close. The day of the appointment, before he does his job he was scheduled to do, he injuries himself and is deemed unable to hold up his end. This is unacceptable business Etiquette.

We have bought a refrigerator for our garage, a washing machine and a mattress from this business. They are wonderful people to buy from and they have a great repair service. If something isnt right, they will make sure the problem is corrected. Its a pleasure not to shop at a big chain store.

I will not patronize this establishment again for the following reasons:POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-poor communication between staff and staff and customer.UNACCEPTABLE INSTALL-the delivery crew broke the already repaired appliance and left it improperly installed causing a safety concern. The 75 lbs appliance was left hanging with only one bolt because they had broken the second bolt connection.UNREASONABLE TIMELINE OF WORK-The repair was promised to be returned within the week, after 7 phone calls over 25 days with no return calls, it was delivered and installed improperly. The owner inspected the work and said they would fix the problem. He stated it would be done within a day or 2. After a week, it was delivered.FAILURE TO MAKE IT RIGHT-After this very stressful fiasco (we were selling our home and having to coordinate with new home owner) and struggling to get solid answers to pointed questions we received a bill....all-in-all, they removed the delivery fee, but me standing in utter amazement for all the wrong reasons, asking myself, is this really happening? was not Made Right by waving a delivery fee....anyway, other local establishments that have since impressed me-Sears Hometown and A1 (give them a call before Burns & Sons-or you will get burnt)

Very dissatisfied with our experience. We got charged for vent we werent told we needed, and the dryer didnt have a cord and told we were going to have to pay for that too. we came here because were on a budget and ended up going way out of it. My fiance had to the call the store and let them know we were sold vent, we shouldnt of had to be the ones to call. When they called back the man on the other end was very rude. The ones delivering our set didnt even have all the tools they needed.They will not be getting our business again. Horrible experience. Im very upset we wasted our money.

They sold me a used refrigerator that had a bad seal, and the defroster did not work so every 8 hours it stopped cooling. I was told by Mike that they repair and resell them. $391 complete junk worse than my amana side by side they took. Very angry they would take advantage of customers. Than John said homeowners insurance is who should cover all the groceries spoiled. $200 worth. OMG seriously. Just found out they are reselling my amana side by side for $600. Still the fridge they sold me is not working at all. I am on a special diet as so is my son yet we have no working refrigerator due to Mike and John being crooks. They put new seal on it. Found another problem. Fixed that problem. Still not working milk sours in 3 days. I am so broke, my son is now sick, i want an honest person to deal with.
