If ever you order online and need to return they allow you to come return at the store. The worst customer service ever! I went to the cashier and asked her to get me some help getting bathroom rugs down off top shelf; Help never came. They don’t even get a star rating from me.

Talk about a place that has employees that dont want to help you because youre white. Well this is it. Just an encounter with one employee and she pretty much refused to help. She wanted to continue cut chatting with her friend. I will never buy from this place again. Didnt make a purchase that day either.

The place is nice but we were there right after Christmas and some of their inventory was low.

I have been an avid customer for decades. I have not shopped at the Burlington, NC Bed Bath and Beyond in 2 years because of a very uncomfortable accusation by one of their employees and justification from management. I needed an item I could not locate and decided to shop there on 11/25/20. To my surprise 2 years later, the negative culture has not changed. While standing in line on the designated social distance spot for 10 minutes a gentlemen walked in the store, did not get behind me in line and was called to the register to checkout. I informed the supervisor who called him to the register that I was next and she completely ignored me. I made my statement again and another supervisor excused her bad behavior by telling me he is just picking up an item. There was no designated line for checkout and picking up items. There was only 1 line. I informed her regardless of his transaction, I was next in line. I did not receive any acknowledgment of my concern, their mistake, or my inconvenience. My concern was 100% ignored. One would think with all of the stores closing over the country their customer service would be stellar. I will never shop at this Bed Bath and Beyond again.

Whoever Tony is, he’s rude and disrespectful, towards employees and customers. The others that work there, at least seem to try.

Great store! Packed with so much stuff you could spend hours. Be sure to get a buggy on your way in because you will not be leaving empty handed! My only issue is that I am claustrophobic and the isles are narrow and merchandise is stocked to the ceiling. I cant stay but a few minutes at a time. But a great shopping spot!

The General Manager Tony is the most professional Retail manager I have ever met!!! Very accommodating, supremely knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. A great human being indeed. This store is really organized well. The staff are on point! I love this Bed Bath and Beyond!!!

I hate the new return policy!!! The reason I shopped at Bed Bath & Beyond to begin with was because of the awesome return policy.I would keep the box and the receipt and if an appliance or whatever broke I could take it back and get a new one didnt matter if it was a purchase from a year ago. They would simply switch it out give me a new one.I really think that they need to make some exceptions for things that were purchased during the original policy. I believe when you purchase the product it should be done under the policy which is in place at the time of purchase. There are things that are less expensive elsewhere, but because of the policy as it was I knew I was covered if it broke!

I selected the item I went to purchase and when paying, the cashier said that their return policy had recently been changed. I asked her to give me a brief idea of what it was, she did not know and said I would have to go to their website to find out. Would have been better customer service if she could have given me an executive summary of how changes may have affected what I was purchasing.

Pepsi were advertised as 16.9oz. They only had 16oz. False advertisement.

My brother was shopping for new kitchen knife set as well pot & pans. A gift for Valentines day. An experienced member of the faculty was able to give us some sound advice an knowledge on the items.

I love shopping at Bed shad and Beyond. I can always count on getting help promptly. They are so sweet and nice and I love shopping at BED BAD AND BEYOND.

This store has lots of things that you really dont normally think of. A good place for college students. Do not go without several 20% off 1 item or $5 off $20 coupons. To get them, get on their mailing list.

Employees nice and helpful. Usually stocked well. Being able to use coupons expired or not is a great option for savings.

Bed Bath & Beyond is the bomb I want an Uggs blanket they look and feel wonderful yes theyre a little expensive but were isnt a blanket expensive

Good parking. Clean, well-organized store. Pretty much any housewares one would want, along with health, beauty & some snacks.

Delicious, could have been nore tenetive...not that busy. Much odor is hanging in the air from the food cooking. Not the delicious kind from home-cooking comfort food smells - that are good. Perhaps some attention to the exhaust fan is in order? We just dislike a place when we feel we are very near the grill itself...and of course our hair and clothing carries the odors that keep on giving post leaving.

Good quality items, but too much for the space. They need a bigger store with bigger isles. Im disabled and it was very difficult maneuvering in there...

Tony, the store manager went through all of the ovens and suggested the oven that he felt was the best deal. All of the cashiers had a great smile on their faces too.

Long pillow S for son room lay on goes straight flat, wht happened, all stores ordering from industrial co. Not putting enough stuffing inside, use to purchase a standard pillow and its firm, watch out customers,. None Quality at. All... You need to get an orthopedic pillow nowadays to go to pay a lot for a pillow only one comes in bag ..$24& Up until its not fair to customer... I DK if on sale dont last a month.I love the coupons that comes reg. Ck ur pillow status upgrade to a 5... not the only one...FB has News info on everybody, stores restaurants, clothing, phones, ECT... So companies nothing is HIDDEN Anymore..I truly agree about the pillows, One manager not friendly sort of sarcastic, Dont try to get no one fired....God will handle that problem.... You cant tell me too much about candles...main manager called an employee to help when I come I shop, He was helping with candles, Management didnt even know too much abt wick candles... He took upon himself to put the candles in order, he 6 shelves+ 2 end shelves and a display back in orderHe was trying to explain, manager called for him, if she had a LOOKED PROPERLY to see how it was cleaned up, sale items back together, display that was sit on shelf, change of mind, sale items together so u wouldnt mistakes, and that candle was n that area, But someone sit it there, no price, But when scanned u wld know bfore getting upset,. Some candles hardly had a scent... He couldnt smell either so I was going to asked could price be knocked d,. She Quoted, yes it does scratch it u can smell, been out too long no top, after employee so So So sweet.... He helped me find some wicker candles cheaper by cleaning while assist me,. She sent him back to his area...u need to do ur Job on her way to the back, But stopped to mess up a sale, I didnt go n to get candles, but the sale & wicker candles...not including the towels rug .... I didnt cursed her, The old me would have cursed her out, fifth remark... Scratch it, u will smell I even abided her ..I said nothing but the $60. Of candles I purchased... NONE... Right n front of her I nicely neatly put everyone one back in its proper place, basket was full it probably more $ 60. Plus lot of colors of different style walked off ..Thinking had she was at the register before, already told me couldnt use points, that time should have been close to had 2 coupons and I havent went back shopped. They sending coupons, loss rewards$$$ yall dont supply. Points gone end of the month, Everyone else u payment for rewards u can pay bill which riddle, RCD a ck or let it build up .... Love this store? Not fair idt so as I keep right on shopping I wont forget that....

My mother and I walked in 20min before they closed and they made it very clear we were NOT welcome. Because of their obvious attitude we just ran to the bathroom before we left, and they BLOCKED us in with merchandise from outside. When we came out of the bathroom the employees were standing right there and made no attempt to help move the stuff they blocked us in with. Not a welcoming environment at all.
