Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. We walked in to no greeting which would be fine if they even attempted to talk to us at some point. There wasnt a single customer in there, we were ready to get a nice kitchen faucet and asked for help and the older guy working said okay and just continued messing around on the computer for 10 more minutes. When we said we were going to leave, he made no attempt to say sorry or get our business. Seems like he didnt want to be there at all, cant understand how you guys stay in business with salesmen like this.

Not sure why this place only gets 3 stars?! We LOVE how knowledgeable and helpful they are. Always bend over backwards to make everything EASY, with the best advice for what is needed!!!

Constantly screwing the plumbers over !They will undercut and sell to your builder first chance the get.That Proflo and Mirabelle is pure Chinese garbage .Not the employees fault, just another money grubbing Corp . Not even American owned I’m sure.

I went to Ferguson Plumbing to find a unique heating element for my older tankless hot water heater and they bent over backwards to try to help me. Thank you Fergusons.

My husband and I are doing an extensive remodel and have been into this store twice over the past year to look at fixtures and had experienced terrible customer service. We spend 15 minutes in the store both time and both times and not a single employee acknowledged us, even after we greeted them. Today when we walked in, there was a very unhealthy looking older man behind the front desk, he is the first person you see walking in and he did not even make an effort to greet us or respond to our hello, but he actually looked at us and looked the other way. I havent been in a store with such openly horrible service that that made us both feel invisible. I will not be recommending anyone to Ferguson, nor, on principal, will I by buying anything from them.

Tried multiple times to get a quote for a custom glass shower door through them and it was a nightmare. We stopped in on three different occasions left phone and email never heard back and every time I called I was switched to a different person. Finally just told them we would go somewhere else
