Wow! What great customer care. I had a windshield issue. Alamance was recommended. There were fully booked but somehow fit my car into the schedule. Windshield is replaced and we will be able to return to PA as planned. I cant say thank you enough. This is one of those things driving us to move to the South.

The service and installation was super smooth and fast. When I got a call back two days after requesting the glass replacement, I thought it was to schedule a technician to measure the window, but they were calling to tell me the window had already been ordered and had been delivered and they wanted to install it that day. This was an excellent experience!

Glass installer Devon did a wonderful job! Very professional and nice! He is truly an asset to the company! They accidentally ordered the wrong side glass pane but got it in the next day and he was back out first thing in the morning.

I called twice about having a piece of glass cut for a shadowbox. I didn’t have a contract but I took their word on the price quoted.When I went to pick it up the price I was charged was more than quoted. Not much more but it’s the principle of them not following through with what they quoted!I paid for the glass even though legally as not having a contract and price not what was quoted I wasn’t obligated to take it but morally I did my part and kept my word as I had ordered the glass.If you don’t have your word you have nothing!I was also amazed and flabbergasted they didn’t have the glass wrapped at all!Won’t ever use this company again and I will tell everyone I know.Word of mouth can make or break a business.

AMAZING Service and Customer Support. I went to Safe-lite to have my windshield replaced, but the representative behind the counter behaved as if I was bothering her. The technician who looked at the car was just as unfriendly. I left immediately and drove to Alamance Glass. As soon as I walked through the door, they made me feel like I was the most important client they have. They were very pleasant and welcoming. While they were replacing my windshield, the owner came into waiting room and thanked my for my business. He was just as pleasant as his staff. Absolutely amazing staff

The entire shop went out of their way to help my wife when the side widow in her conversion got broken. It could not be replaced due to no stock available from the conversion people. Being it was curved introduced another hurdle but the shop guys were able to fabricate one with lexan. Overnight stay good as new.Thanks to the whole team in the shop.

I went to Alamance Glass to have my cracked windshield replaced. I was pressured to use the outfit by my insurance company... against the recommendation of my body shop friends who suggested Tim Gwynn.Alamance went through the installation like a fire drill and finished in a mere 35 minutes. Steve was the installer and scratched both sides of my truck, down to the paint, where the fender and windshield meet. The electric saw also got into the plastic cowl and made some damage there too.Its interesting to note, they quoted me $285 as a person walking in off the street, but charged the insurance company for 3.1 hours and $434.30. Not that Im concerned about State Farm losing money but i found this a bit surprising.

Alamance Glass was hired to replace the glass in my storm door that the landscape company accidentally shattered. The glass was replaced the end of May 2019,For some unknown reason the glass in the door frame became loose. I called the Company and asked if someone would come and look at it. I received a call fro Ricky and he said he would stop by later in the afternoon, asked me to leave front door unlocked, as I was not going to be home.When I came home the door was back in place and fixed. I feel the customer service of this Company was and is excellent. I would recommend highly on this service, and if needed would use them personally for any needed repair.

The service was good,,, but they need me to teach then how to glaze. Glazing was not up to par.

Just an order for cut glass which was done to my satisfaction. Was very disappointed that the employees, even counter workers, were not wearing masks in this COVID time.

Great, I mean Great Company...

Had them come out and measure my new home for glass shower enclosure. Ricky the sales Rep came out and told me it would take two to three weeks. Eight weeks (two weeks ago) later I receive a call telling me they will be out the following day for install. The next day I receive a call asking me if there was supposed to be metal on the bottom of the glass door (Their screw up or stall tactic). Of course there was not supposed to be metal... So, two weeks later, TEN Weeks overall. They call me and will be out to do install. They showed up today, the glass was not cut correctly, and they could not install it. I let the installers know how long its been. They left and promised they would get back with me. I called Alamance Glass a few hours later asked for Ricky, they said he was on the other line and would call me back. 45 mins later I call them again, they suggested I use another company. I will! I will also encourage anyone needing glass products NOT USE Alamance Glass Inc!!!

This place doesn’t pay their employees for the hours they work. They have the employees do personal favors for the owners daughter if not you have to choose your job or your family. They are extremely controlling and if you don’t do what they want then you’re fired. Anyone that spends money to have something fixed here should have their head examined.

I got my windshield replaced here and had an excellent experience. They matched the glass perfectly. It still looks good 8 months later.

I just had a driver for this company fly up behind me, tailgate me for a quarter mile until the other lane cleared up, and then take off down the road.

This company may do great work.... I ll never know because the front desk staff is rude unprofessional. I dont spend money where customer service sucks.

We had a 1960s house remodeled and had the folks at Alamance Glass put in 3 glass shower doors, a plate glass, a mirror, and glass replacement in 4 windows. They did a beautiful job! Came out and gave a free estimate which was substantially higher than the rough eatimate over the phone. Also, I got two different prices about site repair vs. shop repair. The tech ran over my childs helmet on the driveway and broke through the glass on the deck without cleaning up or asking to further damage the door in question. Overall, I was left with a impression that the company is very unprofessional. They will not receive my business.

I had Jeff Crain and Taylor Cambell, they came to my apartment complex to fix my sliding glass door today. Originally they came out to fix glass that was broken according to my maintenance guy at the complex, realized it was the track not the glass, replaced it and went to Lowes and bought new rollers for the sliding glass door. They were very professional, hard workers, polite, kind.I havr been living here on for 3 years and it has never been fixed like this. I can actually open and close it so easily now, before I couldnt at all. After that they canes back and cleaned the glass and double checked yo see if everything was working ok.
