Duncan is my go to Machanic shop, they are always willing to help me out with my car repairs at a reasonable price, not to mention they arrange towing if need. Been going there over 10 yrs.now I have dont let anyone else work on my cars.

From Indiana and headed to vacation. Found our two of our three brake lights weren’t working. My gut saw the sign there for service and told my husband that’s where we need to go. Thank the Lord we did! They squeezed us in found out it was the fuse and had us on our way. Big thank you to the guys that were working there!!!! Excellent service

Spoke to Matt about alignment the day prior and was a few hours late today and they still took my vehicle in and done right guys are great there and love how they treat customers like family

Duncan is the best, oil changes tires, brakes anything, they were able to get my out of State Van with expired temp tags inspected when 2 other locations said its wasnt possible

Ive been going to Duncan Exxon for years. Sent many a customer there too when Ive worked at various auto parts stores. Its family owned, and Spencer is your hometown salt-of-the-earth, never met a stranger type. Theyre honest and fair, and with my behind the scenes experience fielding phone calls for parts and such, their mechanics are knowledgeable, not just part swappers who try replacing whatever until they luck into finding the problem. As long as I live in Burlington, anything I can do myself will go to them.

Great family company that has been a staple to downtown Burlington for decades. They do routine maintenance plus I have used their towing and roadside assistance before (dead battery). They have offered me a $15 dollar solutions to buy me time before a major repair. It was appreciated and I continue to go to them for my car needs.
