Everyone has bad days but just couldn’t break through with these guys who wanted 100 % down payment before installation. That’s nuts imo no different than big box terms and you have no leverage if things go wrong during installation they already have your money use independent installers. They had some nice products but getting sales help is difficult be prepared to wait 15 to 30 minutes for someone to appear. They have to change to prosper but don’t appear to care their way or the highway. A very disappointing experience no warm fuzzies at all from staff. Plenty of other flooring and carpeting stores in Burlington so keep searching professional help is available elsewhere.

Worst experience I ever encountered, and less then 5 minutes in the store. Poor residents of Burlington if thats what they are subjected to, also could explain no customers either. Do take the extra 20min and drive elsewhere, youll save yourself money, have competent employees and better customer service. Seemingly the owner PHIL likes to be selectively rude and discriminate!! Way to do business there in 2019!! Best Value LIE!! Floor and Decor and Design and Marble beat quality and prices hands down!!! And SERVICING ALL THE WAY TO INSTALL!!

I had Best Value Flooring remodel my kitchen. They did an amazing job. I now need my bathroom updated so knew immediately who I wanted to use. These guys are fantastic and do quality work. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We stopped in to ask a question regarding installation of flooring, he was so rude and arrogant I wouldnt go back there to purchase anything he sells. As a previous business owner you should treat all people that walk into your business with respect and as a potential customer.
