We called and spoke with Ryan Belcher about getting an estimate on replacing 1200 sq feet of flooring in our house. A couple days later a different Ryan came out and did some measurements for the quote. He was quick and very nice. Ryan B put together a quote for me, and after going back and forth a little bit, we agreed to do business. Ryan B had great communication and was very accommodating. He kept me updated and did everything he said he was going to do. Our install was done by Tony and his team and I can’t say enough great things about them! He was very nice and did a walk thru with me to make sure everyone was on the same page. They knocked everything out in 2 days!! They demoed all of my existing floors as well. They did a great job. If you need flooring, I highly recommend Great Floors and Ryan Belcher!

Ryan came out and did a measurement for us on April 28. We still have not heard from Rose are sale rep . Have visited the store on one occasion to get our estimate and told by Rose she would call us . Called Rose a week later and was told she had the estimate but that she was buried in paperwork and could not look at it at that time. Then rudely told me she would call me when she was able to take a look at it. Still no call from Rose. We decided to take our business somewhere else.

If I could give this place a minus score I would. Morgan Schmidt came and did an estimate on a flooring job we needed and totally would not even consider doing what we asked. Instead he wanted to do the floor throughout our entire house, would not even consider doing just the one room that we asked. He was just trying to make a small job into a big one for more money. Our others floors were just fine. We will never give them our business. Great Floors this guy is losing business for you. We will be taking our business to Carpet one. They will do what their customer request.

After a fiasco with Home Depot, we needed to schedule a carpet installation within 2 weeks time (before our household goods were delivered, but after closing on our new house). Our real estate agent recommended Great Floors because he previously had some clients that also needed new carpet quickly and had a good experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a carpet that would coordinate with our wood floors, was comfortable, wouldnt be too tall for our doors (I really didnt want to have to shave them down), and was able to be delivered and installed in time. He actually did the house measure himself. The subcontractors who did the installation were friendly, efficient, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend.

The best experience with this company and the store manager Jeff was particularly helpful in choosing floors for our grandparents home. They thought of all the things like transitions and making them as flat as possible to reduce the fall risk. The installers were amazing and worked extra hard to make the transitions perfect, the attention to detail was above and beyond. Thank you for all your help in getting this done quickly and efficiently, we will be coming back for future projects for certain!

Absolutely horrible job, wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They destroyed ALL of the trim in my home. Smashed a hole into my wall (behind the fridge) that we didn’t discover until months after the job was over when we got a new a fridge. They left trash and job site debris all over my home including nails. The stacked the material for the job on my brand new $2500 couch and ripped tears into the leather which they refused to fix. The worst part of it all is they quoted us for trim removal and replacement of new trim and instead removed and reinstalled the same trim and on top of that damaged the existing trim and Bill the salesman lied to our faces about having new trim installed. He claimed it would be all new trim installed into our home but instead they just destroyed all the existing trim and reinstalled it and left hundreds of nail holes and did not repair. We reached out to management at Burlington locally and then attempted to reach out to corporate in Seattle and in Idaho and we were given the run around. Eventually they just gave us $1000 cash as a “go away”. Pathetic company with the most awful customer service. Truly scum. Stay away from this company!! Do what we did on our next couple flooring projects and check out Carpet Liquidators (who does more than just carpet), we received better prices, better service, and better or comparable products and materials!!!

Jeff and his crew went out of their way to find the “perfect” carpet that sadly had just became discontinued. I had a wait a few extra days, but as soon as it arrived, Russ was on the phone and he and installer Randy were here to get things done. Randy, a long time installer, was efficient, careful and tidy. The room was done in no time flat, perfectly clean and ready for company once again! Thanks. That’s why you’re called Great Floors and not just good floors!

**It was tough** Months into a simple flooring project. Still not finished. Every time we call they say the materials just got in “yesterday” and they’ll finish by the end of the week. The cigarette butts all over the yard where a nice touch too. I appreciate that....3/7 they just tacked on 547.82 cents to our bill and they still haven’t finished.**Update 5/6** Since my last post they sent someone out to measure...and they’ve not done a single thing!!!!! I made the mistake of paying, so they don’t seem to care or remember us. I’ll be filing against them shortly, despite the owner claiming the job is done..the pictures are still 100% current. Update 5/16. Spoke to manger last Wednesday, gave him a full 7 days...didnt call me back. Left him a VM this morning. ** Update 5/29** Were done. I do feel like in the last week Shad, did go out of his way to make sure this thing got wrapped up. The work is amazing and its unfortunate it went this way...but the floors do look amazing.

So I have been wanting new carpet for a while and had a horrible experience trying to get it done through home depots contractor Romanoff Flooring. I highly suggest not going through them if you dont want issues and cancellations repeatedly. Talked to Bill Skaggs on a Friday, he came out on Saturday, his day off mind you, to measure and show me samples. Got it all ordered and ready for the following Saturday. No cancellations, done quickly and very well in only a couple of hours!! Im so happy and totally recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service!! Thank you so much Great Floors!!

I did not have work done, so I can only speak to the sales staff. This place is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with in 36 years of life. They told me my product would be in store for pick up on a Monday. It had not even been ordered on the Monday it was to be available. The story just gets better in that a relative, who had no business with this transaction called and they gave her the info about my product being late but never did call and explain to me what happened. When I questioned the manager as to why he would share my info with someone who was not me he said he “saw us shopping together.” This was a lie, he was on a job site the day I came into look at flooring. The only thing I liked about this place is that I cancelled my order with them. Poor business practice and would not recommend. I try to support local, but not when local behaves in this manner.To the response: so not notifying customers when their product was not ordered and flat out being lied to by management is all excusable?

Recently worked with Kevin. Significant amount of work including underlayment, tear out, disposal, and installation of waterproof vinyl and carpet. Prices were good, service and communication were exceptional. No complaints on the quality of the installation. Bottom line is they showed up when theysaid they would and the new floors are beautiful. I read with humor the review from RB. Im retired and dealt with the public for years. What kind ofnightmare customer do you have to be for a business to pay you $1,000 to go away? It made me wonder if she works for the company she recommended?

We got LVP installed a few weeks ago. The guys that installed it, (I think one was Tony), were fantastic and really hard working. He found a small amount of mold and really went above and beyond to help us make sure there were not any current leaks. The floors look great and the guys were very professional. We needed a different crew to finish the transition pieces from LVP to carpet. I called Great Floors a ton and I was told they would call me back and never did. It got to the point where I was afraid they were never going to send guys out to finish because it went on for a couple weeks and we paid before installation . I don’t know if it’s because we are in Oak Harbor and they were waiting to have another job around here because it was such a quick thing to finish, or if there was miscommunication between getting a carpet guy out here. The carpet guy, Jose, was also fantastic. We had some rolling on the carpet and he went ahead and stretched it for us to help flatten it without being asked. All of the installation guys were just amazing! We haven’t had any problems with the floors. Had it not been for the time finishing the job, it would be a five star review.

Stellar work repairing our hardwood floor. Over time, our solid wood floor had numerous dings, scratches and gouges. Riley came out and had the job done quickly and professionally. Great job and I highly recommend their services.

Amanda and Isaiah took the time to show us options and help us through the process of selecting the right choices. We really appreciated their patience and professionalism. The installation crews were great, and we couldnt be happier with the results. The new flooring looks wonderful! Were very happy with Great Floors.

I ordered carpet from Great Floors the end of September to be installed the end of October. First, they have a huge selection of carpet, tile and other flooring. The installers did a good job. However, the carpet I ordered and the carpet installed was not the same. The color was correct, but the density was not. I pointed it out to the sales person, but was told it was the same carpet. It was after I contacted the owner of the company - who responded immediately and assigned the complaint to the VP - that the store tried to investigate. It was not the same carpet as tested by Shaw. I was given a credit for a portion of the amount still owed. So, eventually the complaint was handled albeit it to a long time to resolve. Check your sample against what is delivered. I was told they would take it out and replace with the carpet I ordered, but having my home torn apart for another three weeks was not something I could do. I like the carpet that was installed, just hope it is up to the standards advertised on the sample.

We were in need of a quick carpet replacement in our spare bedroom. One vendor told us it would be six weeks before we could get an install. Another said it would be two to three weeks. We needed something quicker so we went to Great Floors. Isaiah met us and showed us around. We found a carpet we liked and they happened to have a remnant at half the price. They were also able to arrange an install the next day. Jose of Joses carpets did the install which went very well. So Isaiah and Jose, Great Job and Thank You!!!Our Master Bedroom is next so we will definitely be back very soon.

Wow! These other reviews have to be bogus! Our experience was so easy to pick what we wanted because our expert Amanda was pulling samples of what we described we wanted. While we looked and ask questions she was amazing!The appointment for install had us worried we had been put way down on the list. But again Amanda came though and sent her install crew on a Saturday for an expert install.I did not in any way think this install could meet my happy meter! With the way my first floor was installed. I was wrong this vinyl was a one piece under range, trash masher, refrigerator with an island in the middle. This floor is so perfect I dont understand the expertise it takes to do this kind of work.Thanks Great Floors thanks Amanda thanks Jack and Jim. Were all smiles when you cross our minds. We will be back!

This stems from nothing to do with actual install or product. But from communication. Set a date for measurements, had to call 3 times day of and then was explained that I was a no show the day before, mind you I was at my own place the whole day. Then had to call 3 times to even get a quote. Then I asked for the measurements they took just to be sure it added up and no response. I get things happen but remember the customer may not always be right but is still the customer. Ive been in sales for 14 years and very successful, and would never avoid a potential deal regardless of size. Thats how you get more work and opportunity.

We worked with Bill to figure out the new floors for our rehab. He was incredibly patient with us as we changed our minds so many times, but — even more important — he knows his stuff. He knows both the different kinds of floors one might choose and why, but he also knows well what his store carries. He responded quickly to all our questions, and was very fair.

Great Floors was used as a sub-contractor for a small bathroom repair. They were scheduled to install the flooring Dec 6th and we were told they would be out that day. Their installer was a no-call, no-show despite repeated attempts by our contractor to his Great Floors rep to find out where they were and what time theyd be out. The next day our contractor was told by Great Floors, that they would be out Dec 7th for a mid-morning install. By noon, still no one had shown up or called. By this time, I was getting frustrated. I called our contractor for his Great Floors reps information so I could find out directly from the source what was going on. I spent several minutes listening to Great Floors reps excuses, and finally left him with the ultimatum get out here and do the job TODAY, or lose the job entirely.Within an hour a Great Floors Install tech showed up and completed the job. No apologies for their actions or lateness were given and as such I will never use this company ever again (even if it is through another contractor, I will expressly request that they use someone else.)Had Great Floors just contacted us and let us know they would be late or unable to make the date I would have been fine with it. But a no-call, no-show is not a good way to do business and made my contractor look bad. Not to mention, I had to cancel very important prenatal doctor appointments to wait for them only to have them not show up and give zero reason at all for it. I would not recommend Great Floors to anyone.

Sold us cases of broken tile at twice the price of the same tile Home Depot sells and refused to give a refund. The only thing bogus was the service. It may be worth it to drive to Seattle where Ive never had bad service at numerous flooring businesses.

They have no need from you after they get your money. I bought quartz countertops from them . Bad install from a different company, ask Bill to help with a fix . NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. I called installer, they never heard from Bill . So I had to make arrangements for a fix . My self . Dont use these guys !!

Worst service Ive ever had. I purchased carpet and had it installed in my 88 yr. old mothers house. They covered OVER the heating vents and installed torn/cut carpet on the stairs. I have called several times to the manager, he has never returned my call. I also spoke several times to the man who installed it and he promises to come fix it but never calls back or shows up. It has been 3 months of this! Worst company and service ever!
