When I cracked my phone, I came here and my phone was fixed sooo fast. It took him no longer than 15-20 minutes. He did a good job replacing the screen and always has a positive attitude!

Mobile matrix repair in Burlington is truly awful. Dont waste your money or time.I went in FEBRUARY to have a camera lens replaced on my phone. The guy behind the desk told me it would be simple and would only take 20 minutes and the part would come  in 2 weeks. I paid cash upfront.Flash forward to two weeks later the part mysteriously wasnt here. A myriad of excuses were made and ultimately I told him to call me when it comes in.Flash forward to MAY I finally got a hold of him after multiple phone calls. During these phone calls he claimed he had contacted me and left voicemails. Which he never did. So now not only is my phone not fixed but hes lying about what he is and isnt doing.Finally, I went in to have my phone fixed and he did it. However when he fixed the phone he failed to clean the lens off and this dust was trapped inside my camera.I told him to try to fix it again because I wasnt satisfied with what he had done.With a lot of attitude he then SMASHED the new camera lens he just installed on my phone. (I dont know if it was done on purpose because of his attitude or what) Then put my money on the counter and told me to get out.He never once apologized or acted sympathetic for his clear miscommunication, bad attitude, and poor repair.This guy is a  joke and honestly he should close down his business so this retail front can go to a business with actual standards.

I had a great experience at Mobile Matrix Repair in Burlington. I went there to see about fixing some phones for my business and and ended up getting a whole lot more. I dealt with the manager and the business owner and both we very helpful and took great care of me. I was able to get my phones taken care of and they even purchased them from me, saving me time and energy. I will be going back there for all my phone and electronic device needs in the future!

Adam at the Burlington Alamance Crossing location was awesome! My friend and I came in today with a time-sensitive issue dealing with her phone. We came in somewhat frustrated due to the issue and he quickly made time for us and fixed the problem. He definitely knew what he was doing. Early in the week I went to this location to get an estimate for a repair on my daughters phone and instead of giving me the estimate they fixed the phone screen without my consent and gave me a bill of $120. I decided to pay the bill and when I came back to pick up the phone he told me that I was short $20. I gave him the $20 only to realize later I actually paid $140. This location not only did a repair I didn’t ask for, they cheated me out of an extra $20 and it felt like they weren’t honest with me. Would not recommend could go somewhere else for a better price such as UbreakIfix in Burlington.

This guy on the front desk has so bad attitude we stand front of him for 5 minutes and is like no body was there we bring a phone asking for warranty on a screen he put on a month ago and trade to sell me a new screen he dont want to be responsible about something he dont due right also is the second time we bring the phone for same problem first time when my son bring the phone he asking for his phone and offer him a free screen protector. if he let him put a review on my soon phone

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in to repair 2 Ipad minis, the only thing wrong with them were the screens, I paid over $200, when they gave them back on of them had the home button loose and it would jam in the corners, I took it back and they said it was our fault and charged me an additional $60 to repair it again, 2 days later both ipads did the same thing, the home button was loose and would jam into the corners, I went back and they said they would repair it, he admitted that the parts used werent the best quality, the tech wasnt there so I came back a few days later. He looked at the tablets and said that that was As good as it was going to get, a few days later I went to UbreakIfix and they said the previous tech had maybe lost a part that was supposed to secure the home buttons, now theyre perfectly fine. I could sue these people for robbing me with such bad quality work. I wouldnt recommend anyone use them.

Fast repair time, but quality isn’t there. I had my iPhone 6s repaired due to a crack that messed up my lcd screen, but when I got my phone back the glass looked great and new but I still had problems with the lcd screen and the touch point on my screen. I took it back and they repaired it again but it STILL WASNT WORKING. I gave up and just got a new phone.....

Gentleman fixed issue with cracked nitendo ds xl screen, however in the process he clipped the power cable to the power button. He lied to me and told me that nitendo would fix it for $110. That was a lie, seeing that Nintendo does not fixed equipment that was tampered with.

You really need someone else dealing with your customers the guy that works there is a smart ass I will get my tablet fixed this time but never will I use the services again. My daughter also has a bad experience there and my screen was suppose to be there within 3 to 5 business days and today makes 6 business days but he said it will be there tomorrow SMH

HORRIBLE. Messaged me to bring all used cases and would make me a reasonable offer. I drove 45 minutes to get there for the guy to say $1 a case. Keep in mind this was for life proofs, otterboxs and mophie cases. Completely waisted my time and was very smirky and rude. I would never step foot back and I hope no one else wastes their time either.
