At first I was a little lost because no one greeted me upon walking in twice. After the long wait I had the pleasure of being helped by Oscar. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The only downfall was that because he was so knowledgeable he had to help the other associates and was the only one checking in the guest so it took longer to get taken care of but I can say it was worth the wait because Oscar was able to answer all of my questions and was patient enough to find the better deals for me. Oscar should be a manager as he definitely displays manager qualities.

This T-Mobile store is great friendly sevice(not the fastest) but friendly and professional. My problem is not with the store per say its the parking lot. You can never get into the store because of the Starbucks traffic. They block the entrance so you can get to the tmobile store.either tmobile should move or the Starbucks should go. Either way theres not enough room and driveway entrance for both.
There 2 people working there and they helped me get answers and were very nice to everyone that came in. Kendra was very helpful and friendly.

The sales person I came in contact with in the store only cared about getting sales, and not helping me. I know his name but I’m not going to mention it. I’ve done sales for many years, and he didn’t know the product, or the pricing when I asked those type of questions you should know that right off hand the product just came out, so it’s clear their not big on training.Not to mention the only reason he got the sale was because my screen was cracked, and I left to go to Best Buy to check on my phone, but the real reason I left was because he actually had the audacity to start helping another customer right in front of me.I guess the sales guy that took over when he did that was scared to help me when I came back because he was the one that Greeted me, the guy that cold shouldered me started helping as soon as I walked in.The only reason I gave two stars is because he did connect my phone to the WiFi, so I could update on my phone; but even that was a fail because I wasn’t able to use it until I got home.I also came in to by some Air Pods that I really wanted, and his go to close was noise cancellation for the Pro’s, and Wireless charging for the other Air Pods I couldn’t justify spending the money, and I really wanted them. They were a gift to myself, I did end up buying the Apple Watch, but not because of him because it was a Christmas Present for my fiancée, and she really wanted it for her new job she just obtained.The salesperson doesn’t even know that much because all he cared about was the sale.They operate like a Buy Here Pay Here lot when I’m use to going into the Car Dealerships if I was to use a analogy. I won’t be going back for my Watch, and Air Pods that I’m buying next week...Be mindful when you go here because the salesperson didn’t disclose price I had to ask what the payment would be he said $30 I know the business, and insurance is extra he was going to fail to mention insurance was a extra $14 until I asked about it.I’m the customer that will buy even when treated poorly, but I will NEVER return again ‼️‼️UpdateNow that I actually had time to look over the paperwork they insurance is $16 a month no that’s the two dollars is a deal breaker, but watch out because a dishonest salesperson is dangerous, and shouldn’t be in the business ‼️‼️

I went yesterday trying to change to T mobile, David was very rude, I ask what I need and he told me your account,I said ok let me get it, and he went back in again, so he left me and my husband just standing there, so I has to ask his co worker for pen and paper, so after a while, he came out, when he saw us waiting and came out again to talk to us... If you want to sell and have costumers have better experience better choose your worker, he was just not helping, so we got out.

They need to test the phones before you leave the store. Weve been back twice sense purchasing new phones. One works good the other wouldnt connect to anything. Total bummer when its you wifes phone!!!!!!
Ricky is the man! He was so accommodating and friendly when we came in around 20 minutes before closing. We will definitely be back next week, when we have more time, to upgrade.

They fixed the problem with my voice mail that tech support and another store couldnt fix.
So friendly. Ive had tmobile for over a year and their reception and 4g has definitely improved a lot. They seem to be really expanding their coverage. Never had a problem with them.
Switched carriers to T-Mobile. Staff at the store were very helpful and were busting their butts to help everyone visiting as quickly as they could. Very pleased with my visit.
The staff is truly caring and concerned regarding us having to wait soooooo long. Rarely enough staff. When others come in with concerns, help, or new services...of course they need undivided attention. I like to pay my bill in the store...waiting in excess of 30 mins is just too long.. BRING THE KIOSK BACK PLEASE!
