The store can get very busy if you dont get there early! Arrive after 10:30am then be prepared to shop for an hour or longer because they have so many cute options for kids, adults and the house!! They offer great selections for great prices that you just cant pass on!! With that said you will notice the long lines at check out and a lot of people walking out with at least 2 bags!!..you must check out this place!!

Great place to get a good deal on clothing. However, the only issue that I have with this location is that the mens section is relatively mediocre, as in, its all repetitive- hoodies/jackets with hoods and sweatpants, with the occasional shirt you would eventually consider buying or just drop off somewhere random because you dont want it anymore. I kind of wish there was more forms of clothing-like a summer cardigan would be nice or something longer in style.Obviously, you just have to go on a lucky day to get something interesting, but come on. Some more uniqueness.

Loved the experience they all help and cater to your needs the only thing is when it comes down to paying theres not enough cashiers. Otherwise its awesome. Everything is always on sale and it makes me happy. I love primark!!

You can tell the middle aged 350lb+ guy overseeing the dressing room that he shouldnt comment on dress shirts possibly not fitting customers. He should take a look in those dressing room mirrorsYou can also tell him my 511, 180lb body fit the slim fit large dress shirt fine.

Good variety of clothes and affordable rates

Dude with an emo haircut didnt give me a receipt so when I went to go return something after traveling for two hours he said I couldnt return that item without one, associates look very new and not trained very well for professional customer service, not to mention theres a mile long line every time I come in because this dude takes seven years to check out one person while other associates are waddling around looking for other work to do. Its whatever since I dont expect much from a store filled with teenagers.

I heard about this place so I decided to visit it today. Its in a Burlington Mall and they took over from Sears. Its in the corner of the building. The place is huge and I mean huge.Because of it size I would have expected it employees to guide customers and a specific index to tell you where the thousands and thousands of items are. I so one employee during the hour and a half that I was there. The other employees were folding clothes and oblivious to the customers. The index told you the various sections but not where they are. I find such an omission neglect of the customers.At the same time, primark had many many cameras whose intent was security and lost prevention. That is my educated guess.The were a few signs that were helpful. But that was an exception to the rule. Going around and looking for things and items was nothing short of tedious expedition.The prices were low. I believe thats because many items were made in Southeast Asia like Bangladesh and Vietnam. There was no attempt to assure the public that the conditions of the factories met international treaties. So I can only assume, its selling the product cheaply whats more important than educating the public.Some items were and had many choices while others had very few choices.I ran out of energy to take pictures because there was so much one could take pictures of. What do I think, when you read my review, I still think its worthwhile place to shop or visit if you dont care about where the products were made and you are willing to spend your time Im going to Safari. Notably, they made it great effort to expedite and regulate the check out area which was clearly delineated.I would recommend that you try this store at least once.

Amazing store in Burlington, MA. Is one floor and is very organized. Good time to shop is during the week Days, due to busy and long line, on the weekends, but is so worth shopping there. 😊

Spacious store with different varieties .prices are moderate, the taste and quality of clothes is improving, needs more cashiers especially in weekends, staff are very friendly and helpful which is very evident compared to other branches

I really love shopping here but this is too crowded for a pandemic! Most places have a single direction you walk this one is just a free for all. And it doesnt matter how many times they tell people to stay 6 ft apart and not try on clothes because no one for the most part is listening

I never actually bought anything here. The thread count of the clothes seems really low. The t-shirts feel extremely thin. The lightning is awful. They use low light drop lights. If you really want to shop here bring a flash light. Most of the store is in shadow the ceiling is painted black adding to the gloomy feeling of the space. I never really saw an employee they might all be working the registers.

Well, only the best store ever. It’s so affordable and the quality is actually really good. All the shoes pictured were on sale. I got 7 pairs for $46. Honestly, how can you beat that? They have men’s, women’s, kids, shoes, accessories, luggage, a home department, and so much more. You can literally shop for your entire family and get so much for your money. They have women’s camis for $1.60. Leggings for under $5. Lingerie pieces for like $10. You really can’t go wrong here.

Reasonable prices for all clothing ! I legit go in a spend hours shopping for me and my kids . I come here for every season. Love all their styles.

I guess the beauty of style is that everyone has their own taste. Personally for me, the women’s clothing is very ugly. The men’s clothing is much more appealing. My boyfriend loves primark and it is the only reason I even step foot inside this store. I have found ONE item I liked in the past few years. Many of the clothing for women are plain and unappealing. The outwear- coats, jackets, peacoats are OK. The women’s shoes are also lack luster in every way. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the store which surprisingly was tidy. The selections at this location are very few compared to the location in Boston. The plus side, here there is parking. Boston, there is not.

It was crowded but they dont let u try on anything which is a pain if u are not from the area u hesitate on purchasing bc do u really want to travel all the way back and they have bathrooms but they will not allow the public to use them I think COVID is clearing up all over the country and alot of retailers are not changing with it they use it to hide behind to not normalize...my opinion and everyone has their own take 🤔

Great Prices! Some of the clothing, I purchased turned out to be cheap, after wearing it maybe 2x. As a female, I must say, I do love that store. What looked, like a ?$500 purchase was $150 at checkout.

So I had never been to a Primark EVER. However I have seen some of my favorite youtubers get hauls from Primark. I always thought eh maybe their just trying to get sponsoring, their stuff probably isnt that great. I was very wrong, my fiance and I went in on our mini vacation and looked around and EVERYTHING is at a reasonable price, I honestly didnt see anything over $20. All the clothes felt like really good quality, the employees were very nice. I wish we did not go so close to closing or I would have probably did a haul of my own which might not have boded for my carry on that I had for the train. I will be trying my hardest to go back or find one closer to my home in Maryland.

Lots of merchandise with a short wait at the entrance due to occupancy limits. Most of the rush seemed to be at the checkout counter but it moved fairly quickly.

Great clothes, stylish fashion, but the best part is the prices! Super inexpensive, but the clothes are still great quality. Options are limited for athletic wear but there is a huge selection for all other types of clothes. They have tons of different styles and its all super nice quality. However, I would advise against getting shoes here. Unlike the clothes, the shoes are poor quality and fall apart quickly. So if youre looking for shoes or athletic wear, go somewhere else, but if youre looking for anything else then Primark has the best clothes at the best prices.
