Definitely not the Walmart to come to. I was at the electronics section this evening and not only did the cashier skip me twice, once I got his attention to open an item that was locked he still skipped me to assist someone else instead of checking out the item for me. So I left. Going to the other Walmart to see if I get better service. Kinda made me feel like he racially profile me. Since I am Hispanic and the others he assisted to skip me were white. If I wasnt with my children I would have shown my attitude and cussed him out.

All the Walmarts in Greensboro are consistently well taken care of. Good job.

I HATE this Walmart, I don’t understand how they are still in business. They never pick up the phone and I placed a order online now nobody has no clue where it’s at out so to contact that can tell me any info!

I like this Wal Mart early in the morning when there aren’t many other customers. They have a good selection of everything. However, Today I entered the outdoor living entrance because the automotive section is on that end of the building, and hoped to be in and out quickly. I gathered my things and headed to the outdoor checkout, only for an employee to tell me that there isn’t a cashier there. I’m not opposed to walking, but I had to walk all the way to the grocery section on the other end of the building to self-checkout. Why have an employee working in the outdoor living area that can’t run a register? Why isn’t the self checkout closer to the outdoor living area open? I feel this employee was very capable of operating the register but didn’t want to leave what she was doing to help.

This place is huge and not too many people. The Burlington Walmart is much busier. My daughter attends Elon and this Walmart had everything. Employees were nice.

Not enough open self check outs too long of lines its like going to the Zoo inappropriate dress wear I prefer going to the one in Reidsville much better

Why are there poor reviews of this store with 5-star ratings?? This is the most unreliable delivery experience I have ever had. We pay $98 a year for free grocery delivery with an order of $35 or more. Sounds great, right? It is….when they fulfill your order. I am writing this review after my delivery order was canceled with no explanation for the EIGHTH time. There is no sense in this! Why pay for a service like this if you only get your groceries delivered MOST of the time? I would understand if they had to cancel our order once or twice, but this is ridiculous!! When I try calling the store, no one will answer in any department. When I call the corporate customer service number, they tell me nothing can be done except cancelling the order and reordering all my groceries again. I need these groceries today…which is why I reserved the time slot I did to have them delivered. If they didn’t have the manpower to fill the order, that time slot shouldn’t have been an option. Why hasn’t anyone from corporate gone into this store to see what in the world is going on? You’d think after so many complaints and the fact that even corporate has no way of getting in touch with them, something would be done, but it hasn’t. I have even asked to be able to place my order at the Mebane or Burlington stores (both about 7 miles from my house) and they say it’s not possible for them to do that. I like the service when I get it, but not being able to rely on it is a huge problem.

Its been a long time since visiting this location. I found shelves to be full, store to be clean and organized. I was please that Walmart is still the meeting spot of long lost friends an relatives.

I was able to get in and get out within a short amount of time and the deli food areas chicken is great

Great prices on things when they are stocked which is not often. They never have enough registers open ever but you see several people with Walmart vests on but walking around talking. If you decided to go here go early or youll wait in line forever.

Walmart is a as needed store for me. I prefer to go early mornings because its less people. Overall its a good place to get essential items.

Went in to buy a can of shaving cream. It was locked in a display case and I waited 15 minutes while someone tried to find the key. Every time I go, I say I wont go back. Might be true this time. This store has the worst management I have ever seen.

I have leg issues, walk with a cane, and NEED an electric cart to shop in the big store. Often this local Walmart doesnt have any available (not enough and sometimes several arent working), so I have to turn around and go back to my car without shopping; that happened this evening. This store/the people who work there dont care at all - basically they just shrug.

I needed to have pictures taken off my phone and printed. I didnt know what size nor how to work the kiosk. Justin to the rescue!! He walked me through the sizing for what I needed and helped with the kiosk. So much so the next picture I was able to do myself. Thank you Justin for great service today. I really appreciate everything you did today. All while still helping others. With a SMILE!!

Its alright. Im not a huge fan of the music they play outside these days. Seems like Im hearing music in all the wal mart parking lots these days. Im guessing it puts people in the mood to spend more money or something. Or maybe it deters crime, but it just feels like Im walking into a carnival or something. I dont like carnivals and I dont want to shop at one.

A lot of people get mad that they haveto show a receipt. I have no problem showing mine when I leave any Wal-Mart. Its no problem at all. But why did the woman who asked for it draw a face on her hand and talk in a weird voice like her hand was asking for the receipt? Is that a common practice at wal-mart or is she just off of her meds? Maybe put her in the back where theres no customers?

Placed my online groceries and got the text that it was ready for pickup as usual, I checked in, arrived and wrote down my vehicle and parking spot. Long story short, I’ve been waiting for an hour and still haven’t received my groceries, called the number provided and all I get is a voice mail (left a voice mail 4 times). I’ve also been calling the store non stop and no answer. This used to be a great service but it has been poorly managed lately. Won’t be coming back to this Walmart, at least till they improve this service.

RIDICULOUS! Grocery pickup has never been this bad! Lets see, sooooo My pickup time is 5-6pm, and here it is NOW 8:38pm! Nah, Im not that crazy to wait 4 hours! I got the your groceries are ready for pickup at 6:30 and has been waiting since! NEVER AGAIN!

I forget that I hate shopping here. They treat me like a thief at the door then tell me to have a nice day. I work hard to pay for my things. I have integrity. I would appreciate that being the assumption rather than first assuming that people are just pushing stolen things right out of the door.

I hate going to Walmart. I feel like Im going to get ran over by the people that shop for others. Then when it comes time to check out there is not enough check outs and they dont seem pleased to have to check you out. I dont like to use self check out because I dont get a discount to do someones job.

Today, 4-22 (around 2:30), I received the best customer service from the young man working the bakery. I knew he was busy, but he patiently helped me as I ordered a cake. Such a nice guy!

First the store is dirty as hell...the bathrooms even worse. then i get to register and some kids walkin thru checkout to go into store,behind me??? Well the experience that I had today at walmart was very hard for me I was trying to pick up money that one of my former bosses that has opened up a big time chain called epic tymes jewelry shop an he sent me money gram an recipe that makes it possible that I dont have to show Id well when I got there I had a very bad experience with the store manager an employees they was very rude an denied me access to receive the funds then call the police so I left.. I want them to be paid less then what there position is thank you

The Graham Hopedale location has the WORST pick-up service. Also items are always out of stock. They never notify you or communicate what is going on with your order. I cant say that there is a lack of care on the part of all Associates but the one that I spoke with was rude and condescending. As soon as she came to the phone, she said Hello, whats the problem. I explained that I was given the wrong order and an Associate said he would go back in to check and see about getting my correct items but he never returned. I then received a sarcastic, well...Im sorry but no one back here knows what youre talking about and we dont even have that item on our shelves. I understand items may be out of stock but that was not communicated to me until I arrived to the store and called to ask about my order.

There is always an issue with Grocery Pickup...either theyre out of everything or your order is delayed an hour or more. Ive even tried grocery delivery with this store and 2 out of 4 deliveries went to the wrong house. When the store doesnt answer the phone even for corporate its an issue. I honestly feel that there is a lack of care since it mostly services minority populations. Though the actual associates are extremely friendly but have no control over most things.

Dont ever shop at the Walmart on Graham Hopedale Rd Burlington NC they lock the doors at 7pm to half the store and make EVERYONE walk across the parking lot. A whole 2 hours before dark arrives.... Just LAZY.... WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT WALMART ANYMORE. Its the craziest thing Ive ever seen. Then asked an employee what there store manager name was and she did not even know. If I could put 0 stars that would be good. Waited almost 2 hours for groceries and left. Went to Foodlion and purchased groceries after wasting my time waiting for nothing at Walmart. Will never use the grocery on line that they offer again. If your time is not valuable then use them.

This review is for the delivery service. I placed an order yesterday to be delivered today around noon. I received an email that said my ordered was shopped and ready and then... nothing. They never made contact with me and did not deliver my order. I called the Customer Service number on the email 3 times (who really cant do anything because they are not at the store location) and the store once where my info was taken and I was told it would be given to Coach Karen to contact me back, but nobody contacted me back. This is a terrible way to treat customers, any customer. I understand things happen and go wrong sometimes, but someone should have had the common decency to contact me instead of just doing nothing. If you commit to a service as a company, you should be sure that management team sticks by it and does the right thing.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve been to. Most of the employees have terrible customer service and the grocery/online pickup department is a complete joke. The orders “ready” but they’re never able to find it and make you wait for over an hour in the pickup area while they walk around to each car multiple times asking for last names. They’re either not adequately trained or they’re just so slack.

The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy. Everyday necessity items are locked up. Had to wait 35 min for a can of $1.95 shaving cream to be unlocked. Supposedly only one employee in the whole walmart has a key whom seems to be on their break regardless of what time of day it is. This walmart is absolutely 💯 ghetto. Youre best bet is to drive to other Burlington location or Mebane.

When I have a whole cart of groceries I obviously paid for but the large pack of toilet paper wont fit in a bag and you want to see my receipt for said toilet paper??? Why? Like really I paid for all, but you think Im going to steal the paper. Done with this store!

My experience with the pickup service was absolutely horrible tonight... We were there right after we were notified that the order was ready. First of all there were no available spots to park. Then after parking in the next available one, it took over 2 hours to get our grocery order... Once home we found a good portion was missing. The one good thing is that the young lady that delivered my order was very polite.

It was bad. Waited for an hour for them to finally tell me they couldnt find my order even with a confirmation. Then said I could pick it up tomorrow. If I didnt need it today I wouldnt be there. Tried to call in numerous times to hear a recording that their system was down and then got a recording of Christmas hours. Ten cars all waiting for pick up orders and only one guy working. Brought out orders about ten minutes apart and would not answer questions or even acknowledge me. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Back to food lion I go...at least they can get your order right and to your car in a timely manner.

No one answers the phone! Ive called a total of 4 times and allowed it to ring until the phone cut the call. 5 minutes each call. No answer.

I placed a grocery order as normal and was notified as normal when my order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store a few minutes later and called to let them I was there and where I was parked and was told by the lady on the phone she would be out in a minute with my order. Over 30 minutes later I was still sitting there as a walmart worker stood and visited with the customer in the only other car left then visited with another worker as I sat in the only car there still waiting. After they left another worker came to my car and after asking my name asked had I ordered from a different store. After showing her the notification that my order was ready and giving my order number she managed to find my order on her screen. Minutes later a man brought my order to the car. He put groceries in my back seat then came to my window and smiled and handed me three bags of groceries through the front window. So much for contactless shopping.After he left I got out of the vehicle and took the bag of groceries out of my husbands lap and the other two bags to the back seat where they should have been placed by the Walmart worker. Needless to say I will not shop Walmart groceries again!

Cant try on clothes but you can take them home and try them on. Not sure what the difference is except to lazy to sanitize. Cashier apparently was having a bad day.
