Worked from here for a week. Excellent wifi, good coffee. Very straightforward offering and staff. Wheelchair accessible entrance and restrooms. Bonus, they have low top tables with no underneath barriers.

Lovely decor. Employee super nice although not wearing a mask. Ordered an extra hot latte to go. It was barely above room temperature.

Service and coffee was wonderful plus they have Miss Weinerz donuts sometimes too!!

Coffee was OK. Smooth. They make you wear a mask when you walk in. Rude about it. Coffee had chuncks of coffee grounds floating all over. Not coming back to this place.

Excellent coffee. Both drip and espresso are top quality. They make ice cream with very unique (more adult) flavors. We tired a plum and black walnut ice cream and it was awesome. You get a lot for one scoop and it was tasty as an affogato. Its a Beautiful space with lots of plants, which is unused due to the pandemic. But theyre doing a great job in keeping their customers safe in the pandemic.

Coffee was awful, service was even worse. This was my first time visiting Vermont and was hoping for a nice coffee experience. Very disappointed.

We stopped here for donuts. One of the very few times (if ever?) that I didnt finish them. A very bad flavor - for me, at least. The dough wasnt sweet at all and just tasted yucky to me. Service was good. The menu is funny - ice cream, donuts and waffles.

Very relaxing joint. Hidden far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trap. Service was quick. The cortado was good. I wanted to try their food, but, I was full at the time.

We only got food (froyo and a wafflegato) but both were delicious! We will have to come back and try the drinks another time! Very friendly service.

Looks like a Scandinavian-inspired cafe with minimalist menu. I had a scone and a bowl of Chia Seed Porridge – coconut milk, pepitas, blueberries, hibiscus maple. My friend had Wafflegatos – Waffle, with her choice of ice cream (fresh turmeric cinnamon) scoop on top, and a double shot of espresso to top it off. My other friend had a regular waffle with Vermont maple syrup and butter.All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. My two friends also enjoyed a hot chocolate and I believe a coffee drink. The ingredients tasted really fresh. If you’re wanting a hearty breakfast with like eggs and bacons, you may want to go elsewhere because this cafe location has a limited number of items.Customer service was great too.This looks like a great cafe to do work, study, read, or write. The spacious clean feel is relaxing and helps you focus. The music that played sounded like instrumentals from another country.

The waffle and ice cream was AMAZING. Gotta love that maple syrup too. What a treat for someone who is not a local! Nice relaxing atmosphere

Wow—This coffee is literally crack in a cup. If I have a ton of work to do, I always know that I need a coffee from Scout in order to get it all done. Before COVID, this was always my go to study spot—great natural light, plants, and music to get you in the mood for finishing the work youve been procrastinating.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Scout & Co. has a very modern feeling interior. It is a great place to go and work on a laptop, write or read. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. The shop is open with tons of table and counter space. Their coffee and coffee beverages are delicious! They also have a wide selection of tea. The pastries from a Bakery in Williston are divine! And last but not least their in house ice cream is to die for! The flavors may sound strange but they are a delight! My taste buds have never had such a wonderfully unique sensory experience! If you stop by I highly recommend trying a sample. They also do hand packed pints!

Best place in town for a chai latte with oat milk!Very pleased that they offer a variety of milk alternatives as many places only have soy or almond options. Both of which I have allergies to.Great space to catch up with friends, read a book or get work done.Excellent customer service.They accidentally made me a regular latte and without skipping a beat, upon my return, I was given a free drink card along with my newly made chai latte. Very thoughtful, was not expecting the the bonus drink card.The only downside is that they dont offer any gluten free pastry options. When asked if they will down the road they kindly stated no, due to the chances of cross contamination.

They serve decent coffee. Its quiet, modern, and they have a good selection of hipster coffee. And by that I mean youre not going to get Starbucks style big whipped up sugary fake coffee. Youre going to get real coffee fresh dripped and brewed per order.

This place was really cool. Extremely friendly staff, excellent coffee and the unusual ice cream flavors that they make on site are truly like nothing ive tried before. Had a really good wafflegato in which ice cream is placed on a waffle and the whole thing is covered by a shot of espresso. I would strongly recommend this place.

Great coffee in a beautiful, minimally decorated space. Creative house made ice creams are killer especially the smoked maple and sea salt creemee (soft serve for visitors to the area). The Old North End needed a place like this!

Heard great things and found decent coffee. Bariata skill was a little lacking for a specialty coffee shop. Micro foam was chunky and dry. My breve was made with whole milk and the barista seemed put out when I asked her to correct it. But still head and shoulders above any chain you can go to. Not bad if your near by but I wouldnt hunt this place down.

I love this place. I come in to the Winooski branch to work on my laptop, and the atmosphere is ideal -- a nice mix of people who are there to work and people who are there to socialize. The music is eclectic, but its not so loud that I cant tune it out with my headphones when I want to listen to my own stuff. The wifi is reliable, the staff is personable, and the coffee is made with care.

Scout can be counted on to provide consistently great coffee. The ONE location is super bright and open, though not as cozy as their second Winooski spot.

Id been to the Scout and Co in Winooski, so today I tried this one in Burlington, and Im so glad I did! Their buttermilk chia porridge is to die for, and the latte was clearly made with love and care. I couldnt possibly do justice to this wonderful place!

I have not tried their ice cream. However their Espresso (Winooski location) was right on spot. I am an Amateur home-barista and specialize only on Espresso. Ive tried almost all coffee shops in the Burlington area and this has been the only one where I can say I had a true espresso experience. They use a small La Marzocco so you will have to wait for a while if theres a line, great quality machine but can only make one espresso at a time, perfect for a small cafe like the one in winooski.I knew the espresso was good when I noticed the barista technique. She did not measure by volume which is what they do in uncommon grounds, and volume can vary greatly with many different factors such as age of the bean, type of water, etc... She looked at the extraction itself, and stopped it manually at the right blonding moment. The result was a very complex espresso. It was very sweet, with all the caramel, chocolate and fruity flavours you should expect in espresso. And it was dense, like chocolate melting in your mouth, the way espresso is supposed to be.My girlfriend ordered a milk beverage (cortado) and microfoam was spot on. Latte art could be improved though, but that of course wont affect the taste of your beverage and depends on the artistic skills of the barista.5 stars.

I had met the baker of Scouts doughnuts @ the checkout in Costco....we got to talking about sourdough, she stated she makes the doughnuts for both Scouts, delivers every weekend AM, @ 1000...Im not a particular fan of doughnuts, but because Im a huge fan of sourdough (make bread with my own starter), had to try them....went to the new location, in Winooski.....WOW, they are FANTASTIC!!!....had the one with rhubarb inside (big fan of that also, make my own rhubarb pies)....will definitely be back!!....GCW
