I have no idea what the heck they are doing when it comes to their food. Smoothies melt and began separating. And this is by the time I get in car and pull off. Those are any fruit smoothie. Ordered the latte frozen thinking better. Wrong wrong it awful. Taste like watered-down vanilla almond milk. If I wanted almond milk with a hint of caramel I would have ordered. The food is thrown together. Maybe train better and not let everyone work food. Do better.

Site allows consumers and employees to enter and service customer without masks. I spoke with 2 managers at this site who state Alamance county doesnt support the mask mandate and neither do they. It is completely up to the customer as to whether or not a mask must be worn. This is the reason why the virus is spreading. Businesses like this not protecting employees or consumers. Employees even behind a glass shield should wear mask especially when serving food and handing items to consumers. Shopping at this location is a huge health risk to the community and their practices during the pandemic should be addressed and corrected.

Easy to get what you want and get out.

Paid for my food twice, employees too busy playing than waiting on customers. I will make sure I get receipt next time. Store was dirty!

Sheetz was my go to place for coffee and cigarettes every morning for the last 5 yrs. My day was built on sheetz coffee. Since this covid 19 they only offer decaf and classic. And trying to get staff to prepare it to my liking is a nightmare. They dont listen to what you want in your coffee. Ive since started going to loves since they have my dark roast and they actually listen to how u want your coffee as well as not giving an attitude about it.

One stall working in womens bathroom. Husband said mens room was dirty. Inside and outside were filthy! Couldnt believe it was a Sheetz. The employee was very nice though. Seemed very understaffed for the as busy as it was.

The food here was trash. I ordered some Mac n cheese with other toppings; they waited until after I paid for my “deluxe toppings” to tell me they were out of some. They compensated by just giving me double grilled chicken. This chicken looked and tasted like someone picked it out of the trash from someone’s leftover lean cuisine. Watery and rubbery. No money was refunded. Bathroom soap dispenser in the women’s room was hanging off the wall and dripping in the floor. Not a good experience, to say the least.

I was trying to get some soda out the soda machine Im looking At the soda dispenser and the clear nozzles are full of mold in crud they where nasty took picks too and video not only that even the cashier and manger on duty was rude telling me we always busy let me go to ur job see how clean it is like excuses me !
