I cannot talk enough about this place. i go here at least three times a week and their caramel iced coffee is the best ive ever had. also, their chocolate cookies are incredible. the staff is super sweet as well. such a good atmosphere thank you all so much!

Once in a while well go here for breakfast to treat ourselves or order on the app and pick up. We usually get some muffins, which are amazing, and a latte. Ive had a breakfast sandwich before and that was good but it doesnt beat the muffins.

I love True North! Love when they have the eggnog latte, its my favorite! The frozen hot chocolate is another delicious choice. They have so many delicious flavors of coffee and the staff is great!

I’d like to begin with I loved this place in the past. Reliably every few times my order is not correct. The most recent time my online order was not brought out until over 15 minutes after they said it would be ready for pickup-thus all the frozen drinks being melted. I had called at about the 10 minute mark to check in and resulted in the woman having an attitude with me and hanging up on me. The quality of this place has dropped dramatically since the corona outbreak.On multiple occasions I’ve observed the baristas not wearing face coverings at all, only the runner(aka young lady who brings the food out to the pickup are). I feel if you can’t get online ordering correct, don’t offer it. Simple as that. I’ve contacted whomever is responsible for the Facebook page weeks ago about the mask instance. The message shows read and I have received no reply.

Love their coffee BUT I would not go here right now. They have gloves available for wearing when you walk in which is nice but NOT ONE of the employees (and there were 7 one which definitely was a manager figure ) are wearing masks and 1 of the 7 was wearing gloves. Between the time I ordered and received my ice coffee two people had put their bare hands across the top of my lid completely. Unfortunate for a small business. I like giving to local places and have been a regular here for some time. But unfortunately will be avoiding for now

Delicious caramel latte/ great coffee. They have a decent selection of options. While I didnt eat any, the food looks good too. Busy atmosphere with a family shop type of vibe.

This place blows away Dunkins and Panera. Ordered an everything bagel with creamcheese and an Ice Tea. They did not disappoint, the bagel was so fresh and soft, nothing like the hard bagels you get from Dunkins. The ice tea also taste so much better then any other place I’ve gotten them before. I will make sure I stop here before going anywhere else.

A medium sized location with places to eat inside and a table outside. Plenty of delicious food options, especially the Sweet Heat breakfast sandwich. Offers great choices of coffee beverages with different flavors.

Loved this coffee spot. Was there late Sunday morning. It was busy, had to wait for a seat but unlike other places to get coffee there is no time limit for talking over coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful when it came to ordering with allergies.Would definitely return.

I was sick of the “ coffee “ and awful service at Dunkin, decided I’d try something new today and am glad I did. I needed a good cappuccino to get through the rest of my day and true north coffee didn’t disappoint. Fair priced, fast service, good quality.

This place is one of the best coffee houses in the area. They serve tasty pastries and sandwiches. But the real reason you come here is the best coffee in the area. If you want a coffee drink I am sure they make it. The atmosphere is an inviting homey Cafe feel, with enough seating for everyone.

Top notch coffee! Flavored iced coffees are actually brewed although they have flavor shots of you want it. Great flavor and never bitter. Super friendly staff as well and a great place to hang out for a bit. Will definitely be back!

Delicious!! They did a great job on a cupcake catering order and I tried a pistachio infused coffee out of curiosity. It was so so good. Definitely recommend if you want to support a quality local business.

True North is a local meeting place... locally owned and operated. The staff is friendly. The blueberry muffins are Awesome! Great selection of tea. Coffee is excellent.

Just stopped in for the first time. I picked up an Iced True North Mocha and a Sweet Heat breakfast sandwich. Staff was cheerful and the breakfast was awesome. Great start to my day!

Love this place. Low prices, high quality, must try the chocolate chip banana bread. Tons of flavors for the coffee as well as several flavors of bagels and various sandwiches.

I have been to True North twice and each time the staff has been great. Their bacon,egg and cheese on a bagel breakfast sandwich is a little overpowered by the bagel but it is still a great sandwich that tastes homemade. Their drinks are lovely and their chocolate chip cookie ss amazing.

I was told my service animal can not be in the premises. They need to brush up on their ADA and the MA disability rights law. Shame on True North Cafe. I will make sure to share with the FB groups and town hall.

True north coffee is by far the best coffee and homemade pastry place in burlington. The homemade cookies and muffins are drizzled or dipped with coffee for a glazed finish.

Speaking as someone from the area, is commonly known here that if youre not addicted to True North, youre simply not a Burlington Citizen. Great great great neighborhood place, with a really nice staff, and of course FANTASTIC Food and Drinks. The chocolate chip cookies are to die for, and the peach smoothie is simply amazing. I highly recommend going here!

A neighborhood-atmosphere hidden away in an office park. I tried the Sweet N Smokey sanwhich and iced vanilla latte. The turkey was moist, and the ingredients were fresh. The unique thing about their lattes is that they roast the flavor into the beans--no yucky chemicals or added sweeteners! Delicious food, friendly staff, and a well-lit environment; what more could you ask for?

Coffee is good here, but the breakfast sandwiches are really awesome. Also, the raw bars they offer at the register are delicious and simple. It sometimes takes a long time to get a sandwich, but its never really bad.

Overall good place.Wish they had chargers.Phone, tablet and buddys ear piece for motorcycle were all in need of charge.More speakers at less volume would give background sound without being overbearing.Staff has personality...Starbucks, not so much.Leather chairs too! :)Starbucks...wood school chairs. :(

Its alright. The service isnt something to brag about- one person takes your order, another person asks to take your order, you explain someone already has it, you try to order a drink from the second person who asked but shes already moved on to the person behind you. You go to the register and ask for the coffee you had tried to order and they kind of sign wishing you had ordered previously.. its a mess sometimes.The food isnt bad. As someone who likes trying new things, I wasnt disappointed. The portion is fair for a hot sandwich (sometimes too much) and the bread choices and spreads are great.The guy making the sandwiches is fast. If I go there on my lunch break, I always have time to eat and sit around to talk to co workers. The coffee is pretty good too!

Great quality food, coffee, and customer service. However, I became extremely frustrated with figuring out how to connect with the WiFi. I had the intention of getting work done through my laptop that day. After 20 minutes of trying to figure out why the WiFi was not functioning properly, an employee requested me to use the WiFi from the store next door.Overall, excellent food and service, but not the best place to get work done.

The maple-banana whoopie pies are delicious when they have them... Im not generally the fondest of their coffee, but its very decent. The staff is usually high schoolers, so theyre pretty friendly, and I love that the owners are so supportive of the community. Great place to see friends perform acoustic sets, and Ive also been there for school events, such as poetry readings.

The coffee? Good. The food? Good. They offer free wifi and the chairs are comfortable and located close to outlets. However, the times above are incorrect. The cafe is closed on Sundays which frankly baffles me. Cafes should be open everyday.

Ive been looking for a while for an independent coffee shop around the Burlington area. I was willing to settle for coffee of Starbucks (which is a bit burnt to my taste). Stepping into the shop they have some bookshelves running on the take one leave one system as well as some board games my kids loved.The ambien is lovely (not too dark).After the first sips of the Latte Ive ordered, I understood their claim of great coffee. It was the best Latte I had in New England in years(having the opportunity to travel around the Europe and the Middle East tasting great coffee). In addition to it all, they bake their own pastries so everything is fresh (Try the True North Magic Bar - Unique).To top it off they are offering free WiFi as well as friendly staff, fast service.My understanding is that they also offer some Soups and bagels but I havent tried them yet.
