I called up there to orderd a tire and full service for my Harley. I drop it off for the service and tire to get it back with break fluid all over the front fairing and handle bars, didnt try to clean the mess they made on my bike up. They said the tire didn’t come in it would be first thing next week. A week has passed call you there, the chick at the front desk says the tire isn’t there yet should be in the next day another 4 days pass still no front tire. Y’all are not responsible with other people’s stuff and can keep that tire when it comes in 2 weeks to order a tire, I’ll take my business some where else y’all are a absolute joke

Worse customer service ever! They called and said the four wheeler was ready sitting on the dock. When we get here they said they had to put a battery in it. 30 minutes later someone comes out and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes later an employee comes out and tells us they had to clean the carburetor because there was trash in it. We have been here and hour and a half and still don’t have the four wheeler that was supposed to be ready and sitting on the dock. Why would tell someone to come get something that you don’t even have ready?

Took my bike here, he said a couple of days it should be ready. Ha! After two weeks I called, and it was always something. Mechanic is sick, family member passed, etc. Anyways, every time I called, I was told call back this afternoon or call back tomorrow. Weeks go by, months go by, I go to pick my bike up SIX (6) months later. He cant find the seat. So I get some used seat for a different bike until one he orders arrives... And every phone call, if you ever wanna sell it everyones wanting to buy it. No its not for sale, why is it on the showroom floor months after I dropped it off? Came to the conclusion he was either using it as advertisement or just waiting for me to just sell it to him. Needless to say, I was way overcharged for a 6 month storage fee. Do not, and I mean never, take your bike here.

Steve the owner of the shop had my sons bike in the shop from Feb of 2020 to June of 2020 to paint the skins, never got painted, so I picked up the bike to get it painted elsewhere. Steve committed to helping put the parts back on when they were painted. My son came home on leave and took the bike to Trinity and Steve told him it would be a month wait. My son is active duty Navy, Active Duty service men and women: Stay away from this shop, terrible customer service. I called and requested reconsideration, was told I have so many bikes here, I reminded her that my sons bike was there from Feb to June and that I was ahead of all those bikes.

This is an outstanding dealership with quality customer service whether you are a man or a woman. Most dealerships i have experienced as a woman in Fayetteville showed lack of respect and condescending. But Trinity from their service tech Peter to sales rep Steven were respectful and were a perfect example of “do unto others as you would have others do unto you” which means i dont mind traveling 2 hours from Hope Mills to do business in Burlington with Trinity, which name Is representative of a Godly business. Thank you.

Done a couple of deals with Trinity Cycles. They are very friendly and Helpful in assisting riders on their bikes. Good location with lots of New and used bikes on hand. Did a very good job servicing my bikes. Price is reasonable and does quality works.

A bunch of no good lieing people. Bought used bike steve said was his good friends. Paid cash on spot, upon purchase I heard a noise. So I asked wat it was, steve said cam chain tensioner, so I paid cash on spot to have him fix it he told me 2 hrs. Well after 3 days I asked him wat the problem was and if I need to contact attorney due to fact he still had not given me my title, receipt or anything... well 2 days after that he called said my bike was ready for pick up at his home.. I rode approx 5 Miles to my house and the bike is pouring oil everywhere.. I called left messages and no response. Very disrespectful and no good service.. Im contacting attorney for sure

Great place to go and get parts for your motorcycle/dirt bike or atv. The salesman was very knowledgeable on the parts and items in the store.

Worst experience ever.I have been dealing with this shop for two years off of one motorcycle. nothing but issues and run a rounds. I completely understand that I am NOT the only customer that they have a business does fluctuate throughout the year. However, after giving this store the benefit of the doubt, this the first and last time i will ever do business with them. a motor swap was performed only to have it blow underneath me (literally) after having it for less than 24 hours. after the assurance of the process to be done again after paying for it all over again ( in which took me forever to pay again), i found myself in an even worse situation. I retrieved my bike after what i felt a run around tactic with my bike being not back in its whole again. Im missing parts that i am still waiting on until this day. Its been since late July since Ive retrieved my bike. Parts being ordered on eBay is at risk, however I have purchased parts through the eBay website and have had not one trouble the Sellers whatsoever. Why is it that this shop has problems with them? No customer should ever have to go through what I went through.

They fixed my valve stem on my scooter rear tire, and charged a reasonable price of 35$. The tire had to be removed. then they found a broken weld on my exhaust, and they fixed it too.

Im not sure about the bad service. Steve was very helpful as well as the other staff...Steve even made sure I was able to take my 4wheeler home the night I purchased it by having one of his staff to transport my bike on their vehicle all the way to my residence and I stay a lot of miles away from shop...Id recommend anybody here ..Steve and his crew are the best,and Steve has excellent customer service towards anybody tht walks in his doors tht Ive witnessed

Steves a good honest guy, ive been going here a while. They keep a lot of maintenance parts in stock for most bikes, brake pads, oil filters, air filters, even have amsoil in stock. They do inspections as well. Steve and the mechanic has always taken the time to answer any questions and look over my bike for advice. Just a nice little bike shop with a friendly atmosphere.

Steve is such a jokester but VERY helpful guy! The bikes are pretty and I could DEFINITELY see myself on the back of one of these babies.Only thing is it back in the cut so drive slow or you will pass it.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with these guys!! Every time I have an issue with one of my bikes that I cant quite figure out they are the first in my mind...great quality work and a great price with excellent customer service! These guys really care!!

I went to trinity cycles to have a tank cleaned. I was charged $100 to have this service done. My tank was switched with another tank that i had approved with the assumption that the new tank would be cleaned and seal replaced. I have realized that the tank was not cleaned due to trash being caught in the filter. Sealls were not replaced. I do not recommend toaking you bike to this shop. I have other friends who have taken their bikes to this shop and have been disappointed with their service as well.

Super quick inspection and service

Picked me and my busted harley off the side of the road and had me fixed up and rolling again in no time. Friendly knowledgeable staff that are not afraid to crack a few jokes with you while your waiting on repairs.

Good crew, not always looking for money but looks to help solve the issue.

They are wonderful people I recommend this place.
