I was very happy with my experience here. I usually go to Valvoline but when I found out my local Walmart provides the same services (filling all fluids, etc) for less than the price I get WITH a coupon from Valvoline I decided to start using them. I was satisfied with the service and the length of time it took to complete. I will definitely be going back.

The first time I went here to get an oil change, I waited for someone to approach me for service and no one acknowledged me. When they did, I found out I had to pull into the lube spot. When I pulled up, I waited again and no one came to assist me so I left. Grand blanc Walmart is sooooo much better. Today i went to get an oil change and as soon as I get on the highway, my car started smoking so bad I thought my car was going to catch fire. The guy that did my oil change didnt do something right and had left when I went back. They did fix it but I will never go here again.

I do not know what they filled up all the washer fluid oil level radiator fluid and put the correct amount of pressure in your tires but Valvoline does and you can get a $15 off coupon if you call them

Made a appointment for new tires and rims to be installed. Upon arrival i was informed there was no appointment made for me.(strike 1).i had 4 new tires installed on 4 new rims, i was told it would be 45 mins maybe 1 hour do the work. Well i was there 2 hours(strike 2).really guys, 2 hours to mount and install 4 tires. Thats a bit excessive. Someone needs more training. Looks to be a quality install. Balance of tires is good at highway speed, price was good for service. Just a bit to long of a wait for me..

Got a full set of tires for a good price n great customer service

I ordered tires from Walmart.com to be shipped to the tire center with an installation scheduled upon delivery. I got notified they were delivered and went in for my appointment. When I arrived I was told they could not install the tires unless they were the exact same size as the original vehicle manufacturer tires that came on the vehicle. My truck has a lift and currently has 35” tires on it. I bought 35” tires to match the current ones but they said it’s Walmart policy not to install an tire size different than manufacturer original. I explained that it does not say that anywhere on their website and was simply told “sorry, but that’s Walmart policy”. Very poor customer service! Buyers beware!

Wont buy tires here again! I was the only one getting a tire that morning cause of a blow out I had. I only needed one tire, no one was in the bay getting tires done. The lady doing my tire unfortunately was the lady doing the check ins for oil changes. It took her over an hour for one tire!!!! It was ridiculous Everytime she went to work on my tire someone showed up for oil change and she stopped working on my tire to check them in. Sorry I would rather go to discount tire, which I did when I bought 4 brand new tires on Black Friday. Just lost my business again, just like I wont ever get oil changes their either.

Not a great experience. Went in early morning to have 2 new front tires put on my car. I was told they put the new ones on the back and the good 2 tires on the front. They said it was going to take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete the work. It Took over 2.5 hours to perform the work and they didnt even move the tires around, leaving the 2 new tires on the front. The people working the counter were not very friendly or helpful, and all they did was complain to each other how they didnt get to work the store they wanted to be at. I understand people get frustrated with their jobs, but dont do the complaining in front of your customers.

Called before I went there to get a price quote on having my own extra set of tires put on my rims. Price quoted was $80. Got there and there was going to be a 2 hour wait. Left and returned 2 hours later, still a wait. Decided to confirm their price quote. It was $120! I left and went to a different place and paid only $72.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to tell they couldn’t get to me today bar sue it was a 3 hour wait. After someone said they would right with me. This is the last time I will ever drive into Walmart’s parking lot.

We were in and out in a fairly efficient timeframe. Price was within budget. I would suggest calling ahead to see what the wait was if you are in a hurry.

Nothing working when I was here. No sign, no one to answer calls or assist. Pushed the call button a few times, nothing. Waited 10 minutes, had to go find someone (who knew nothing but would send someone promptly). 5 minutes later was finally told no oil changes. I understand things break, but how about a sign or someone to tell people the status? Why make people wait just to turn them away? No one ever apologized for anything. Why would I come back?

I was told I would be finish in 40-60 minutes and I’m still here 2 hours later. The disheartening thing is there were other cars that left before me and I was here first. Also I feel they don’t effectively use time managing skills which is up to the manager. New staff has came in which is not the staff who greeted me. If I had to wait on other staff I could of enjoyed my day and planned another appointment or another location. Not satisfied at all

I went to Walmart Care Center for a tire rotation. I added an oil change to the service menu. I arrived at 2 p.m. my old change wasnt done until after 4 p.m. . Thats way too long. Then I was informed that my lug nuts on my two front tires cannot be removed by their technicians, the same technicians that installed them the last time they did a tire rotation. I then decline the tire rotation and went to Belle Tire to have the service completed. Probably going to have to have Walmart reimburse me for money spent elsewhere. The absolute worst experience ever.

It was excellent however I was there at 7 and they werent quite ready for customers yet. If you open at 7 please be ready at 7 thank you. Everything else was perfect.

Walmart is a great place there warranties on batteries are very good I dont know if they need the warranty is good easy to replace I suggest if youre buying a battery go there the warranty is the best The grocery department is failing pretty bad orange juice section is exactly like miers! No high pulp!the coffee section is slacking too.I also bought a 1.50 head of letuce that was rotten😢

Will never use the Auto Care again. Had a flat tire got there right when they opened...had to track someone down to get help. Meanwhile the cars were lining up at the bay doors. The lady inside told us to go get the tire and take it into their garage and someome would meet us out there. Mind you when I got there there wasnt any other customers in the Auto Care area...someone finally came over and I was told it would be over 2 hours for my tire to get fixed because there was a line up at the bay. Told the guy we were there first he didnt give a sh*t. Never again.

Slow service 1.5 hours just to get a tire mounted and balanced

Good prices and friendly people. This is what i posted 5 months ago. Today, very different. People are lazy or they are incompetent. Either way, close this facility until you can get some people that know what theyre doing. Its as if someone new is training someone new perpetually at this location. I have been here over 3 hours and my vehicle has been on a hoist for most of that. How long does it take to change the oil and rotate the tires? Four days at this location. Terrible. Simply terrible.

To much oil in my CARS. Two quarts over. Not good not good. Oil turns to foam and does not lubricate your engine. Also makes you lose oil pressure. Truck is sitting in a non working position I now walk to the store. Ty I wouldnt take my tractor to them.

They dont know how to do all the changes there because they need a machine to do it for him they said it takes an hour because their pet is not working for some stupid reason shouldnt take no more than a half-hour the old-fashioned way to do an oil change good luck.

I showed up 15 minutes after open and was the only customer, the person checking me in said itd be 40 minutes until they were done with my oil change. I soon found out why the estimate was that long, the two workers were just leaning on my truck talking and not even trying to look like they were working on my oil change. When they were finally done I had to then endure being talked down to about the condition of my tires, mind you I was there for an oil change and nothing else. The only reason Im giving 2 starts is because the service did seem to be done properly. But the lack of urgency and attitude of the workers is disheartening.

Would advise not going here unless you want to wait 4 hours for you car to get, what should be a 20 minute oil change. Customer service is horrible and people who work there do not care about you nor do they want to do their job.

Three hours for a set of tires then another 45 min. For three people to check to make sure my lugnuts were tightened down. What a horrible wait. I get at least three sets a year and thought they might do good and I could switch to Walmart I was wrong I dread thinking I paid for my balance and rotations through them

Very poor service. I arrived at 1109am to get a flat fix, only to find out they couldnt fix it.So I purchased 4 tires and now its 146 pm, stills waiting for my car to be done. Talked to CJ, assist manager, he said he has three people working on my car but there is only two. Time to call district manager and the regular manger on Monday,

Too many customers for the amount of service people. 1 or even 2 at times can not handle the volume. That equals bad service but due to company greed, not bad employees.

Was told our spark would take less than an hour and a half to change the tires out from all seasons to the winters we provided. We’ve now been here for 3 hours and it JUST got put on a lift after sitting in the garage for an hour. Terrible time management. I worked as a Tire and Lube tech for Avis and we would have gotten fired if we went over an hour for a 4 tire dismount and remount.

The front desk 👩 ignored me asking a question. I didnt get 😠, just annoyed. I got my question answered by on of technicians

The routine at this particular store is to damage your tire pressure sensors so you have to pay more to get your car on the road, A definite thumbs down!

They were glad to help me out in an emergency tire replacement. Only 30 min.

My mom took her car in working they were suppose to just do an oil change however when it was time to pay only to find out the car did not start the car parked outside cars unlock with the key stuck in the ignition . Do not take your car here. Not to mention none of the employees or managers were concerned!

Theyre so so oil change depends on your car they broke the cover that goes over the bottom of my oil pan and broke my headlight trying to put in a new bulb so be careful with these fools their not certified anyone can work in tle

They say online they close at 7pm but when we got there, they stop accepting new caras at 5PM.

My oil change was REALLY only $20 and some change did try to get me to purchase anything else

Buy tires on Walmarts website to save money. It is additional to get them installed with road hazard warranty, but worth it. Only downfall was time it took to get them done.
