I have nothing but amazing things to say about Burton Garage and Denis! We have a vehicle that needed extensive repairs and parts replaced and not only was Denis so responsive and professional, he made sure we were ok with what he was going to have to do and the cost before even starting. He quotes appropriately (usually the total coming in lower than the initial quote) and is beyond professional and respectful. I will always recommend Burton Garage to anyone seeking repairs or car maintenance.

They are a little expensive and took a long time for a simple repair. A broken bolt under the steering column should not take 9+ hours to fix. Once they got the tool from an employees house, the repair was practically finished. I understand the difficulty with what happened, but they need to prioritize the customer that was there first. It was a six hour AT MOST job and it took them close to twice that. If you dont have another car and dont want to spend $10 for each service, go somewhere else.

Once again, I went today with a question and they were very honest with the answer. I did not need a repair.ThanksVery honest, and is in the business of developing loyal customers. Something you di not see often, now a days.Very nice place. My son who is in Kalamazoo comes from college and takes the car to this place. You can download and app and have all the information of the car repairs in one place. You also can make online reservations to drop your car which is very convenient.Lately, they have added more hours including Saturday in the morning and a little bit of the afternoon.

Fair prices, friendly knowledgeable staff. Work was done diligently and quick. Cat converter direct fit and replacement even added an O2 sensor I had on hand for free, and within a small time window of a few hours. Recommended service.

Went there for a front end alignment. They were honest explained why I could not get an alignment. Replaced all my ball joints and fixed my 4 wheel drive after explaining why it was so costly. I was quoted a price and when I paid it was exactly what I was quoted and they also put new wiper blades on for no charge. They did a great job with my front end and 4X4 repair. My 06 Ford drives like new. They will be seeing me again soon when I do the repair on the car next. I will recommend them to anyone who asked.

For a month Ive been in and out of this place trying to keep my car running (2003 Marauder I inherited from my deceased father, so it also has sentimental value) I dropped over a grand trying to figure out why my car kept stalling. Replaced the battery, starter and alternator. After they had my car for a full week straight and Im having to bum rides to work, I finally got it back and the head gasket blew 20 mins after driving it off the lot. Since it left the parking lot they said it wasnt their problem. I want to say they broke something, but I cant prove it of course. However the fact they didnt catch it that close makes them seem very unprofessional, if they test drove my car it would have been their problem.

This garage was fantastic, they scheduled an appointment and was done with my car in 45minutes. Every other garage I called would not give me an appointment and said the alignment takes two hours or longer. This is the best garage I will be back.

Hands down one of the BEST auto repair shops around. Very friendly and efficient. I had a hard time finding a RELIABLE and HONEST mechanic but the search is over. The Burton Garage is well priced and they resolved the issue that day. They didn’t have the part in stock but were able to order it and have it delivered in under 30 minutes. Dennis, the owner, is amazing and so is his entire team. I highly recommend, trust me you won’t be disappointed!

Good customer service and quick..but it was $50 for an oil change. Fair enough, but there was an oil leak a few days later, come to find out it was a loose oil filter that wasnt on tight. Ymmv.

Quick and great prices

We were having some troubles with our work van, took it in they quicky found a few issues and gave us multiple options on fixing the van. They managed to get it done in one day to make sure I could get back on the road as soon as possible and make money. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Burton Garage and plan on useing them in the future!

Great place to get work done on your vehicle. Workers are friendly, waiting area is just like home. Sit down, enjoy a cup of coffee, watch tv, air conditioning all while youre waiting on your vwhicle. Overall 10/10. I would definitely go back again.
