They installed a TPms sensor for me and programmed it very pleased with the work theyve done and have had no issues however every time I call their their phones not working. Hard to instill confidence in a customer youre going to be around to service them if the phone is not working. It does not send the right message to your customers. I am looking to purchase a new set of tires for my pick up truck at probably close to 8- $900. However if a company is that going to be around to service me after the sale I have no interest in doing the business with them

Great affordable service. You know you are in a good shop when its clean and organized. The crew was pleasant and helpful. I also thought I would need to remind them to torque the lug nuts on, but didnt need to remind them of anything.

Beware! If you are considering buying used tires from this company—especially with snow and ice quickly approaching—please check the DOT serial number located on the side of the tire. The last four numbers (3 if prior to 2000) will tell you the date the tire was manufactured. You may find some ancient traps here, possibly even a quarter-century-old.I had the tread separate from one of these tires while going 70mph on a freeway bridge. Fortunately nobody was injured, although the frame/exterior took a beating from the impact. Was out of state at the time, so I took it to an authorized dealer. The GM was appalled when discovering the tire was made in 1995 (24 years!). He explained manufacturer warranties are good for 6 years, and most tire shops will not touch a tire at the 10 year mark because of concerns for safety. Were talking a 14-year difference from the cut-off here! He spoke of the extreme danger and inevitable failure of a tire this age, and speculated it sat in a back of a shop for years based on the lack of wear on the tread.When returning to Michigan, I reached out to this company to see if anything could be done. I should mention the owner was present during the installation of said tire. He seemed genuine, and took my information to make a claim. He mentioned possibly turning to Blue Book, yet was unsure if the insurance would do anything at all. He also offered to put a new tire on the same rim. Decent gesture, although was told to keep the tire from numerous people. The meeting was left with an assurance we would be in contact.It has now been ~1.5 months and have not heard a status on this claim despite a few phone calls and an email directed to the owner. I will not be swept under the rug. There may/may not be a reply to this as some form of damage control. Regardless of what is said, it isnt important whether or not this situation was an unfortunate oversight, or a trap dripping in a blatant lack of integrity. The bottom line is people need to hear my story and be aware of how to avoid this experience. We got lucky... you or your family may not!

Fantastic place. Bought 4 new tires. Tires are great. Service was fantastic. Talk about fast, they were practically done by the time I finished the paperwork and payment. Never had new tires installed so fast. Wonderful family owned place. Will always come back here for any tire needs.

We recently went to Affordable Wheels and Tires for a new tire and ended up with a great deal on 4 tires. While changing them the studs broke on one tire. There was no place open to fix that so they rush ordered the parts while we waited. One of their mechanics did the work, even though they dont usually do that here. I would highly recommend going to Affordable Wheels and Tires. The staff were friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure our car got fixed.

Bought what appeared to be a decent used tire closely matched my set, unfortunately it has had a slow leak noticeably a issue within the first week, after airing it multiple times I returned and the guy repaired the valve stem followed by a lecture that they charge for any thing beyond 7 days, so thats been less than 1 week now and its half way flat again. 4o for less than a month of minimal use was a downer. Should a spent 40 more on a new tire w an actual guarantee. Shame on you, sham on me

I just went to Affordable on my lunch break. I was immediately greeted and no time was wasted finding tires that would work for me. The place was clean and orderly, the staff was friendly and efficient. They definitely have a HUGE inventory of new and used tires. The pricing was MORE than fair.Most tire places seem to have 1 tech working on a vehicle at a time..and it seems to really drag out. Not here - I had 2 and 3 guys working on my tires at a time which made the whole process go by very fast.I have about a 15 minute drive to get to the shop, and 15 minutes to get back to my office....and I got 4 tires installed while I was there...and I was back to work in less than an hour.Fantastic service, Great prices. They took the tire off for me I took it down to get it welded and bring it back theyll put it back on. Im going to buy one used tire when I get back there. I think theyre awesome and honest.

My opinion is not good. I got to tell youre from there it blew out 10 days later, I went back they wouldnt replace it or take responsibility because when the tire blew out and blew out my side panel on my car. So replacing the tire means they would have had to take responsibility for my side panel of my car. So go at your own risk. Go to Discount Tire they have great deals and you dont have to keep replacing your tires because for $8 get a life warranty.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. He said I got a deal at $100. They were directional tires, and they mounted one backwards. Had to go back the next day and wait for them to fix it. Got home, and they hadnt properly installed one of the valves, so that tire went flat. Had to go back a third time. Overpriced, and poor service.

Frustrating. Im pretty handy with vehicles myself. Took my truck in to have a tire plugged. The air leaking out pretty fast. The heavyweight associate tells me hes not plugging it. That its not Rd worthy. OK the tire was fine he wanted me to believe my side wall was bad . I went to advance Auto got my own plug kit. Did my own tire in the dark in the cold and now Im back on the Rd . Thanks for nothing.

Got good tires from here a few times they were a little more expensive than other places.They dont have enough sizes of tires often. Charged me $37 for a dry rotted tire at my last visit but only choice I had at the time.

We have gone there since it opened on Fenton Rd. Of course even now on Dort hwy. Live in Clio now & last nite had a flat tire. Took tire to him, my son drove us.The place was packed & busy. Owner assisted our needs he asked if we could leave tire there for 45min- an hour.Came back & these wonderful people had our tire fixed & ready to roll. Couldnt find anything wrong with the tire, the rim had alot of gunk he cleaned up. Wanted to settle bill, but he said nope it was FREE!!!
