The fellow there is quite adept at making automatic car starters work again! Went in for a battery replacement for a key fob and I got several small tasks checked off very quickly there!

I shop there for any type of battery that I need. Take my friends there too. I just really love shopping there.

Batteries Plus Bulbs had high quality batteries for my golf cart for the best price. The employee was friendly and very helpful. Swapping out 6 batteries in and out of my car at 60 lbs apiece was a fast and efficient. I would recommend to all my friends and I will be back if I need batteries again.

Saturday i went in to exchange a battery that was still under warranty, the sales boy told me that I needed to leave it a few hours so they could test it. I said ok and knowing the battery was no good I purchased a new one one and would come back later in they day. I got a call around four saying it was charged up and that they couldnt load test it, why its no good. My problem is its still under warranty and they dont Want to replace it. Never going back there again, iv spent over 900 in this store. So sad. SMH

So, I bought the extra expensive $42.39 Duracell cellphone battery for the Samsung Galaxy, because the salesman pointed out to me that it was a LIFETIME WARRANTY and Batteries Plus would exchange for me. A little over a year it refused to charge properly using the Samsungs own charger. Shortly after this it bulged out a half inch. I let it sit around for another 10 months before I went by the store again. The 2 new salesman told me that the definition of lifetime is the batterys lifetime, which can be any arbitrary number of months they feel a battery should last - not as long as you own the battery. THIS IS CLEARLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE AND THEY DESERVE TO BE PUBLICLY SHAMED.

The employee Joshwa was rude and unhelpful. Will not be doing business at this establishment again.

Had my phone screen replaced. Looks good but now calls must be made/taken on speaker ONLY. Earpiece doesn’t work. It worked perfectly fine before the replacement. I feel like they should have made it right. Not the first phone of mine they messed up. Not going to argue the point but I am going to do my best to steer people away.

I called for a battery I wanted badly. The young gentleman was very helpful when doing my battery test, core exchange, and purchase. They were extremely helpful! The battery was ready to go for my motorcycle. Just dropped it in and started the bike right up. Very satisfying!

They had what I need. They had it all charged up when I picked it up. They took the core out of the back of my vehicle and put the new battery in the back of my vehicle. I never had to touch it... When I installed it on my lawn tractor and it fired right up... I always buy my batteries from theses guys. Great price and wonderful service.

I want to start by saying that I dont normally leave comments. It was important to me though, to make sure that someone hears how absolutely amazing Jade was. I called the store looking for assistance with a marine battery. Jade urged me to come in so we could really look at the situation. Upon arriving at the store, it was busy inside. Not only did Jade appear to be multitasking with the numerous clients but also ensuring that the employees on staff were learning and engaging with clients as well. I personally have worked in sales for numerous years and know just how amazing an employee like Jade is. To deliver phenomenal customer service while training and everything else hes required to do is a commodity not often seen. Please take my advice and do whatever you can to make sure you recognize Jade. If you dont, another employer will swoop him up. I PROMISE!! Great Job Jade and good luck!

Great to have a store like this nearby. Thy have a decent selection of batteries and light bulbs. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and have helped me out on several occasions. Great prices, considering it is a chain store. If you have a hard to find battery I highly recommend this place.

My son took his phone in for a cracked screen. They fixed the screen and informed him the home button no longer works. But they deducted 10$. So they gave him back an inoperable phone and charged him 75 $ for it. BUYER BEWARE

This is by far the best place to go to get your phones fixed. They take great care in making sure you go home with a fixed phone. Jade has fixed my screens numerous times and has always done a great job. He is always helpful and informative and he makes sure your phone is fully functional before handing it back to you. I will always chose to go here when I need my phone fixed.

Beware! You sign a waiver, and they are not responsible for damages. Went to get my screen repaired and they broke my proximity sensor and are now charging me to fix that! Save your money and go elsewhere.Edit: they stated that my device was nonfunctional, yet I called them with my device to make sure they were a repair shop beforehand. What they stated in their reply is not what I was told when I took it back to the shop earlier this week.

I have always had great service at the Center road store. The current staff is very helpful and honest. Don’t believe any of the bad reviews, as I have had nothing but above and beyond service here. Being in customer service myself, some of the bad reviews sound like people trying to get away with something, just my opinion. All of my families vehicles have batteries from here, and even better that they are American made!

I had my iPhone glass repaired here a few months ago and they put the wrong glass in initially. No big deal, waited a couple hours more for them to correct it. It appeared all was good and I was satisfied.Fast forward to this week...I again broke my glass so I had my iPhone repaired closer to my home in Clarkston.The repairman asked if I had it fixed before. He discovered that the waterproof seal was not installed.Well anyways, live and learn.I would not recommend this place as they did not repair my phone properly, twice.

They had what I needed at a reasonable price, order was easily placed on line and convenient curbside pick up.

I went in to Batteries Plus planning on paying for a new charging port to be installed in my Iphone as it was impossible to charge. I was greeted and was told that he may be able to fix my problem with a quick cleaning that would be free of charge. In less than 10 minutes I walked out with my phone that worked perfectly with NO CHARGE. I will definitely come back for all repairs. They have earned my trust.

Im disappointed to report that my recent experience with them was negative. After two separate diagnostic tests the staff insisted that my phone battery WAS charging properly. And they recommended a new battery (of course). Unfortunately after the battery was installed in my phone ( which did not help); they rechecked it a third time and declared that in fact the phone was NOT charging properly! Of course I was out the $50 and my phone still didnt function. The point to be made is they were more interested in selling me something; that they used poor judgement. Now Im sorry to report that I will stop buying and products from them...after 20 years of business. Im going to make sure anyone I know is aware of my experience.

Quite happy with Batteries Plus. I bought a new lawn mower battery online and ten minutes later it was ready for pickup. Drove there and exchanged my old one, picked up the new one and was on my way. Very good service.

I love this store and they always help me with various electronic issues. On occasion I have purchased the wrong items (I am a backyard electrician you could say) and there is never any issue or hassle getting the correct stuff instead. I’ve been doing business here for years, and the customer service is awesome no matter who waits on me. A shout out to Tyler for being so knowledgable about my crazy projects!

I needed a new battery for my cell phone that nobody carry. They ordered it and I had it 3 days later. Awesome group of workers and good company

Went into the store with a damaged iPhone 8 Plus, the screen was shattered but the home button still worked and I could unlock my phone via thumb print. I got a quote from Irepair accessories to fix it for $90 but I wanted to see if I could just upgrade the phone vs repairing it it turns out I couldn’t I had to have it fixed first. So I have batteries plus fix it because its near my home. When I came back to pick it up they said my home button couldn’t be salvaged and they replaced it with a dummie home button so now I have a grey dot on my screen and have to use it as a home button to screenshot etc. Then to top it all off the screen they replaced it with was cheap and started to crack again after only two days. When I went back to the store to see if they would do anything they said they would sell me another screen. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT.

They truly saved the day for us! We had scheduled a screen replacement online at the Miller rd. Location in flint, and when we showed up we were told the technician went home (despite us having an appointment!), what?? So we called these guys and explained what happened. They helped us out even though it was really busy in the store and went above and beyond. Super nice guys, very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I came here instead to get our repair done!

John and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Im now using this store as Im beginning to retro fit my battery backup needs in Michigan and now Missouri at over 150 tower sites. Texas is opening soon and we will be adding these locations to the growing number of tower sites Batteries Plus Bulbs of Burton, MI will be servicing. Their personal service, attention to detail and quick response keep me coming back and a totally satisfied customer.

Person only had to change 3 batteries for key fobs. Didnt wear properly ESD equipment. Ill blame this on the owner. Then tech pried open a keyfob that was held together with a single screw. Thanks, NOT. Now its going to cost me $400.00 to replace two fobs. They cant be interchanged. Have to purchase new and labor bill to have new ones Re programmed.

These guys saved my life! In town visiting family, I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. That phone is the lifeline of my business and I was dead in the water without it! Not only did they fix my phone and sell me a better case for it, they did it quickly, recommended a great restaurant for dinner, made me laugh and basically turned a potentially terrible day into a great day.

I brought a motorcycle battery online. I received an email saying it was ready but when i got there 45 minutes later it wasnt ready. I waited 15 minutes while they filled it with acid. They overfilled it and when l got home l had to remove the excess acid from one of the cells. Customer service could be better.

Having been a somewhat regular customer ( runner for the company I work for), have seen these guys handle the most irrational customers, in the most professional way. I was in earlier this week and happened to be in during a customer meltdown. The guys working were trying their best to not only de-escalate the situation, but to attempt to offer suggestions to this customer, while making me feel safe and attended to while there. If there was a 10 to give, I would! Don’t believe any of these ridiculous reviews I have seen, my guess is its exactly what I have seen with my own two eyes this week! Thanks for your consistant service to me & my company over the years.

Quick in and out after an online order. Product was reasonably priced and the front counter person was friendly and competent.

Both the manager and the repair tech treated my 6 year old daughter like a criminal. Because she has ADHD, she cant help but keep herself occupied at all times by touching and looking at everything. She especially enjoys organizing displays whenever were in stores. They both hovered over her like she was doing something wrong almost from the minute we stepped in. When she picked up a product on an end display that was out of place and attempted to figure out where it belonged, the manager quickly came over and snatched it out of her hand. As he walked away, she finally figured out where it belonged and announced it but he wouldnt give it back to her to put away. I was later told by the repair tech that his boss saw her try to pocket it (he was attempting to explain why he himself was hovering over her as if she was a criminal waiting to pocket something). No kid deserves to be treated like that simply because of something they cant help (ADHD). The color of her skin probably had something to do with it as well. There are plenty of phone repair shops. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

I would not recommend this place to replace your phone screens. I took my Galaxy S8 in for a front screen replacement, and they ended up breaking the back screen too. They had to replace it with a purple back when my phone phone is silver. The glass they use is also NOT gorrila glass. It is some after market junk that scratches very easily. Over $200 down the drain.
