Im rating the bakery 3 stars only reason is because the decorations on cake werent like the ones in the picture and I ordered strawberry filling and there was none at all and I was charged for it.It kind of ended up working out because my son said if there was strawberry filling he wouldnt have ate it.Other than that the cake taste delicious. Good flavor just a little too thick on the icing.

I get curbside pick up about twice a month. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I actually called the store after my last order to let them know that twice the same young man helped me. I wanted them to know howl lovely it is to be treated with dignity. His mama raised him right. I hope they told him about my compliments. He deserves all the kudos.

All the employees walk around like sheep with those useless masks on. Only a lane or two open at any given time. They need to make their employees run registers it would lead to less stress and less Problems.

Have to be a legal patient. If I could give 10 stars I would. Its basically a flea market of marihuana. This is a place where you actually get to talk with the growers. I personally have been coming here for many years. 100% better than a dispensary. MUCH CHEAPER TOO. 👍💨

We go here now instead of the Walmart in Grand Blanc and it seems to be working better. Short lines, easy to work with staff and things are easy to find.

It is Super store in a middle to lower class annual income community Wal-Mart. The personnel is mostly kind and engaged. I would easily say its as one would expect being a local. I go there regularly without incidence.

The parking area and surrounding areas are trashy. WALMART maintain your property.

Worst place for someone that needs a amigo. Young people grabs them and race down the aisles, while people that need to ride them have difficulties getting around. Have someone hand out the amigos, while they disinfect them. Disable and handicap ones NEED them just to get around.

This store is always clean and the produce is usually better than other Walmarts in the area. We have to be gluten free & their selection isnt bad. We really enjoy their options in international aisle, & frozen. As well as alternative dairy. The layout is shopper friendly, & they have consistent stock. The staff is kind and helpful.

I will never shop here again! The workers at the check out literally stand around on there phones! Got harassed for my receipt that the cashier forgot to give me! And today a rude worker came to help check me out because my card wasnt working for her to tell me to leave my card had nothing on it! Which it had 400 available 🤔 had to go back in and have them ring it back up and it worked all of a sudden. Never will I spend my money there again.

We were on Vacation and stopped in to grab a couple items. This store was clean, organized, and comparable to the other chain stores. Service was friendly and fast.

What I really like about this particular store in Burton is how they help a good friend of mine. She has Cerebral Palsy and is confined to a wheelchair but she loves to go shopping. She has a mobility bus service that gets her there and the store always provides someone to assist her in her shopping. From pushing the cart and picking the items of the shelf for her, right through to check out they give her all the assistance she needs. Even when they are short staffed.Thanks Burton Walmart, you folks rock!!!

First time shopping at the Burton Walmart on Court Street and I must say, I must have grown too expectant with going to the one near my home, because walking into THIS WALMART felt like I was walking into Macys or something. So unbelievably clean, organized, and staff was SUPER NICE! Not just one or two, every single one.

Lack of product on shelf, to many stockers taking up space in aisles and not doing anything. Not enough open registers, and rude cashiers.

Staff is always rude and unhelpful. Ive been in a few times late night to grab a few things. The whole shopping trip Id have different employee walk pass and announce the store closes in x amount of time. No good evening or hello maam our store will be closing soon. Just rude and very negative tones. No one enjoys having someone over their shoulder and being pressured to get in line.. chosen different stores to spend my money.

I think that Walmart has become so attentive to the online and in store pick up that the people in the store dont matter. I ask for help and they literally fan me off like a fly. They dont want to go check anything because Im interrupting them. I truly shop at Walmart every week for my gourmet chicken salad. Im always spending money here at its just totally crazyredicculous

They had Pokémon cards last time I was here, which was a nice surprise. Other than that, youre likely to see some... interesting people here, but the store is relatively clean and well stocked so I cant complain.

The store is fine. The customers are dodgy. Theres always some angry driver in the parking lot. The store always looks dirty to me. I can never find anyone in the store if I have a question. Quest is located within this Walmart so it makes it convenient to get your blood drawn and shop while you wait for your appointment. I will not shop here at night as the lighting in the parking lot seems dim.

Pretty decent usually nice staff. Depending on their mood or just who they are i guess, i have also had the rude staff who you can smile and ask how theyre doing and they just decide to ignore you. But other than that they usually have things pretty well stocked. Have been a few times where it looked like they hadnt restocked the store in months yet try to stay l positive and tell myself could still. E because of covid. I know theres some kind of New strain. But its a pretty good store. Id still recommended it.

I want to thank the management team at Walmart on Court Street in Burton MI. My husband was weak and unable to get to the car on his own. The day time manager and her team helped him into the car safely. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness in assisting us to the car. I also want to thank the many people who offered help and assistance The only thing I can suggest is that the store have a wheel chair available especially since there is a Quest Lab located in the store

Ive noticed as youre leaving theres a Subway and you want to stop and get something to eat but the teenagers and kids dont like cold cuts it would be nice if there was something for the kids and teenagers on your way out of Walmart like burgers fries and maybe onion rings after shopping all day going home or stopping at McDonalds to feed them when youre ready to go home and relax

I went to find a Lenovo M8 tabletthey were selling like hotcakes at all the other stores Best buy had it posted that they had it in stock and by the time that I got there they were out and the other stores in the surrounding areas also had them listed as in stock and same story and Walmart fortunately for me had it in stock and I was able to purchase it online for pickup so it was a wonderful experience!!!

This store did not have the 2pk of Colgare Sensitive toothpaste that I wanted and a few medical items . I went to Clio Walmart to find the things I was looking for. I have found that happens quite often. Clio has prescriptions I need where Burton Walmart dont have on hand.

This rating is not really specific to the Burton store, but Walmart . Com needs to understand that when you list an item as available in store and you go to a store that says it should have the item and they dont, nor do they even stock it, that is a waste of my time. SMH

Horrible service. Waited on hold for 6 minutes before my call to electronics was transferred to a customer service rep. She transferred my call back to electronics where I waited on hold again, my call was picked up by lay-away, twice. After holding for another 5 minutes I hung up and called back for customer service and spoke to the same woman. Told her I was on hold for electronics for over 10 minutes and her response was yeah I knew that was going to happen. She put me on hold yet again, came back in less than 30 seconds telling me she paged electronics and they didnt carry what I was looking for. 1. I dont believe she even asked. 2. If thats all it took was a simple page and you KNEW I was going to be on hold forever, why not serve the customer (as you work in customer service) and take the initiative and do that instead of transferring me back and forth!?Update: I called back a few minutes later and actually got through to electronics..they had the book in stock, several of them actually. A huge thank you to the gentleman I spoke to in electronics (im so sorry I dont remember your name!) that showed initiative, physically went and double checked for the book to be sure it was there. You provided fantastic customer service!

Kind of trashy. Classic hood walmart. People yelling in the store. Door greeters check receipt and try to fight you if you dont let them. Even if they just watched you go through checkout. I try to avoid this one. Grand blanc is better and doesnt smell like a head shop 24/7.

If I could give this location a lower rating I would. The store didnt really have a lot of stock. The toy aisle had literally by no exaggeration 10 employees in it at once. I was walking down a aisle and a guy with a big stock cart kept getting in my way. Their were only two registers open which I get its Wal-Mart but it definitely had nothing to do with lack of employees. But worst of all was the rude associate in the electronic department. The only good thing about the store was the awesome cashier I did encounter. She did definitely make a good impression just wish more employees could lead by her example.

Typical Wal-Mart, clean, friendly staff, but not much chance of finding anyone to help. Produce section is nice, lots of choices, produce usually very fresh. Sanitation practices are good, all carts being sanitized between users, masks worn by all the staff.

They could do a better job at everything i dread shopping here so much i avoid it support your local small business! The community deserves better by walmart. If this is a Super Center I would not want to shop a regular store. Dirty, disorganized, and under stocked. Then on a Saturday at 1:15 p.m. they only had 2 cashiers. I had a lot of fruit and vegetables difficult at uscan . I will not be coming back to this store again.
