Dr McNally was great with my two young kids. He explained everything in a way we could understand. My biggest complaint was that he seemed to shut down when my husband told him his occupation.Other than that, our experience was very positive. Specifically the woman who fit us all for our frames - she was amazing!

The doctor my wife saw during a routine eye exam mentioned she had the beginning of cataracts but that she would not need anything done for 20 years. Because he mentioned this, he changed the billing from a routine eye exam, which is a $10 copay for us, to a medical exam, which is a $40 copay. Then we just received another bill in the mail for $23. Ever fee like youve been to a shady car mechanic? Thats how we feel. The rest of the staff was very nice, but we will never visit there again.

If you like to wait... I have been bringing my son here for mild alpiopia. his vision is 20/15 and the doctor has been checking for deviation. every time weve had an appointment and ended up waiting 3-5 hours. Patients have value and their time matters. Disgusted with the apathy shown for patients schedules.
