We just had new counter tops installed. The experience from start to finish was excellent! When the gentleman came to pattern our counter tops, I had several questions and all were answered over and above what was expected. Even though all of my questions were answered, I was still concerned about how they would do the actual installation. When the installers showed up, I had more questions and again all were answered. There were several difficult situations for the installation that they knocked it out of the park! The installers put down drop cloths in the work area, were very courteous, took their time and left everything cleaner than when they showed up. I would highly recommend Stone Specialists!

I love my counter tops. Very beautiful. I think they could of done a better job because I can tell that my island overhang is slightly longer on one side than the other. Its supposed to be a 10inch overhang. They did not install it correctly. Also the cut out for our faucet is a bit off center.

Nice store, was greeted fast, they were friendly, & meet professional salesperson that walked us through the showroom & area where granite is kept inside. The price was good. They just dont have alot of granite to pick from. I have seen there work & would recommend them .

Stone Specialist from Burton just installed my new granite counter tops. Mathew and Andrew did an excellent job. They were very careful to place drop cloths and keep my house clean. When they left the only way you could tell that they were here was the new counters which look awesome! Skip, the salesman, was very helpful in getting me a great product at a good price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a previous full install that was perfect. This was a cash and carry and went well. The personnel were courteous and cautioned me to make sure everything is correct before I install the top and backsplashes.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company, the Burton store did a great job with our counter tops, they look great!! The crew was very professional and respectful. I hope to do business with them again in the future, very happy with this business.

We were misled into believing that what we are buying is a true quartzite countertop, which is harder than granite while in fact the stone is a type of marble.We love the look of it but it scratched easily and is not recommended for kitchens.The installation was frustrating because the techs left a visible edge unfinished and had to come back and try to polish it while it was already installed on the cabinet. Parts of it are still unfinished.The slab was unevenly cut and some parts are thicker than others, it wasn’t cut to a straight line and my husband had to compensate for it while tiling they backsplash.Happy with the color but the hassle was not worth it.Do your research before you do business with them.

We recently had Stone Specialists install granite countertops in our kitchen and main bathroom. They did a quality job with the cut and finish of the stone, and the installation was great! We will enjoy these beautiful granite counters for years to come, and will recommend this company to anyone looking to add the beauty and value of stone to their homes!

Because of the poor installation the counter broke off from the sink on x-mas eve less than five years after installation. They say you get what you pay for but we sure didnt from them. When I went up to the store to explain what happened they couldnt have cared less,,

Don’t go here! We just waited 5 weeks for our countertops! Absolutely ridiculous. For the amount we paid for the granite, this shouldn’t have happened. We also purchased our sink here. We have gone without a sink, dishwasher and stove for 5 weeks. And no countertops! Washing dishes on our lawn is a pain. The man who measured and the men who installed the counters were wonderful. Horrible experience and overpriced.UPDATE: after having our granite countertops for 2 months they haven’t been sealed properly and any water mark is permanent. Screw this company

Poor customer service. We were looking for a 24×16 piece of any type of stone to complete a small project and asked if they had anything and what that may cost. His answer, and it felt rude to me....Nothing walks out of my store for less than a hundred and fifty bucks!Well bucko you wont be getting my money.If you are looking for a place thats interested in giving customer service. Keep looking.

I love my granite. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful.

Installed my granite counter tops in my kitchen a year ago, first of all the installers were so young and seems extremely inexperienced but they are nice boys. After we went round and around with them about the brackets,they said we didnt need them,but the installers said we did, they will sell them to you for 130,bucks or something like that,anyway finally they said you buy them,install themwe guarantee NOTHING!! That afternoon the island began TO FALL! Apparently the brackets were not strong enough to hold it up. The next day they sent out 2 new xperienced installers,such nice guys,working for a crappy company, fixed the island, they were great. But the company wont fix or guarantee the actual granite. It has a piece flecked off,, We did nothing to it it was just hanging I thought it was stuck on food or something, they want to charge me to repair it. Go somewhere else.. ANYWHERE ELSE.. MY granite is beautiful BUT the install,the customer service, the warranty ??? Non existent! Save yourself the trouble,dont go there.
