It was ok, not as messy as other stores. A lot of items not on shelves. But had most stuff.

Nice place to shop! It was remodeled in June and looks nice. Their prices are pretty good and the staff is usally polite.

Hit or miss in the quality department. Same with item availability, but you trade these negatives for a store thats close to home with items that are priced as low as possible.

I had a very pleasant experience at this Dollar General. I was going in for just a simple broom and asked the attendant where they were located, He pleasantly told me where to go and then of course you always see things that you dont really need but you do because its so cheap You might as well just pick up a couple more things They have great deals I ended up walking out the door with a bunch of freezer bags for my meat. theyre good quality Ziploc bags too!

This store is always dirty and disorganized. Merchandise is constantly in the aisles. If you were in a wheelchair or mobile scooter there is no way you could get through the aisles much less the front door. The employees dont seem to be in a hurry to help you either. Then instead of automatically giving you your receipt they ask if you want it. Maybe its just me but why wouldnt you want it?I only go there if I need one or two items otherwise I make the trip to the bigger box stores.

I went shopping there on May 8th at 3p.m. I told the girl working there that family dollar allows for a phone number web discount at checkout. For some reason she thought I was asking her. She said, this isnt family dollar. I responded,I know. Im not stupid. People need to respect older persons. The receipt didnt print out properly or I would have kept this review on dollar General website. Bristol road is bad enough.

No prices on stuff, which is very irritating to me. Empty shelves. Employees absolutely no help. Would not help or let me take time to figure out my digital coupons

Awesome cashiers.....despite not having the help they needed to deal with 20+ people in line, they each held their own and stayed focused and steady.....which is how I always taught my cashiers to handle holidays, etc with customers in large numbers waiting to check out...less mistakes are made. Thanks for being open on Christmas Eve, you saved my balls.... LOL Rum balls, that is, as I ran out of vanilla wafers! Hope you treat your employees well for what theyre doing.✌️💞😷💫🎄💲

The store was filthy and when i ask a store employee for assistance in finding a item she acted unconcerned as she told me were to find the item so i wandered around that store for another 10 min and i asked her again an she gave me the isle number which she should have did in the first place. A giant waste of my time that day.

I dont know what I do without Dollar General oh, they basically have my household needs as far as rug cleaner toilet paper come on any kind of cleaning solution I also get my laundry soap from there as its a little bit cheaper than Kroger & Meijer... I really enjoy the atmosphere and the customer service there pretty much app to help you with anything you ask them to find her dont leave until you the latest deals and all that the only problem is its hard to find an associate because theres always one up at the desk thats ringing people up and Ill be another one in the back or around the store somewhere thats doing the inventory or hanging up clothes or putting some other stuff away so its kind of hard to find the other associate usually theres only two or three at the store and then you got Security in the back of course but its a good place to go if you want to get your name brand products for I really decent price and theyre so convenient theres quite a bit of them and dont get me wrong I love my Kroger however Kroger can be further away then I Dollar General.

Normally I love shopping here...go before work to get my morning stuff. Today was such a bad experience I think I will have to find a different store. I stood next in line for 20 min before I had to just put my items back and leave without my lunch and drinks because I didnt want to be late for work. Wendy would of never allowed that.

They are great for getting little things you forgot at the store earlier without waiting on line.

This is a one of a kind place. The people are great and very helpful. They are always there to help you if you cant find what you are looking for. They take time out from there familys to help all our familys. There is a great level of trust i have for this store. Never once have i come into this store and had a bad experience. The Employees are all very nice,but unfortunately the store itself is now a dump..after they took over from Family Dollar that first couple of months were great..but alas that didnt last long, there are carts in the narrow aisles and a HUGE cart that stays up front ALL the time,right by the magazines and I have to move it anytime I want a magazine..I now shop at the Dollar General in Grand Blanc MI. On Saginaw St.much cleaner and nicer,even though it is out of my way..

The staff members are nice, but the store is always junky. It looks like a tornado hit the store every time I go in there, and stock is in boxes and not on the shelves. I miss when Miss Deb worked there and everything was neat and clean.
