I initially had an outstanding review as my experience in December was terrific. That changed after they had my money, were going bankrupt and I did not receive my order.I have to believe they knew they would be going under very soon and to not be transparent about it while taking the customers money is wrong on many levels.It should not be my responsibility to fix their problem.Business 101: Take care of your customers.

Purchased a 5 piece dining room set in November 2020. It was back ordered to December 22, 2020, then back ordered to January 19 2021. Then back ordered to April 7 2021. Now I find Loves Furniture went bankrupt. I called to cancel and I cant until they go to court. I probably will never see my $527.93 refund. Very unhappy

This is the Old Art Van Store. This must be all of ArtVan furniture. That they had left that did not sell. Art Van has always been expensive. You would think with loves going out of business. They would have more of a sales price on there stuff .

Trying to get a new sofa repaired, but the website does not appear. So, Im SOL.

Was surprised how high the prices were for a place going out of business. Only good thing is you buy on the spot what is in the store and get the furniture right away. Didnt spend my money .

Way overpriced for the furniture we saw . We paid about onethird of their prices for better quality across town at Lapeer Furniture.

Our salesperson, Michael, was an absolute joy to work with!!! No pressure, very helpful, friendly, and funny! We found the perfect living room furniture for us at a great price!!! Would recommend Loves and Michael to everyone!!!

We walked in and nobody came to help us. Thats ok, I like to go in and look around myself first and finding someone to help me if I need it. What I had a problem with is we did need help. The employee ( a blond middle aged woman ) was nasty towards us. We were looking for a specific thing and she just pointed in a general direction and said we have one over there. Then we asked another question and she dismissed us and said I have customers to take care of. Um, what are we, mashed potatoes? Then when we were walking around the store we heard her complaining about customers to another store employee. They were actually arguing about it. They actually were talking smack about their customers. I wont be back.

Great experience. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Everyone worked together to get answers to my questions.

Marinda was are host, she was top notch, very friendly not pushy. Furniture came in early! Wonderful replacement for art van.

No high pressure here. I worked with David and couldn’t be happier. David was patient and knowledgeable of the products. The choices were a bit overwhelming with the large quantity and all. I went in prepared for a long wait for furniture but that was not the case, most items I was interested in were in stock. I will use them and David again.

Our salesperson was Darlene and she was amazing! I would highly recommend her!

I found an end table I loved and the sales associate Kaylee was very polite and respectful

Ordered furniture 12/5...still waiting. Our first delivery on 12/11 came with broken plastic legs that we were told to trade the new ottoman for the one on the floor. LOL. Wow. No thanks, we made them take the legs OFF the floor model (after we had to drive there again) and traded them the broken ones. Then we were told our final delivery would be 12/18. Apparently they are liquidating now and can sell what is on the floor. We asked if we could just get the furniture thats ON THE FLOOR instead of waiting on our scheduled delivery. NOPE. Alleged Delivery day between 430-730 comes and NO CAll NO SHOW. Called them and was on hold for an hour...to no avail. Call and call and they never answer.

Marinda was a great help in getting a Temper pedic matress very knowledgeable

Got a good deal but proplem is the store is going out of business around me

I walk through the store course they didnt have any mattresses under $2,000 I also noticed the prices seem like they jacked the prices to lower him a little bit and just too pricey I wouldnt shop there theyre not Lord & Taylor or anything like that so you know what theyll have their sale going for a long time if people keep pulling their people better check the prices before going

Alot of money for a place that was open 2 weeks and now are closing
