Your manager Mark was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the mattress that suit me best.Mark was friendly and didnt push you toward a more expensive mattress that was beyond your budget.I am looking forward to a good nights sleep.Also I have already recommended your store to a friend.

Mark was awesome, showed us a lot of different options. He actually listened to what we had to say and got us the perfect mattress and adjustable frame. He got a really good deal on 2 queen beds. Could not ask for a better experience of buying beds for the family.

Two.men came to address. Both entered my apartment, Not wearing masks !! The younger man, did very little the whole time. Walked around YAWNING real loud .Spit a HOCKER over our outside railing. Asked me for KLEENEX., Blew his nose. Asked me where my trash can was, ? I said sorry, havent had time to buy one. So left me some extra parts, from the assembly. Later I looked at the parts. To discover the workers USED TISSUE in it....GROSS. The COVID is still present. Your employees should protect others, while wearing a mask. And definitely act more PROFESSIONIAL. I will never recommend your company to anyone !!

I had recently purchased a mattress just in time for my sons surgery and unfortunately we received a defective mattress and I contacted Jackie and she helped us every step of the way and expedited the return and exchange for a new mattress. Mark was very helpful. We came in twice with our small children who were excited to play with mattresses and he was so patient and professional. He gave us multiple options and helped guide us in the right direction for our mattress. He gave us time to think about our purchase and was there to help us when we came back. He also helped us set up our financing which was quick and easy! He even remembered our names along with our kids’ names. Highly recommend and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!

Mark at the Butler Mattress Firm was phenomenal! He showed me all different types of mattresses, adjustable bases and pillows, explained the differences. I was able to test them out and he helped me choose the perfect mattresses ( I needed 2). They had a fantastic sale going on and he even worked out a better deal for me and delivery in 2 days!! Bought my mattress last August here, which was an amazing experience and I love my mattress still and will for many years to come. But, with an amazing mattress, my pillows downright sucked. After taking a couple shots at the online or general stores I stopped in to see my buddies at Mattress Firm. In 20 minutes I tried a dozen pillows, got a great education, and am going home with two new pillows which I can’t wait to sleep on tonight! My experience at Mattress Firm was great! I really appreciated the help and knowledge that Ronald had. And they dont pressure you to buy anything. It was a great experience in something I find awkward like trying mattresses. Ronald went above and beyond to help me! I definitely recommend them and of course they had the best prices around.

Ben is absolutely amazing!! We went in saying we were just looking, and not going to buy anything today. We worked wit Ben and Mark at Matress Firm. They both know their products and are very professional. We tried four differrent manufactures and two firmness levels. Both Ben and Mark inquired about our sleep habits and were very observant. Noticed that I had a habit of crossing my ankles to reduce pressure on my back. They were great to work with. We got a great product, at a great price. I would recommend them to all in need of a mattress or sleep system.

When I visited the store she was at a different location, Robert help me and I couldnt have been more happy. Mark, the gentleman that i dealt with. Was awesome. I walked in and said this is what I want. Do you have it in stock? He checked and unfortunately he did not. He was able to have it in next day but I NEEDED it that night. He was kind enough to try calling all stores around the area but no one had it. Stock was very limited due to black Friday sales. We were able to find, between his store and another store, a matching set with mattress, box spring, and frame. Even though I had to drive to get it, marks job was top notch.

Just had our new bed delivered today by 2 awesome guys who made lugging a king size frame, box spring and mattress up narrow stairs and a narrow hallway look easy! All while being kind and professional!! Now for the real test, the sleeping experience! Which I hope is as awesome as shopping, delivery, and set up were!!!

Bob was a great person to deal with. Helped educate my wife and I on the different selections and make an educated purchase. Unfortunately we had to wait a month because the right choice wasnt right there but they still followed through on the delivery as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, attentive to my specific interests/needs and so helpful in providing feedback on the various mattresses I tried out (much more so than other mattress stores I’ve gone to). Ben was definitely more of a shopping advisor than pushy salesman and I felt as though he was all about finding the right product to fit my needs - even if that meant purchasing a lower cost item. He spent a significant amount of time with me, patiently answered my questions, and worked hard to try to find me the best possible deals in the items I purchased. I was so impressed with him and the obvious commitment he has toward providing excellent customer service. Nicole Grimm was awesome. I needed a Queen foundation which Nicole had what I needed at a great price. I told her I would be there shortly in a uhaul. Purchased a mattress from them. Went in several times because the mattress was too firm. Was told to keep sleeping on it, but it never got better. Went back in and was told we were six days past our 120 day warranty. Bob claims he asked his manager if he could get us a different mattress and they said no. We have purchased three mattresses from them! Will never shop at this store again!
