Great customer service. Staff are fabulous! We went in with three young children and the staff had a coloring table set up for kids to keep them busy while we shopped. The staff gave my husband and I a lot of good suggestions allowing us to go home with two mattresses that night. The third mattress was delivered two days later on a holiday. Very impressive!Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, and great staff

Just picked up two frames, two pillows and a cooling mattress cover and cannot wait to try them out! Carl was incredibly helpful and genuine with his suggestions. It didn’t feel like a “sales” experience. It was real talk about products that will work best for our specific needs. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse in Butler. Carl helped me find me a new mattress, very professional and knowledgeable about all the different options. I bought the same brand I had for 8 years, but I didnt like it and make use of their comfort exchange program to get a different type, which Carl helped me with. Very happy!

Great experience! We did A LOT of shopping around before purchasing our mattress and adjustable bed frame at Mattress Warehouse. Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The comfort of the Seta hybrid soft was absolutely nothing like the mattress I tried out in store. In fact the mattress in store was 4 years old and was told that would be the reason it doesn’t feel the same. However it’s my problem because that’s the bed I purchased. I returned and upgraded to a Tempurpedic mattress which was an upgrade of 2,000. I was not aloud to return the serta adjustable frame to buy the matching Tempurpedic adjustable frame even though I would be paying an additional $700The district manager wouldn’t even take off delivery charge on the Tempurpedic mattress. Would not recommend this store

I stopped by looking to replace a (not so old) foam mattress I bought online from another retailer. Percy was helpful, but not pushy. Prices and delivery options were good. The mattress was delievered by courteous people, and is becoming more comfy with each nights sleep. Definitely recommending Mattress Warehouse!

Not every purchase goes to plan, but it is how the the company reacts to the situation. In this instance we had many issues that combined into a situation less than I desired. Good side of the story is that Percy made this right and in the end I felt like they cared about my business.
