Not so much a review as an observation. Everyone knows what Bath & Body Works is all about... what Im impressed by is the individual who comes up with all the fragrance names, that person may be a bona-fide genius! Good job whoever you may be.

Store is always clean and organized. The workers were nice and helpful. Always have a pleasant shopping experience here.

This place is always good for the buy 1 get 2 free so enjoy its a fabulous place

Love their products.Way, way expensive making them overpriced. However, if you take advantage of their sales (buying more, sometimes more than you want) it makes them moderately priced. They do make great gifts!

Been waiting for them to open up. I did my research watching the internet seeing updates on openings and times they have been modified several time . Checked and went in today said 10 to 5. thought odd on a sunday but figured might have modified their hours so they could be customer service oriented and help their employees to fulfill 40 hours. Not opened. Said something thru the door and the associate said yeah we do. And yes I know I can order online. And have done that thru all this covid. The delivery took 4 weeks so I ordered just enough so I could support local jobs.

Staff was very helpful, even with my Idecision on products. They also went the extra mile during checkout when I wanted to pay with two different cards but one wouldnt seem to work. Great job

Buttes Bath and Body has THE best Customer service. Jess, Kris, and Danielle are so amazing and energetic. Wish everyone had their customer service skills.

They have a great selection and helpful staff. They would get 5 stars but they are extremely over priced. A small bottle of lotion was $13.50! Thats just ridiculous pricing for a mall store anywhere, but especially Butte Montana... JMO
