The phone service is a real pain to deal with and when I finally got thruto speak to real human, he was from India and spoke with an accentthat at times was very difficult to understand. I was not able with thissystem to arrange to pick up a package. I am NOT impressed

Put wrong address on package. I called to correct it. They took care of it no problem.

FedEx tracking # indicated that our package was delivered at 2:30pm on 02/27/2020, and we thoroughly looked and weren’t able to find it. I emailed FedEx the next day, on 02/28, and got a response that it was delivered to Parcel Drop ? “of the address indicated on the shipping label“. Where is that? I then called them on March 2, and just today got a call back saying they are unable to locate our package because of the “timeframe”?? I originally contacted them the next day!! I contacted the shipper today who is going to file a claim with FedEx. Why couldn’t the big FedEx 800# just contact our local office (Butte) who would know what driver delivered it (small town MT) and ask him/her where this Parcel Box is and our package? Seems so simple...

They dont ever deserve 1 star they did not deliver my package because of local weather conditions but the storm that was supposed to hit never did we got about 1/2 inch snow the night before that was it if the driver can not drive on that they have no business having that job in MT they used the same excuse 3 days and the 4th was bright and sunny so they just put did not attempt I tried to call to complain and it seems there is no way possible to talk to a real person the the computer just keeps saying but first why do you need a representative and then tells you thanks for calling and hangs up

Multiple times packages have been left on my doorstep in the rain. When I try to call to talk with them about putting packages inside my garage I get a representative who is in Central America. Very frustrated with frequent damages packages that could easily be solved.

They wont deliver the day before Christmas. wow. also saying wont deliver today because of local weather conditions. total lie. sunny and roads are clear. avoid their services. use UPS

A week ago Fedex delivered a package to our house. Today they couldn’t find our house I guess, so they left the packages at our neighbors. We can’t ever count on getting our orders because who know where they were left.
