Best, near-3rd wave coffee in the area!!Their espresso is a delicious light roast that they roast themselves (all serious coffee shops should do this to determine their coffees desired body & notes). Its a smooth body with lightly sweet notes.Their drip is a dark roast: full body, deep, woody notes.Their biscuits (AMAZING) are made in-house and their sausage is sourced locally.*I have never disliked anything Ive had here--everythings great and the staff are attentive & polite!Try their Café Affogaoa sometime--youre in for a treat!

This is the best place to get coffee in Cabot!The syrups are made from scratch. The beans are freshly roasted. And the baristas are nice and good at their job. Plus the food is fabulous!

Place was really busy but we were seated right away. Although experienced longer wait for food, it was totally understandable. Food was very tasty.

Breakfast Gyro is AMAZING! I get this with an iced mocha and it’s so much better than Starbucks. Plus it’s local so who can beat that!

Oh my goodness this place was an absolute delight!! I got a iced Chi Tea Latte and it was the best I have ever had!! I also got the breakfast gyro and a side of biscuits with sausage gravy 🤤!! These folks can make coffee correctly. They pride themselves on the artisan offerings that they have, especially those amazing scones. The coffee is legit...very. I ask for a simple coffee, with a touch of syrup and they nail it every single time. The seating could use a little redesign, but this is my go-to space. Great Job!

Plenty of coffee shops in the surrounding area to get your daily dose but very few actually make you feel like coming back. This little gem is certainly one thatll leave you wanting more. Location is convenient to get to and ample parking available. The atmosphere inside is what I consider to be the ideal coffee shop. Perfect lighting, plenty of outlets, and excellent background music to name a few. Menu is just right for their operation size and everything is really good. The glasses used for your favorite drink are a nice touch too. Trust me when I say this is a must add to your list of places to go.

We love the coffees and our kids love the hot chocolate! Especially after the crazy winter storm hit it was nice to be able to get this awesome treat! The flavors are amazing!

Absolutely the best coffee Ive ever had! They know coffee here. They know how to make it feel like home and they make AMAZING breakfast sandwiches. When I visit Cabot, Brew Yaya is always a must. The interior is super cute and I had really high hopes but the scone and breakfast sandwich were pretty awful. The blueberry shire was okay but I think Ill stick to mugs or Dark Side in nlr.

Wonderfully delicious food and drinks! I got the lamb and beef gyro and the spiced chai blended. Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and the prices are very fair. I loved the ambience too! Ill be coming here all the time now.

This place is awesome! And I love that its a local small business I can support. Price wise its about the same as Starbucks, but quality wise I would have to say that its better hands down. The food is super fresh and made to order and the coffee is sublime. Customer service is amazing and to say the staff is friendly and accommodating is an understatement. Love this place! Best place in Cabot. The atmosphere and workers are friendly and awesome along with all the food they have to offer. There are only a few places Im going to miss here in AR and this is on the top of the list. My favorites are the smelt melt (best grilled cheese), my dear Watson, chocolate peanut butter frap, the breakfast pita, and pretty much any of the baked goods they have to offer.

I was so glad to find this place on a recent trip through Arkansas! The coffee they roast themselves is so good, I bought a large bag of the Brazil to take home. The staff was extra friendly and their food is made fresh in-house. I really enjoyed the scone and the lamb gyro.

Always recomend this place. If you want to know my choice, I get the chocolate peanut butter frappe with coffee base.

Ordered The Tuxedo (black and white mocha) with an extra double shot of espresso. Barry made the comment that they liked to make people smell colors. Let me tell ya, the colors smell wonderful right now. Good coffee and great service.

Pros: the lox & bagel breakfast and breakfast gyro were tasty. My latte was very good.Cons: none of the staff wears masks inside while serving food. The young girl who took our order actually sneezed while talking to us, which the idea of wearing a mask would have kept her spray to herself. Beyond the lack of public health concern, the Americano tasted sour somehow, so much so that it could not be comsumed.We really wanted to like this place as we want to find a place making espresso based drinks that is a small/ local business. For us, this place was not a place we will return.

This place would be a great way to start your day off right. Even if it started at Noon. All the food here is cooked fresh when you order it. And they have some amazing tastes with it. The coffee is very well brood and the staff is always nice and very helpful. I will always suggest others to try this place when visiting the area. I loved the breakfast pizza and the Gyro in particular!

We just picked up coffees and breakfast coffee, which were pretty good, but noticed a nice small sitting area that seemed inviting. Good service.

I went through the drive-through and made an order. They told me to wait in the parking-lot, and it would be ten minutes before they brought it out. I waited for over half-an hour. Finally, I went inside and explained how long I had been waiting. They didnt apologize for the wait or explain why it was taking so long. Someone told me theyd get my food, and it was five minutes before I got it.The food was decent, but I wouldnt recommend this place.

I had the fire roasted pepper soup with grilled cheese sandwich and it was delicious! Extremely unique for Cabot! Full of flavor! I highly recommend Brew YaYa!

My happy place! It’s a great place to study and enjoy coffee. For coffee the dirty chai is delicious! As for food, I recommend the Nutella banana muffin or the spicy biscuits and gravy ( I haven’t tried much of the food but I haven’t been disappointed!). The staff here are very friendly and I can tell the owner loves what he does.

This coffee shop is great! I visited yesterday for the first time with other members of my family. We enjoyed our time at Brew YaYa. The only problem I had with this place is that it is not roomy enough. It is very small, with not much seating, and can be somewhat difficult to navigate if the dining room is full. However, that being said, we did enjoy ourselves, the staff was great, and friendly. I loved the decor, and the comfy feel of the place. If it was a bigger space with more sitting room, I would give it 5 stars. I spoke with the lady who I believe is the owner of the shop, and she was very nice; of which I appreciated.Thank you all very much! -Brian- :-)

The Cafe Creme was delicious. They make a mean European espresso here and their drip coffee is good too. My wife loved the breakfast gyro and I thought the breakfast sandwich was good. The cinnamon roll was 5 stars. I like this place, and they know everything about coffee. Quite a find for a small town like Cabot. They also give military discount here.

Ordered coffee that was served barely warm so asked for fresh. Ordered two truffles and had to ask for those a second time. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all.

Just came for the first time with my wife, and it was amazing. The coffee was really fresh and tasted incredible. They really have a passion for what they do and it shows. The food was great too for something light with your coffee. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I absolutely would encourage anyone who loves coffee try this place out.

Been here several times, and I have no complaints. From what Ive purchased, the prices are reasonable. Comfortable atmosphere and I believe I saw available outlets (plugs) to charge devices.Several menu items dont appear on the website, but are available / visible on the boards when you enter.I recommend the Green Tea Frappe (if available) or My Dear Watt-son. Personal preference, but I find them extremely delicious.

My kids have appointments next door, so I just enjoy hanging out. A good coffee, friendly staff and great atmosphere! I definitely recommend this to everyone!!! Oh yeah, and great muffins, at least thats what the kids tell me!

The owner is a very friendly man who will talk with you about the coffee, where its made, their roasting process (they roast their own coffee beans in-house), and their teas. They have a selection of treats for you to enjoy, as well. I love to come here, grab a coffee, and sit back and read for a bit.There is also plenty of Brew Yaya-themed merchandise for you to choose from to show your support for local businesses.

Great coffee house. More trendy staff and drinks. They also serve tea,food, and delicious truffles. Not run of the meal. Free wifi. If youre going to stay(not to go order) drinks are served in real glasses and mugs.

I had tried to get a truffle but unfortunately they didnt have it and I also didnt have enough money to pay for the two I was buying, so the person at the counter not only paid for the rest of my order but also gave me a free one!

At those prices you better learn how to make pita chips without burning them, and if you do burn them THROW THEM AWAY and make more. Itd be one thing if the place was cheap with cheap food, but its not. When I give you money you better make sure my food is edible.Edit: In reply to your reply to my review, if such a small thing couldve been avoided, you shouldve avoided giving me black chips. Unacceptable. If youre trying to feed your family you should take pride in your work and never serve anything youre not proud of. Black chips are nothing to be proud of.I also noticed in another review someone said that they waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and the place wasnt busy. You replied to their review by saying it mustve been busy and next time ask for Brent. They plainly stated that the place wasnt busy, and if Brent is the only capable employee you have you need to replace the rest.Dont try to correct the reviewers, correct your mistakes.

This is our regular Saturday spot and we love it! Barry and everyone treat us just like family. Everything is fresh and delicious. We highly recommend it, just dont get my chair!

Breakfast pizza is my new go to item!!! The staff is extremely friendly and unbelievably helpful in making choices of what to have if you are not the most knowledgeable about coffee. Owners are present and very evident they are 100% invested in their craft and the complete satisfaction of their guests. The drive thru is a major bonus and if you go inside the seating is very comfortable and may convince you to stay too long.
