I love this location the people are always extremely considerate and fast and friendly. Specifically I want to mention Crystal. She seems to go above and beyond in her courtesy her kindness and patience even during the most hectic mornings. I see her often and she’s my favorite smiling face at this location. All your workers have been great but she always stands out in her customer service and barista knowledge. Thanks for serving our community so well!

I only give them a 1 because of their lack of compassion. There was a tornado warning and by all appearances, it was hitting at the moment I was driving past their door. It was raining sideways as I ran up to the door only to find it locked. Inside one of the employees shakes her head. I cannot imagine doing that to someone. Next time, leave your doors open. You might save a life and sell more coffee.

The last few times we have been here, they were out of their tea flavors. Also, they must not time their espresso shots because every iced coffee we have gotten here has been nothing more then sweet milk.Espresso shots need to be timed throughout the day to ensure proper pours. Nobody should have to pay for an extra shot just to get the coffee flavor.

Personally I try to stick to Grinds, but when Im over on that side of town Ill stop over at Starbucks...I most certainly dont go for the customer service. They used to be friendly, Im not sure if its just because I always get the same rude lady with bright colored hair or what. But thats definitely something thats needing improvement. Nearly every time I have had her in the drive thru she is rude, and acts like I dont know what I am talking about. Just because I dont make coffee for a living doesnt mean I dont know what Im talking about. Her attitude stinks, and it really makes me want to go out of my way to a locally owned shop where I know Ill get great customer service and the people are nice and friendly.

Crystal was so unpleasant. My order was incorrect .Called to ask for a credit for a refund because I had a sick baby and had already drove away. No apology or anything, just told me I had to come back. So I did come back, and Crystal rudely told me how the same drink I had ordered for 3 days in a row tasted the way it did cause of how I ordered it . 3 days in a row and only this order tasted this way. Apparently the customer is never right . She did remake my drink- still incorrectly . I’ve never seen someone be so defensive about something as small as a cup of coffee . I won’t be back to the starbucks in Cabot . $6 is way to much for the wrong coffee order and to be treated that way.

Starbucks is awesome, Ive been to many different locations, and Ive never been dissatisfied. The prices are obviously a little high, but thats because the quality of their products and service is so high. This store in Cabot is no exception. My husband and I stopped in to get a Frappuccino after work, I usually get the Vanilla Bean because its so delicious. But I knew it wasnt caffinated, so I almost got something else. Until our barrista very helpfully pointed out that I could add caffeine to the vanilla bean. That made my day, let me tell you. It was so delicious, and I got my much needed daily dose of go juice! I wish I remembered the barristas name, but I cant. She made our drinks so fast and efficiently, the visit was perfect. I needed that, and its so close to my work! Ill keep coming to this store, and giving them good tips for their excellent service! Thanks to my Starbucks Cabot homies!

Friendly people but good lord that drive thru line is rough. By far the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to. Every time weve gone there its at least a 15 minute wait, maybe more. Dont expect to be in and out in a few minutes like most others.

Pretty disappointed in the drive-thru line. I come here daily and have NEVER had a problem with the staff. They have ALWAYS been the sweetest. But today 04/13/2021, @10:45 I came and asked to pay for my friends order that was two cars behind me. The lady first said that I couldn’t do that, which we know is a lie- pay-it forward always. When she finally asked someone for help, I paid for mine and my friends order and went on with my day. My friends then called me and said the lady said “your friend payed for your order” and thanked me for paying for it. My friend proceeded to tell me she told the lady in shock “aww why would she do that?” And the lady very rudely said “I don’t know why she would either”. Just disappointed. No need to be rude to customers who are trying to be nice. Do better, be better please.

Very disappointed. Iv gone to this location very few times bc it’s always so slow. I decided to stop on the way to an event (prepared for it to take a little longer) and I was there for 28 minutes!! I sat at the window waiting for my order for 10! I ordered an sandwich & when I got to the window I was told they were out of all paninis- totally fine, I’ll make an exception & order off the breakfast menu. At this point I didn’t have time to go somewhere else bc I had somewhere to be.I ordered a cold brew, 2 fruit waters for my kids & the sandwich.After the mix up was fixed with my food they went to make my breakfast sandwich.. sat there waiting-still haven’t received my drinks. I finally get my food and was told thanks & have a goodnight ..... I still don’t have my drinks. I told the gentleman I had 3 drinks- he closed the window and I could see them talking- they hadn’t even started my drinks! 2 fruit waters & a basic cold brew- how long does that take?! I’m finally handed 1 water and my cold brew and told again to have a goodnight.... I still have another water?! What in the world?! So- finally I see the guy at the window make the other water and I get it and leave. I don’t think I have ever been so frustrated at a place ever! I don’t understand what the hold up was and was never told “sorry, we’re short handed” or “im sorry for the wait “. Next time I’ll plan time to go out of my way.Starbucks is usually on top of their game even if they are super slow & busy their customers service makes up for it. This location is new and going to ruin its reputation fast.

I was in your drive thru when a lady 4 cars up was ordering outrageous drinks and not just 1 it was like 6 she held the line up for like 20 min just at the speaker. If you want to be bujy like that go inside dont hold up drive thru.

I have spent around two hours in the drive through line in two visits. Second time they were out of venti cups. Staff was pleasant. Repeat visits have produced the same increase wait times. The staff do not seem to care.

The place is extremely crowded & the place an order for pick up thing is a bit confusing & the drive through I very long so expect to wait 20 mins before you get your order. Other than that the place was good. The employees were kind and my order was done on time and tasted good.

The barista pointed out a huge spider on my car and said Im keeping an eye on it.I saw the spider, proceeded to smack it in hopes of ending its life. I turn to the barista did I get it?. Manager (middle-aged woman short blonde hair) was snapping at employees. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes in advance, showed up, lots of people waiting, but i could see my order. So I waited for about ten minutes on a designated spot, none of the staff acknowledged me. Order sitting behind the counter, done, with my name on it and the receipt. So I reached to grab it quick and the manager snapped at me in front of everyone SIR DONT REACH FOR THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT. ... in front of everyone, humiliating. 5 minutes later she shoves it across the counter spilling the drink a little and popping the lid.Summary: It didnt used to be this bad at the Cabot location. Must be a new manager. I suggest they hire a manager with a better temperament.

Come here every so often and the experience is always starbucks which just means nice. I tried the mobile app today and adjuster my coffee to fit my taste. Usually I grab a peppermint mocha from the drive thru but requested less syrup in my coffee this time around and I could immediately taste the difference. ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Very important for coffee lovers.

Ive had mixed experiences with the quality of beverages at this location, but its the staff that has decided the review for me. Tyler went above and beyond today to get my drink order right, and was pleasant about it all. He ended up remaking my drink order twice, but never complained or seemed put out. He even went the extra mile while doing so. Its the people that make a location, and this location has great people.

The service is so, so slow. Every time I am here the line is wrapped around the building and you can expect to sit here 20 minutes at times. They’ve been open since September...not sure if they are still hiring new people or what. I also always have issues with the baristas giving me my drink orders with the lids covered in product. They don’t even wipe it off. :/

First I received my chocolate cake pop and it was clearly melted. The chocolate was smeared at the top of the bag and all through the bag to the point where I couldn’t even grad it.he told us that that was all that they had that he would see if he could fix it. And plainly brings us back one that is perfect. I also ordered a vanilla bean Cream Frappuccino blended with strawberry purée. And made it clear to the worker to have it blended. And yet it wasn’t. I told him that it wasn’t blended. And he said okay let me see if I can fix this. Comes back 5 seconds later and says oh sorry this is apparently blended. When it clearly wasn’t. I order this drink almost everyday. I feel as if they just didn’t want to redo the drink or even blend it. I was very disappointed.

I’m sorry to give this editing however so witnessed something between two employees yesterday was totally unacceptable and unprofessional!There was a very young lady working drive through. (Very skinny, very short hair and some tattoos)(There was an older lady heavy set, short hair, glasses) the young lady was asking the other lady some questions about the work environment. The lady was very rude and had snotty remarks to the point the young lady was crying while trying to apologize. I felt so bad for her! Then while waiting in like for my espresso, some one else’s coffee had spilt and had whip cream on the counter well when they sent my coffee down it had gotten on the bottom so I asked the lady for a wet rag to clean it, which she acted like she didn’t hear me. So I went and got some napkins and cleaned it up myself. When she noticed me, she went and got a rag and started cleaning it with a huge sigh of irritation. The place has been open a week maybe two and your already showing bad attitude towards work environment and customers. I understand things happen but leave that at the door before you walk in for shift. With that being said the building is very nice, clean and big!

In the drive through the person was in a hurry. My husband said the first drink and before he could say anther word she was saying is that all and then repeated it back wrong. Obviously she wasnt listening. I know theyre busy, but quality and service are what bring people back. When we got our drinks, mine was ok after much stiring and shaking, but my husbands was awful. It tasted like dishwater. We are on the road back home and driving back to the store wasntan option. Very disappointed.

I went through the drive thru and at first I was irritated for waiting so long. However, when I reached the window the barista immediately acknowledged the extended wait time, which then didnt seem like it was that long to me. That alone was enough to turn my mood around. However, THEN she went above and beyond and said my order was on them. They paid for my order without hesitation and I am more than pleased with their customer service. Nobodys perfect, but it can leave a lasting, positive impression when handled with great customer service. This was actually my first time visiting this location too! Had it been an overall negative experience, I probably would have avoided returning to this particular location. Thank you for being so awesome!

Went to get some water through the drive thru and when I ordered my water the barista named Missy or something sighed and sounded VERY annoyed and rude. She said she would see me at the window (implying that it was free, because she never told me a total.) And When I got to the window to get my drinks she said it was 35¢.
