After experiencing a pleasant shopping experience at the new Dollar General in West Cadillac, the store on Mitchell street needs to dramatically improve their store. Not only is the store poorly stocked, but it always looks like a tornado went through it. And try finding a cashier and the means to at least ring a bell to alert them they have customers waiting in line. Dont waste your time there and instead head for the much larger and well stocked store in West Cadillac. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

This store always has cheap prices for quality products with savings everywhere in the store. I like this store because shelves are always full and the staff do a good job ringing you out quick. Only thing i dont like about this store is some shelves are messy from things not getting out back in the right but other than that I can find most everything I need and not pay as much as bigger retailers

I like their craft section they have neat items that I find all sorts of new ideas to try out onthem!

Newer very nice clean store. Also conveniently located for those traveling through on M-115

Hard to find what I was looking for. The order is never put away because they dont have enough people working to get it done. Nice employee.

Its a very nice, clean laundromat with newer washers and dryers and very reasonable prices.

What can you say, if you have been to one Dollar General you have been to them all. However that is what is so great about them. You know what and where the item you need is. Keeping visits quick and cheap.

Very rude, tried to get a refund on a 50% off item that was in the 50% bin. Appearantly the bibs are mixed with non sale items. So be careful!!!!! Oh yeah. No 👎 refund.

I love this dollar general. Line moves swiftly and they are a quick stop when I dont want to drive to the other side of town

Friendly staff is the only thing I really liked about this store. Im not sure if it was time of day or day of the week but it was messy and not well stocked.

Good place to stop for some lower priced items. They have a good selection of items- for households, clothing, food, school supplies, medicines. Cashiers are mostly friendly and helpful. There are usually long lines to wait in.

Ok store....descent selection of food.....employees could be friendlier.

I love buying 18pack of mt.dew from them it is the cheapest in town.

The staff is the best thing about this store. They are kind and hardworking, always willing to help the customer get what they came for. The store is well stocked with a large variety of merchandise that will probably save you a trip to the grocery/ drug store. I would have given 5 stars but Ive really never been a fan of the merchandise they put outside for sale(store manager has no choice about this- its a requirement from the corporate level)

They have a lot of deals. Right after spring started they had a sale on throw blankets. Most of them were between 5 and 10 dollars. But they were the soft fuzzy kind. I got one for each kid and one for me and its the only blankets we use

Cashier really didnt smile or interact and there was garbage on the floor.

Great place and staff.

There was a large heavy stack of plastic containers precariously hanging approximately three off a high shelf. When I barely touched them to get a look at the containers above them they feel on me. Shame on the stock person who laid that dangerous trap. It was down right stupid! Another worker fixed the problem with it and was very professional! She kindly got the containers down that I wantes Extremely nice person! I choose this store because it is cleaner and easier to maneuver through than my store in Lake City.

The employees were nice enough.

They refused to honor their own coupon. It was printed on a box of cereal,it was expired by less than a month. The best customer service thing to do would have been to honor the coupon.......no wonder I do most of my shopping at Meijer..... customer service is much better.🙂

Its for one right down the road from where I live so if I need something in a jiffy and Ill run to Dollar General

Easy place to grab what you need. But look around they have some very cool stuff coming out for summer.

Its a Dollar store, and that is important to remember. That being said, they have great prices on a lot of what they carry. Just remember to compare. Customer service is good.

Very busy store. They do a good job of getting the people rung up and out the door. Even though they are understaffed most days.

Crowded & messy. But building is too small for amount of product...looks like staff tries to keep up. Kind, courteous staff.

Staff is always friendly. They have great deals. I am able to get in and out quickly.

The wife and i stop in every so often to pick up little things. theirs some good deals once in awhile and will have what we want. i have had some issues with grumpy employs a few times but other than that i have never had a horrible experiences

Both Male customer service were very helpful. I called before visiting and the one was cordial to go find the product I was searching for to confirm availability.

I have always had a great experience Everytime I have showed with them able to get what i I need at reasonable price and able to find help if I couldnt locate an item, I have frequented at this particular store since it was built so conveniently two blocks from my home, I will recommend them to anyone .

The music, If you want to call it music, Mitchell St. Cadillac Mi. Store is horrible. I cant stand being in there more than a minute. Needless to say, Im not in there long enough to buy anything cause the music drives me out. Turn off the horrible music so I can shop. Ugh

Store is too small, tight aisles, items disorganized at times spilling over on the floor and not properly arranged. Cashiers attempt to be friendly but there is a sense of fatigue and gloom. Prices are fair but not great.
