They run a credit report on you which lowers your credit score. Super service, excellent quality tanks with no rental fees do not charge lock-in fee. I am happy and I dont say that very often...

Drop off and hook up went great! Josh was on time and professional, thats were the good ends with this company. I was charged a different price than was quoted, still working on fixing that issue. Woman from office called the next afternoon demanding payment. I told her that we already paid for the drop and filled ealier that morning and she needed to check with her Co workers about the order. She claimed that she did check and that no one in the office ever got the payment. I had the wife call back with the recipient number. Turns out the den of couch ogres that work at this place are completely incompetent. This is the second propane company that dropped the ball. Zhiem got fired last month and coyne oil is looking at getting a pink slip sooner rather than later. Stay away!

I have just switched to coyne, but thought I would throw out a first impression review. They were extremely flexible with me while I waited for my old tank to drain. I called them at 10% as I was told to do. It was mid December and temps were struggling to reach 10. They scheduled me for a tank set, and it was like I never missed a beat. The driver was very friendly. The next day my tank was full. Their prices are the best I’ve been able to find. The reps I called in to were very friendly and helpful and customer service is actually customer service. So far I love them. Would highly recommend. I’ll be sure to add another review after I’ve been with them for a while. Keep up the good work guys!

We didnt pick this company its at our rental house. But theyre really quick on delivery and even come out on a day when weve had an emergency. It is $150 fee for an unscheduled emergency delivery. I feel like the propane in our tank goes too quick but thats not the companys fault its having a hard time keeping the house warm.
