I love the auto delivery and equal monthly payment plan. I would like to see better accounting of my payments online however. Its very confusing as to what I owe as or how far ahead I am month to month. A couple of years ago, without realizing it I had paid in $1200 over what I owed.....no way to tell at that time besides calling.

Increased rental fee from $95.00 a year to $200.00 with a 30 day notice. Received a letter dated 9 days after the first notice stating it was past due! Also trying to charge a flat rate $250.00 to remove the tank which is in violation of our original contract. Requested a detailed bill of the removal and was told they would remove the tank and get back to me. She used extreme hesitation when asking for the details. Would not recommend to anyone.
