I went into the bedding superstore to find a new mattress. I was greeted at the door by Tyler he was a very pleasant and helpful young man. He answered all the questions I had regarding buying a new mattress, something that would fit my needs since I suffer from lower back and hip issues. I was pleased to have been able to purchase a nectar mattress with power base . I cant wait for a good night sleep. On another note, Erica the manager is great at what she does . If you are looking for a new mattress please go see her .

I was a very disappointed with the follow-through customer service of the Cadillac store. I had bought and paid for 4 chairs. They had two available and were getting two more from another store. I was very patient and after 3 1/2 weeks I called for an update. Only to be told that for some reason now the two that were available werent sellable??? After working in retail / management they definitely need to improve their follow-through customer service.

I showed him a picture of what I saw online and he directed me to exactly what I was looking for.His name is Jeff and he has such great people skills. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Due to inventory issues not caused by the store, we were able to identify items that were in-stock, given a discounted price and the furniture was delivered and setup on schedule.

The salesman was great. After the sale is where the issues arise. Bought and paid cash for over $8000 worth of furniture including a king size purple mattress that they had two in stock. And the sectional in their warehouse. Scheduled delivery. Sectional comes as planned. But where is the mattress?! $3500 spent on something IN STOCK. But where is it?! They sold it to someone else!!! Now two months later I still don’t have my mattress!! What’s worse is it’s come to our attention the manager and her husband are running a drug house!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!

First time in the store and really appreciated the low pressure atmosphere. Jon was visiting due to the store being short staffed but everyone appeared to operate similar to his style. Given the time we need to do some thinking and even if we hadnt purchased, we didnt feel the pressure to order our items until we were comfortable. Needless to say we will be considering our other furniture needs soon and this will be our first stop!!

My wife and me were looking to purchase a queen size mattress then ended up leaving with the mattress and a sectional couch with a HUGE ottoman!! Great service with a salesperson who was way cool to deal with and and who could answer ALL our questions that we had thought of. So if ever looking for home furnishing ask for Jon Heath trust me hes the man you want to deal with even though he was only filling in at the Cadillac store and his regular store is in Mt. Pleasant. We had a great experience working with Matthew at Big Sandy Superstore today. He has just the right balance of being attentive without hovering, and being helpful without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions regarding the items in which we were interested. And he was patient throughout all of our indecisiveness.In the end, we purchased a new mattress and a sectional that is in-stock and scheduled for delivery in less than two weeks. My fiance and I bought a sectional, the entire experience was a joke from the beginning. The salesman never listened to either of us and ordered the wrong sectional, when it was delivered (the wrong one) the recliner got stuck in the reclined position, the salesman came to the house and checked it and apologized, somehow managed to get us the right sectional even though it had to be ordered to begin with, they swapped out the sectionals and within less then a week one of the recliners on that broke and wouldnt fold back in. My fiance called and complained again, was told someone wld contact us within 3 days, she called back 5 days later and finally talked to a lady that actually did get something done, we were informed that the paperwork from when my fiance called, that we were supposed to hear something within 3 days, was still sitting on the desk. But she actually followed through and got the recliner portion fixed...weve had it less that a month and when you sit and move to adjust positions you hear springs..100% do not recommend

I bought a bed frame from this store a few months back. Started an account, gave my personal information. Not long after leaving I began receiving spam calls, they didnt stop that day or the next. I went in today to buy a bed and carpet and to look around. ~900$ purchase. They again want my personal information. I refuse to give it. They refuse to sell me the items. Is my personal data really worth more to you than a sale? Why do you need to know where I live and what my phone number is if I am taking the items home today?

We got our couch and love seat here! David was so nice and helpful, and even when we considered a recliner that wasnt part of our set, he made a path through the furniture to drag it across to compare the colors! The delivery guys were great, and the wait was maybe 2 weeks if that from ordering to delivery. We truly love our chairs and when I looked up the chairs we bought online, the same chairs were more expensive at other stores, but all the same quality. I definitely recommend going to the store. However it is new, so if you are looking for appliances, they are looking to get them in but dont have them in yet. Dont fear, if you purchase an appliance online you can get it shipped to Cadillac and pick it up there. I truly think that this store will continue to flourish and provide well for a lot of people! I definitely would say to put this store in your list of stores to visit if you are looking to upgrade your home.

Great service, decent deals, wonderful bed selection. However, I was not impressed with the furniture selection. All couches/loveseats were priced very high. Nothing I sat in was comfortable. However I did buy a purple mattress at a fair price with great service.

Salesman was very kind, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. I went into the store on June 27th 2021 and Purchased a Purple Hybrid Premier 3 mattress, with the promise that the mattresses were on the way already and will be at the store on July 7th 2021. I called July 13th and their response was oh 2 of the manufacturing buildings shut down for purple so we couldnt get them. Yet they were previously in transit as I was told previously. I asked for an ETA and the lady on the phone says I have no clue when they will arrive at the storeI will edit/update the review if/when something is resolved.

We started looking for a sofa recliner and Big Sandy had the best selection compared to other stores in the area. While looking, we encountered Makala soon into our browse. She was wonderful. We explained what we were looking to find and she directed us right off. As we communicated what style and specifications, she was immediately able to show us what we wanted. She worked with us and really listened. She was well versed on the manufacturers build and helped explain differences in construction. A friend of mine ordered (and FULLY PAID FOR) a beautiful armoir for her new home, ultimately only find out they sold it to someone else (after waiting TWO MONTHS because it was supposedly on backorder and on its way (according to employees). And the cherry on top is that after two months of contacting Big Sandy’s about it, they say they didn’t even know she had an order. This place deserves 0 STARS, but that wasn’t an option. 😡

I placed an order online for a nightstand for my sons birthday. Recieved an email stating a rep would contact me in 24hrs regarding pick up for my item. 3days later no call, so I called the local store. My item is back ordered for 10-12 weeks!!! I was told its not their fault, as its bought from a 3rd party vendor. I was not told this when ordering. At no point did the site say the item was back ordered. Nor did the email confirmation I received. Its been 3 weeks, still no word back regarding my sons present. So disappointed in this company. I will never order from them again.

Matthew Keel is awesome!!! If you stop in, make sure you ask for him! Hes so nice to work with. Not only does he understand the trade, he works with you and makes sure you are given the very best service even after the sale. If you have any issues, he will do everything he can to make things right!The other staff in the store are also helpful.The only negative would be the 3rd party delivery system they use out of Mt. Pleasant. I was not impressed by the 2 guys that delivered my furniture the other day. Not only were they not professional (taking video calls during the delivery, complaining about not knowing how to do part of the job...) but they damaged part of the order and then signed X without my consent to release the order. ((I never release a delivery without making note on the delivery form that they damaged the item and I am awaiting a resolution))

Awful experience and terribly disappointed with Sandys. I wanted to stay local as I looked for an armoire so I decided to check out Sandys. I found the perfect one and was extremely excited to have found exactly what I was looking for. The sales rep was very nice and helped get the order set up and explained that I’d have to wait because the item was on back order for 2 months. I was totally fine to wait, but asked if I could have the piece on the floor. He said it was display only so I waited. After around 6 weeks with no word on the back order I went back to the store to get a status. I walked to where the armoire was and it was gone. The store manager checked and said it’s still on back order and is showing available and they would have someone contact me on the 15th with an update. I asked about the missing armoire and they said it was sent to another store for display. The 15th comes, no word. I waited a week after the 15th to be generous as I know with covid shipping as been delayed. When I went in I spoke to the operations manager. After she gets the information she needed on my piece and talked to the store manager, she comes over and says they didn’t realize I had an order with them for that piece! On top of that the piece I ordered is now discontinued and the piece they sent to the other store is promised to someone else! Seriously! At this point I’m livid and trying to keep a calm composure. I paid in full for a piece they had on the floor, but sent elsewhere, then promised to someone else when they don’t even have the competence to track their orders in which case they would have known there was an order sitting there from two months ago for the same said piece which is now discontinued! Are you kidding me! The operation manager said she would call first thing on Monday morning to see if she can get it special order and will call me back in the morning as soon as possible. If I don’t hear from her to call and ask specifically for her. Monday morning comes, no word. Monday afternoon comes, no word. I call after work at 5 and the operations manager gets on and I inquire about her call and from her tone she acts like she didn’t even know what I was talking about. Then she says she will check. Next thing I know a guy gets on the line. It’s the guy that sold me the armoire! I wanted the manager and she, the manager, passed me off to her sales rep! I calmly and politely explain the situation to him and all he says is the piece is discontinued. Nothing about the possibility of a special order or following up on the piece. I let him know I saw several sites with stores still selling it and ask if he can reach out to them to have them deliver it to them. I even give him one site by name. His response, “that’s interesting”. He says he will look into it but after hanging up and waiting several hours for call back I realize that no matter how hard I try to give this store an opportunity to redeem itself it’s not going to happen. I call the next day and the operations manager answers. I ask her for a refund and she gets this snotty tone while I politely get her the information for the return. She doesn’t even mute the phone when getting my card and I can hear her talking to someone else that I want a refund, which I thought was very unprofessional as someone who has also worked in a retail profession and as a manager. The staff needs desperate training on customer service, maintaining and tracking orders and inventory, communication and following up with customers. Sadly, they will no longer get any of my business at Cadillacs Big Sandys. PS I did get my money back.

I usually dont write bad reviews, but I am very disappointed in the Cadillac store. I ordered a mattress/bed and dresser set and was told it would be delivered the Friday after I bought it. Today rolled around and I did not hear a word from them. I contacted the store myself to find out when they would arrive to find out that the delivery order was never placed. I was told to have my old bed and dressers cleared out of my bedroom by the delivery day so they could set up the new stuff. Needless to say, I am now without a bed and dressers for a week because they did not submit the delivery. Manager did refund the delivery charge, but that does not give me a bed to sleep on and dressers to put my clothes in for the next week. Very unsatisfied.

Fantastic service by staff in-store (my husband spoke to Dennis) and for delivery. Excellent product knowledge! Couch was delivered at the promised time & we had even requested evening to be certain we would be home from work. Art Van had no problem accommodating us. None of that four-hour-delivery-window type service. Delivery crew was delightful and did a great job. Very helpful with showing how to interlock the pieces of our new sectional. If we need additional furniture for our home, we will be back!

I purchased a rocking recliner with heat and massage on-line. The website was easy to use, provided ample details on the product, and provided an easy check-out process. I really love the chair! I had never been to an Art Van before and I now see why. I bought two beds from them yesterday brought them home and after sleeping on one all night noticed it didnt feel like the one in the store...I had purchase two queen plush they gave me one plush and one firm, when we called to try get what we paid for they told us we have to bring it back at our expense (we live in bear lake) and that they dont even have another plush and didnt when we bought ours. So they pushed on off on us. I will never go there again and I will not be visiting the new store either.

Original prices are marked up higher than the normal mark up from when they werent going out of business. An old man chair should not cost anywhere above 200 let alone near 1000 and for a clearance price too! End tables are more than 500. Just go on Facebook and buy some second hand furniture that way. Got a sectional for 100 just last week from facebook. Love it.

Liquidating assets but shady pricing. The mark downs look appealing but when I opened a center console of a couch, the previous price before their liquidation was lower than the liquidation. I was told they are going to go under a different name after art van closes, but I will go elsewhere since you cant trust the prices they advertise. The service I got was great the gal was helpful and friendly. They tend to start with the high ticket items but if you explain how much youre willing to spend theyll work to find you what youre looking for. Overall i had a great experience!
