Bad service

I take my bus by crane, I am on foot for several days, I leave work, after 12 hours, I go directly to my house and when, at 3am, I go to work, I realize that they had broken the piece on the side of adjusting the seat and detached the clips on the right side of the rubber. I call, I report it, I have to go back to the dealer again, they verify it and determine that they are going to fix it. I take him at 7am, I have a mishap with the one at the entrance, I leave the bus and pick it up at 4pm. Also, I had asked that they verify that the glass door does not open, they give me the price and I decide not to do so and now it turns out that the door is open, when it did not. As you can see, my experience has not been very pleasant.
